I posted a review prior to this one and after speaking to the service person who called me todaywe ironed things out and I promised I would remove it....but ironically someone had already removed myGoogle review that we discussed. I was able to go into my yelp review today and remove that one which I never mentioned to him. I'm glad he said he is going to take my concerns up with the service manager and he sounded sincere toward my feelings. Your a good man so here's 5 star for you. You really deserve it! Best Wishes.

The service is always good . I have always had my car serviced since new and never a problem. Brake service (2019?) has been performed and I found the work done to be excellent and explained well. Always appreciate the free carwash too! I have never had a problem with the service . My car is now 10 years old and running as good as it looks!

We had Eddie Gallien as our sales associate. He did everything in his power to allow us to leave with a car the same day even with our complicated situation, living out of state. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. If you go here I highly recommend Eddie.

Oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled appointment at 8:30 AM. Was supposed to be ready at 11:00 AM. Received msg needed another hour . At 1:30 PM car not ready and was not even started. Would never recommend. Just picked up car and left. Will be having someone else service the vehicle.

Worst dealership to go to for trade-ins. They have no actual knowledge of they value of cars or trucks. They undervalued my 2500hd Denali after I told them it was assessed and looked at by banks Chevrolet by 12k. Yeah don't go here period. Maybe one daythey will change how they treat customers that walk in. Sad really!

My Ford Focus that went in for repair for broke (identical issue) three trips later. Leaving me stranded 45 minutes away from home. Never again will I buy or recommend Nucar or a Ford again.

Tilton NH Ford service department is the best place my car has been serviced (and that includes dealerships in Connecticut and Massachusetts). Great experience with competent knowledgeable staff!

Service team was informative about work that needed to be done and the communication was fantastic. It s really nice to get an email about what work needs to get done which includes a free right then and there estimate. Went for an oil change august 10. When it was done I heard something was rattling around in there and just assumed it was an acorn. It was NOT, in fact, an acorn. They had left the frickin OIL CAP off the engine just rolling around in there and I didn t realize until 3 days later when oil was spilling everywhere- my dad even said that had it been one day later, my engine would have seized due to lack of oil- (almost a quart of oil spilled out all over the top of the engine). I will never be coming back here.

I went to Nucar for an engine light on diagnosis. Was told I needed a thermostat and it would cost $876 - when asked why so expensive I was told $300 for the part and 4 hours of work. I denied the service and my husband bought a thermostat at ORielly's for $19.00 and fixed it in less than an hour. I have tried to contact them twice before I posted this and have had no response. NUCAR IS DOING EXTREME PRICE GAUGING. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!

I am very dissatified with my experience. I have made 4 trips to Tilton [two hour round trip] .First trip was to get truck.I was told it would get delivered to me and then they did not have enought manpower to make that happen.I was told running boards would be installed and then told it would take two weeks for that to happen.Back to Tilton to get them and install them myself 4 hours between travel and installation.Also got charged for extended warranty that I did not agree to.But ended getting a discount for that.Truck does not have an adjustment for trailer brakes and I brought that to the salespersons attention and his answer was that Ford does not recommend that be installed even with towing.I spoke with a manager in the garage and even he agreed it would not be a safe practice to tow with out an adjuster.Seems like sales just wants a sale not customer satisfaction.I will definitely not recommend you

1) My sales person was a pleasure to work with, she got me into the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price.2) 6 months later, the service advisor was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to NuCar of Tilton in December 2021 to buy a truck I saw online and met with salesman Brian Chapman. The truck had been sold but he helped me order one exactly like it. Brian was very pleasant and I loved his sense of humor.He called me when it arrived at the dealership and I picked it up April 22nd. He was genuinely happy for me. The rest of the staff was great too. Kate who did my paperwork was so nice that she made it painless. David Miles got me all set up with apps and sat with me in my new truck to go over the touch screen functions. He was very knowledgeable and made it easy for me to learn. Even their Sales Manager Paul Ramsey took a moment to make sure the whole transaction went well.I highly recommend this dealership!

Visited to view/test drive a vehicle. Our salesman Steve met us as we arrived. The car was sitting ready for us to drive. Steve was knowledgeable, answered our questions. All the technical parts of trading/buying was done quickly & before we knew it we were driving a new car home!! Never got a new car on the day we looked at it! Positive experience.

Get it in writing!!!! Unfortunately they are the typically salesman, tell you what you want to hear then bait and switch- salesperson had no clue about the vehicle I was test driving or rebates offers that are connected to the vehicle. I put a deposit down, told them that I needed a week- yes yes yes - followed up the next day told them I would have the funds on Friday- checked website today and truck is no longer on the site - oh apparently it was never available and already sold to someone else !!

Sharon is an amazing service advisor! I would highly recommend her to any customer. I would choose Tilton NuCar to service my vehicle over other providers.

Nucar is the best ! Salesperson Jake made the whole process smooth and very easy. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to take the time and visit them.

I brought my Nissan NV 2500 in for a inspection sticker. Failed for four items that was fine. I went home a fixed all of the items I failed for myself. They gave me a quote for $6,000.00. I did everything for Eight hundred. I took my truck back for a re inspection and they where going to charge me again because they didn t do the work.I ve been going to that dealership for twelve years. When it was Auto Fair of Tilton. They have lost a long time customer. It wasn t hard to find another place down the street. I do not recommend NuCar.

If you have not been to Nucar Ford of Tilton. You are missing out. The service department is top notch and will never leave you in the dark about your repairs and service needs. Its my go to shop.ThanksMark

Excellent sales staff . Ron Semons walked us through our financial options that best suited our budget.The whole process took about 4 hours from the time walking in the door to driving out with a brand new Ford .Very pleased will be back tomorrow to help my son try to drive out with a new truck .I have bought 4 vehicles from them in the past and have had an excellent experience with them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.Thank You

Helpful staff but as for the service I was subpar. I brought my car there for a quick fix and was told one price but was charged a different one. AND THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM I BROUGHT IT IN FOR! Irritated and very disappointed in the outcome. My mother purchased a car and had a wonderful experience just wish they would take pride in all of their work.

I traveled and hour to this dealership to meet with a sales manager get and was treated with poor professionalism which was the first issue, the second issue was with a comments made by the sales person David Miles that made me feel uncomfortable and to make matters worst when I asked to work with a manager David said I am the effing manager, when I insisted that he wasn t a manager and that he get me one it took him ten mins to go find Stephen Hopkins who was very rude and said something that will never bring me back to this place. It s unbelievable what people say and then deny it when you question them directly. Won t be here shopping here ever I don t do racism

Great dealership to locate, search, lease and or purchase a new / used car or truck!! We've been purchasing and leasing cars and trucks for many years at this dealership!! In all those years our only sales associate as been Jason Robinson, and we couldn't be more please with the service and support he has given us!! Everyone there is more than willing to help or to just strike up a friendly conversation!! They bend over backwards to service everyone's needs even when dealing with difficult situations!! Would, and have recommended many friends to shop and see for themselves what AutoServ has to offer!!

Very friendly good service in sales department. Took the time to do it right and they even returned my tuxedo rentals all the way back to Plymouth for me so they wouldn t be late. Christian did great job and recommend anyone to go see him
