I Love these guys!!! I bought a car from South end auto- and it needed repairs off the lot!!! Mad Motors came in on there off day and fixed my rotors, breaks, tie rod and got me a brand new new tire (the one on there was the wrong one) all in the mater of 2 hours- they test drove it, I test drove it too! They are Awesome! I will Definitely drive the 1 1/2 hours if I need any more repairs in the future!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAD MOTORS

Very Unprofessional place to buy a car. Promised me everything on the car would be fixed and it would come with a sticker. When I picked the car up and was driving home the exhaust got louder and louder. The owner Chad never responds to text messages or phone calls. Got the run around over the title for three weeks and never could get it registered in my name. I had the car looked at by NEXT LEVEL in concord on Manchester street which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, they gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed which included breaks tire rods and control arms. That I was told mad motors had fixed. When I asked for my money back I was told because I got a second opinion they were washing their hands of it and now charging me past due storage for them having the car while I waited for it to get fixed. They also fixed a hole in the floor with fiber glass which is illegal and still wouldn t pass inspection. Con artist and thief s.

There is so much I can say about this company and it still wouldn t justify how amazing Chad is! I unfortunately got a car from south end that ended up being a hassle to get him to fix, after this car traded hands of 3 different mechanic it finally found it s way to chad and I couldn t be happier! He has made sure my car has everything it needs in order to be safe. At first I was told by south end it needed a manifold for the exhaust turned out it needed a gasket for the head unit, long story short the guy before chad broke studs off in the head and tack welded. Unfortunately I ve been without my car for a month not chads fault but he s the only one that has made sure that car isn t leaving till it s safe and done right I 100% recommend chad and his crew and won t take my car else where at this point! Would give it more stars if that option was available! So thankful for all chad has done and is doing for my car!

very pleased with mad motors they stepped up when found out i was having a vehicle issue with a dealership who was cutting corners to fix the truck and taking forever the got the truck stepped in with the dealership and got it fixed in a day if i could give them more then 5 stars i would thank you chad and crew awesome work

Chad and the other men that worked there are amazing. He helped me get into a car very fast when my car died. And being a single mom of three I needed a car.
