If I could give zero stars I would. I came here for rear brakes because I couldn't get a sticker for my 2019 Lincoln MKC. I told them the transmission fluid needs to be changed also. They gave me an estimate of $600 to $800 for the rear brakes and $170 for the transmission flush. They said Lincoln brakes cost more that Ford brakes. I called the local Lincoln dealership in Manchester while I was waiting and they gave a price of right around $500 for the rear brakes and rotors. I went back rh the Nucar service manager and complained about the break price and he said he will do it for $670. I had no choice because I need a sticker today so I had them do the break job but I'm having the transmission fluid downthe road for $40 less. I'm very disappointed with this place. I just moved to the area and I have a Lincoln...a Ford Mustang and a Ford Ranger ...I'll never come here again! For $170 of overcharging me they will lose thousands of dollars in future business....not very wise!

Dylan in service is great and would recommend him to anyone. He is organized and very thorough/ knowledgeable. If you don't want to do any specific work to your vehicle there is no pushing or sales tactics. Between arranging the shuttle and getting my vehicle diagnosed correctly Dylan is the go to guy!

Joshua Ellis in the service department went above and beyond by helping me take my daughter's car seat out so we could use it in the shuttle--only to find out the shuttle was too far away to bother taking anywhere lol. When we realized that, he offered to reinstall the car seat and brought us to a play area where she was happy to hang out for the whole inspection. Really awesome service-- thank you so much!

This dealership is not upfront on pricing. They were firm on their "Best I can do" offer. I was not willing to pay the asking price. Over the next week they took $1,500 off the asking price. They provided misleading information on the vehicles value. Wasted my time driving up there. Glad I didn't buy from them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew the technician and Travis Boucher in service. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, diligence, and friendliness. From the moment I arrived at the service center, Travis greeted me with a warm smile and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain the service options available to me. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my experience exceptional. As for Andrew, I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional technician. He quickly identified the issue with my vehicle and walked me through the repair process, ensuring that I fully understood everything that was being done. His diligence and attention to detail were truly impressive, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.Throughout my entire experience, both Travis and Andrew were incredibly friendly and approachable. They made me feel like a valued customer and were always willing to answer any questions I had. Their positive attitudes and customer-focused approach truly set them apart from other service professionals I have worked with in the past. I will be back to buy my next family vehicle.Overall, I cannot recommend Travis and Andrew enough. Their exceptional professionalism, knowledge, diligence, and friendliness made my experience truly outstanding, and I will definitely be returning to this service center in the future.

I bought a truck a few months ago from these guys. I was told that it needed some work to pass inspection or I could purchase as is, and I opted to purchase it inspected. I was told by the sales rep that included in this inspection service, they would be doing brakes all the way around the truck. A few months later, I have two frozen calipers and front brakes are gone, I asked for the service records, no record of brakes being done on this truck. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say if I were you.

I had a great experience purchasing my Volkswagon Taos but when going over policy options on the phone at the center I was quoted 289$ as the initial payment then 173$ a month for a 6 month policy but when I went to finalize policy on app I had been charged the full price of the insurance policy in one payment. Call center said it was processed by an on site agent and could only be taken care of by them. I am not happy at all

Communication with the Collision center is next to none. I tried contacting various times by leaving voicemails and sending emails but would never hear back. When I would get someone to answer the phone it was like pulling teeth trying to get an answer out of the lady. She was completely clueless even when asking basic questions. I brought my car somewhere else to be inspected 3 days after getting my rear bumper replaced/fixed and I was informed that my car would be failing because it was rusted and broken. This seems pretty serious and like something the collision center should have brought to my attention when my car was being fixed especially since this was the exact area they were working on. I will say my car looks better then when I left it there but after three weeks I would hope that would be the case. I also do appreciate the detailing on the interior but one of my lights is now broken.

The service department isnt qualified to work on a lawn mower let alone a car.Ive been there a few times for vehicle recalls one being a water pump recall and they forgot to refill with coolant.Went right back and they put 3 gallons in it.Another to reprogram a body control module, they accidentally deleted some of the trucks accessory functions, swore they did nothing wrong until one of the other mechanics said he knows what the 1st mechanic did wrong and fixed his mistake.Bought a brand new dually truck, brought it in for a vibration issues with just over 500 miles on it and they said there is nothing they can do because I didnt bring it back in within 48 hours of buying it. Horrible! Ill have to travel further to another Dodge dealer who doesnt give me the run around and who is qualified to do the repairs.Service: Tires

I had 2 very different experiences using this service department - the only 2 times I have utilized it. #1) A few months after I bought my car the transmission was blown. Thankfully I paid for a warranty and I received a brand new transmission (not rebuilt - new) for $200 which was my deductible. It took about a week to fix and I was able to use a loaner vehicle in the meantime with no charge. I was relieved that the warranty was worth it. This last time I went in which was about 2 weeks ago, I went in for my inspection. The first time I received an update, I was told that my rear brake pads were worn and wasn't sure if would pass inspection and would need the "brake guy?" to be able to tell me for sure. Somehow the next time I was updated it changed to the brake pads are completely gone and it's metal to metal and my car failed unless I bought new brake pads and rotors. I always want to give someone the benefit of the doubt - if they got my car mixed up with someone else's, or if they figured I was a clueless woman. Regardless, I have driven with brakes that were metal to metal and I knew there was absolutely no way - I left with it being failed. A few days later I went to my local car mechanic who is very trustworthy and asked him to see if that was truly the case. My brake pads were worn but very passable. My inspection passed with flying colors. I also gave him the paperwork that I was given when I had the inspection, and it never said it was "metal to metal", just that they were worn and it was a recommendation. Brake pads and rotors will need to be done, but in the future - not even the "near future". Unfortunately because of this experience the only time I would bring my car in for the service department if it's something that can be fixed with the warranty.

I would not recommend buying a used car from this place my wife traded her car in here for a 2016 Tiguan we have Owned the car for 31 days and have only had it in our possession for 5 or 6 days total!! The car was sold inspected but if state inspection was done correctly it would of not passed do to heat not working and needing a heater core waited days for parts while driving there loaner that they gave us that had 11k with bald tires and well over due for a oil change on top of the plate not having registration stickers on it and not even a lot inspection sticker. We got the car back again to end up getting stuck in mud do to a awd car having a final drive problem so back to shop again was told by service they are waiting parts because final drive is junk told them at this point we want out of the car. now it s just stored codes and everything is good and it was never bad! Best part of this dealer seems to be the service manager who has gone out of her way to be helpful and try to take care of all problems that she can but there is only so much that she can do.we got told they would be calling us tonight. But once again they don t return calls or fallow through.

If you get a defected brand new car that breaks down when driving to a vacation destination they will leave you stranded with no help. Lesson learned, will be staying away from this dealership and quirks in manchester. Now just looking forward to getting rid of these kia s and moving onto a more customer friendly dealership.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This was my third time getting service at this center and each time I was told the incorrect amount of time to complete the job. The first two times I waited for over 4 hours in the dealership for the service to be completed. There were no loaner cars available anytime I have gone and was not updated at any time while waiting. I asked for updates and waited a long time for them, questions about the service went unanswered and most of the time an update couldn't be given because they couldn't locate the car. Will not be returningServices: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Went to have my front headlight replaced..I have vw Jetta with HID headlamps and are difficult to reach without taking the front of the car apart... the short story is they wanted to replace the whole headlight assembly for 2000$ in stead of installing the 32$ condenser needed... incompetence is an understatement.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

DO NOT BRING YOU CAR IN FOR SERVICE, This place is out to rob people. Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection, oil change, tire rotation and to address a software update. Oil change no problem, tires not rotated and not even annotated on the sales slip. My car fails the inspection because "both front and rear breaks are out of the recommended specs" I do the breaks myself to find that the pads had about 1/3 life left on them (not nearly bad enough to fail) I call to ask if I can get my inspection for free and Ed gives me attitude and quotes the company policy that they will not do another inspection free of charge. A really lousy way of doing business and I will not be returning.

I took my vehicle in for a standard state inspection. I was told it would only be an hour, so an hour and a half later I received an email stating my vehicle failed due to the reverse lights not working, to fix it would cost $135. Which is strange since I always back my car into my driveway and haven't noticed the lights not working. I called and said to go a head and fix the lights they are needed for inspection. They say it will be done in another hour.Over an hour later I get another email stating the now my break lights don't work due to some other problem and it would cost over $600 to fix. Again, I find it hard to believe that my break lights are now broken when they worked just fine when I drove to the shop.Needless to say, it is pretty strange that two things I knew worked when I dropped it off, now don't work.

Accommodations in the waiting area was very comfortable. But for them to figure out what is going on with my car. Not impressed. Just because it didn't throw a code, there was nothing that they can do. But they said that Kia was notified of my complaint. It is still skipping and I will be bringing it back soon. I pay 400 a month for a car that doesn't run correctly.

I was sold a brand new vehicle and when I brought it in for inspection Brandon Rae told me that I could not pass inspection without a front license plate. I asked that a plate bracket be put on because this is how I purchased the vehicle and he said the brackets were on back order and then proceeded to drill holes in my perfect front bumper.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

The service has been great, but the lounge to wait in is awful. Be prepared to be frozen, uncomfortable and cramped. They have a cafe with it's own seating, but don't sit there for too long or the staff will give you the eye.
