These guys are a joke. I bought a BX23S for 30K, have less than 30 hours on it, day 1 mower deck had issues, called and complained, they didn't offer to refund or fix it so I did. At about 25 hours on the machine blade spindle came off on the mower so brought it in for service $550, at 30 Hours, broke again $850. I told them it shouldn't have broke with a little over 5 hours on the machine later after the same repair. They blamed the issue on me completely and didn't work to resolve anything. Completely rude and ignorant with no customer care. Would never do business again. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Purchased Ariens Platinum 24 Great Lakes Edition. Brought home only to find would not start? Assumed it was prepped prior to my pick up. Drove 40 minutes back to Tilton to drop off. They found ECM draining battery. Took over 3 weeks to get service completed. On a positive note, Dave is a valuable asset to MB - thanks for all your efforts

Big thanks and shout out to Brian Brady and the crew at MB Tractor in Tilton, NH. My KX -040 with the BrushHound Defender FX-26 head is awesome! I can't thank you guys enough for all the help before, during, and after the sale. Brian spec'd the machine perfectly! $10K less than another dealer!

stopped in twice, first time just to get an idea of pricing on a small tractor; no salesman "available", no one else could look up a price. 2nd time, cash in hand for a used tractor, ask for a salesman, woman at front desk paged for someone from sales, approximately 10 minutes go by and someone yells from across the showroom for me to come to his office. as I'm walking across showroom he takes a personal call, talking about grandkids and building a shed with someone. 15 minutes later, I walk out to the parking lot with no acknowledgment from the woman at the front desk. Spend a few minutes in the lot, nothing. contacted them by e-mail regarding same tractor. It's part of the rental fleet so I asked if they could let me know when available for viewing (i.e. not out on rent). Sales response was to ask if I was interested in it? (duh) Being a rental, I asked if there would be any warranty: crickets. never heard from them again. no follow up.I bought a used Ford tractor from a private party. went to do maintenance. Called MB parts to see if they would have a hydraulic filter in stock. Once they heard "Ford" : nope don't have it. I had a WIX filter part number (not specific to Ford) they wouldn't even take the number to try and cross reference it. Never again.

Horrible sales guy/team. Drove an hour to get a quote for a tractor and sent photos and info for an appraisal on my trade-in. 4 weeks plus a text and phone call later, I haven't heard back. Maybe he thought I wasn't a serious buyer? All these Kubota dealerships think they're the gods of tractor sales. Well, I offloaded this used Kubota and went with a comparable brand that actually knows how to conduct business. Will never come back here.

After going to many tractor dealerships and talking to alot of people i ended up buying a tractor through mb cuz of there honesty and the second u walk in someone is there to guide u to what ur lookin for. Jacob had every answer instantly and was really responsive through the whole process. Things happened as he said they would in the time frame he said. They had a driver quite the day my tractor was suppose to b delivered and I got a call from the manager (who was in Connecticut) who worked it out to have it delivered the next day after there operating hours. Great team, they r worth talking to cuz u get honest answers to make the rite decision.

Had my tractor into MB in Tilton in the early fall to have a weeping front pivot seal replaced ahead of fall/winter cleanup. Work was completed in a timely manner, and pickup and delivery went well. In the winter, 20 hours since the repair (on the meter), the pivot seal developed a new substantial and active leak while moving snow. MB picked up the tractor the next day, and re-accomplished the repair, during which they discovered significant bearing and gear housing damage. Parts were ordered and installed, and the tractor was returned to me in working condition without leaks before the next snowstorm. Dave and the service team at MB in Tilton were great, very accommodating, and had a genuine concern to make sure everything was made right as soon as possible with zero hassle. That kind of service is rare these days, but MB came through. Thank you.

My father purchased a new machine and multiple attachments here and had a good buying experience. They thoroughly walked him through how to use the different features of the machine and helped him get exactly what he was looking for. Once the sale was complete though, the customer service went down hill fast. Took three times as long as promised to get his implements in. Later on had two services done for separate issues and that were handled very poorly. I was apart of one of these events and a couple of the staff were outright rude to me. Good products but I personally won't ever do business there again.

This is one of the worst places to go if you are looking for anything customer service related. They may have what you are looking for if buying new equipment and know what you want. The staff however are not knowledgeable about the products they are selling, nor do they carry even the most basic (and interchangeable) parts in stock.I drive across the state to get better service whenever possible. I also would never leave equipment to be fixed here. 2 stars because of the inventory and sales response. 0-1 on customer service.

Tilton location.....Wouldn't walk thru the door there again if they were the only Ariens dealer within 300 miles....Right from the careless handling of the sale, to the unprofessional way service interacted with me concerning the repair and subsequent unprofessional returning to me of an out-of-the-box new malfunctioning unit they had repaired, only to have it go back AGAIN as it was still malfunctioning, the entire experience was deplorable. If I could give them LESS than 1 star I would.....I can only hope the staff of the other locations handle themselves more properly with their customers.....

I have bought lots of parts and thought the prices were good. More than Amazon, but less than another small engine shop. If they didn t have it they ordered it or helped me find it locally. I still pick up parts there.

I have been very pleased with the sales and parts department, however our last visit to service for a simple tire repair was very unpleasant to say the least and will not be back there again. We've had the tire repaired twice already, we were informed immediately by the man at the desk that it's a tubeless tire (I already know this, MB tractor put tubes in them so we dont have to buy a new tire every time). After we told him about the tube in the tire he tells us it's going to be several days before they can get to it. This would have not been too much of a problem but when questioned about why it would take so long just to look at it he got agitated and said "What am I supposed to do? Tell everyone that's tractor has been here for weeks that they have to wait for you?" This tells me that the service department is ran poorly, does not know how to prioritize and does not run like any shop that I have ever been to or worked at. I will not be returning for service even for a simple tire repair and I will not recommend anyone bringing their tractor here for repairs.

Service after the sale is non existent! Parts and service employees are rude and will flat out lie to your face. Consistently return equipment in worse shape than you sent it in. They sent a friends tractor back with a blown piston and head gasket that wasn't blown when they sent it in. Dropped it off and never bothered to own up to it. Complete rip off. Avoid at all costs. Service after the sale is more important than the sale, and they just don't get that.

Worst service experience ever. Call to see if they would put two new front tires on my Kubota b9200. Yes for $50. Dropped off tires and was told they'd be ready next day afternoon.called early next morning to say I had forgotten nuts and bolts and please deliver message to Shannon who was handling my repair, I would bring them over along with tubes.Drove over at 11 a.m. and was told tires were ready, price was fifty each, they used new and bolts at over $70,; since they said they couldn't get a seal they put in New tubes. Without notifying me they charged over a hundred and fifty bucks to my bill.when pressed for an explanation the service manager jumped in and became abusive and bullying. Shannon reduce the Bill slightly and I left never to return. Beware of Rich, beware of MB tractor

Had front and rear oil seals replaced on my bx 1800. Dave got the job done and my business with him went very well. Michael the tech did the job right with no Hassel. Thanks to you both.

I've been doing business with them for years until today. When a salesman brags about how many tractors a week they sell and isn't willing to give a bit shows me it's not about retaining repeat customers. The last tractor I purchased, I asked for the missing stereo to be installed, did not get done and the oil hadn't been changed for 2 years according to the date on oil filter. Yes, that is kinda personal when all I'm asking for customer appreciation and I could even get that.

Bought a Kubota tractor 2 years ago. Terrific buying experience, especially in showing me how to operate, all features etc......Service has since been equally impressive. Parts dept. awesome, very helpful. Highly recommend! I would not consider anyone else.

My salesman Jake was fantastic. Bought a new snow blower, got just what I wanted and he answered all my questions. Plus Al in the parts department always treats me well

I needed a hydraulic hose for a Kubota L525 bucket. MBs own parts web site said the part was in stock and the price was $21.33. This is the same price as most mail order Kubota parts places but I figured I could avoid shipping if I picked it up myself. I called MB - contrary to what their web site says, they don't stock hydraulic hoses but if I bring in the old one, they can make one while I wait. I asked how much. The person I talked said he wasn't sure but it would have to be less than the manufacturer's price because why would anyone buy it if it was not. I drive to Tilton - 1/2 hour. I show hand them the hose. It took them 5 minutes to make - the price - $40.56. I questioned the price saying their own web site lists the part as in stock and $21.33. He shrugs - we don't stock them and he would not look up the part to verify the price. Do yourself a favor and do not believe anything anyone at MB tractor tells you over the phone. This happens to me every time I go there. They know what they're doing, but they seem to lie a lot.

He has the money and they are still giving him the run around he calls they say they will call him back this has been going on for a week and a half. At a place called MB Tractor, I would expect them to help anyone with a tractor. However, unless you have a tractor they sell they don't want to help you at all. You know MB, a little helpful customer service goes a long way to securing a possible tractor sale in the future. When you won't even help look up a glow plug replacement, you leave a very bad impression. To be told you have no way to cross reference a part in this day and age is a total lie. You don't have access to google? I will not be going back, they have a local reputation for poor customer service and it's well deserved. I've even heard from people with tractors they purchased there, that customer service is pretty poor. Do yourself a big favor and go someplace else.

The excavator salesman is a mouthy, rude little puke. Just cost his employer 115k. Too bad as MB has great service and parts. Shop elsewhere!

I'm sitting here wondering how is it that some people are giving this place 5 stars. Then I think that they haven't had to bring something in for service. This "might be covered under warranty" but it will cost you $150 and take a month to find out.
