Spoke to Dale and he was able to get my car in before a trip. Lilly in customer service kept me informed all the way through the process. They did a great job!

To be totally honest it was a bad start but they were awesome and did an amazing job. Management was outstanding and dealt with all issues professionally and with speed. All in all they were great!

Couldn't be happier. Excellent service, quick work. To top it all off they absolutely cleaned my embarrassingly dirty car inside and out after fixing my smashed up front bumper was a wonderful nice unexpected surprise. They also got me in quickly

They fixed my car after a collision. They did a decent job with the body work but took a month to fix it and my lights wouldn't work and they forgot to plug my window back. So I had to bring it back again.

Horrible business! They'll hear what you have to say and bring you something totally different and then God forbids anything be wrong because "they wouldn't inspect it if it wasn't all good" days one of the "bosses" when I tried bringing in my 6 month old car from them already needing new tires due to cupping.. something I've NEVER dealt with in over 20 years of driving and being in a mechanic's family! They won't do anything about it because it's been 6 months... anybody else ever have cupping or need new tires for any reason within 6 months of inspection that wasn't driving it out of the usually daily driving from work and home?? I doubt it. Very unprofessional not to mention I currently work at a dealership and was advised to go back to nucar and ask about this situation since I bought it from them only..6 months ago! Very disappointed

Our vehicle had to go into the collision center after a vandalism. They were straight forward from the beginning and told us that it would be approximately 2 weeks. They were close to 2 weeks and my car came back looking brand new. We will always use them from here on. They kept us in the loop and were very respectful.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went in looking for information about a car and I found one I loved. When they got the paper work together for me, they tried to get me to sign for an outrageous interest rate and said that was the best they could do. They told me the car was worth different prices throughout our communication. They said that if I got an outside loan, I would have to pay $5,000 more. Before I walked out they gave me a very unprofessional attitude. This location was so much better under Tilton Ford and AutoServe. I strongly advise not to use them for your car purchase. They are all about the MONEY and NOT the CUSTOMER. I am very disappointed in them. I decided to buy a car from another company.

dropped the car off and got it back with a few issues that weren't there at all before it was brought in. the gas was completely emptied from it for some reason and the battery was dead. weird that we turn a car in to get fixed and leave with more problems that never existed in the beginning. fixed the bumper tho, just took 3 wks!
