I live in north central Mass, during my on line search for a pre owned truck, a white 2012 GMC AT pkg 1500 Sierra caught me eyes listed by Giguere. I can tell you with confidence it was worth traveling up to the lakes region to Tilton New Hampshire. Jeff And his sons made it a great buying experience. I got the truck I wanted, stayed within my budget and I m ready for winter. They completed the mechanical work promised prior to pick up and detailed the truck, it looked great. They are located near the Tanger outlets and a 99 Restaurant so don t be afraid to travel up there to check out their inventory. backed in ready for the

5-Stars all aroundJeffrey and Jeff Giguere at Giguere Auto Wholesalers were easy to work with, highly responsive, and honest about the used vehicle I purchased. They explained the work that needed to be done (alternator, cv axle), completed the repairs in 48 hours, and had the vehicle ready. Now..... my interaction with them was all of the above, however, what happened just yesterday is Why i am writing.......My truck broke down yesterday, just shut off while driving through Tilton, which is where Giguere is located. I called and spoke with Jeffrey, explained the problem, and he immediately drove over to help diagnose the issue. Jeffrey determined it was a blown fuse for the fuel pump (likely a result of the torrential rains we drove through the day prior); he had the new fuse installed 10 mins later getting us on the road again. I offered to pay, and Jeffrey responded "No, we sold you the truck."As a small business owner myself, I recommend these guys, and will bring my future business to them.Dominic BiscardiTip Top Roofing

I've been here several times out of curiosity it seems like this would be a good place to get a used vehicle. There cars are decent prices given the selection they carry. They seem likely to be a worthy dealership for customers relations. I think that they are capable of good services. I have not had the experience of personally doing business. But my eyes see that they do strive to make happy customers. I did experience a level of honesty that is rare in a small business such as this. Very appreciative on that quality in it self.

Nice place actually. Got me all set up in my first car. It was all good with a sticker, only thing I noticed was that the tires had a bit of difficulty gripping the road. They looked fine and still had some good tread. But I changed em anyways out of first car fear lol. Great place gave me a great deal and even if they seem a little shady they'll help you out.

My father bought a car there this weekend. They were very upfront and honest about everything. There were a few unexpected issues that popped up and they made arrangements to resolve them. After seeing my father's experience with them I would buy from them!

Well first off; Jeff & his Son Jerome (i hope i spelled their names correctly) treated me good on the vehicle that i recently purchased. Nice truck and no complaints folks. I have been told that less could have been paid.. but good service "on time" is worth it.. and that's exactly why i give them 5 stars and a "thumbs up"!

7/5/19 - Baffled at how this place has a 4-star rating. Our experience was quite different.We saw a Jeep online. Emailed to confirm availability. And drove an hour to check it out. We get there and the salesperson Woody comes out and clearly didn t seem interested in helping us. After learning we didn t intend to finance through them he lost the little interest he had. We asked to test drive the Jeep and were met with if I let you test drive it are you going to buy it today? Then he disappears inside for 10 minutes, after asking can I have the keys back? The Jeep was up on ramps, like we re gonna drive off in it! That was the last we saw of Woody, well sort of (read on). After 10 minutes, Jeremy comes out and informs us that Woody had to leave and despite the fact that the Jeep was up on ramps in their prime sales spot and despite the fact that there was no sold sign on it and it hadn t been moved around back, that someone had put a $500 deposit on it and that it was sold. As we re driving out we see Woody in the window with his feet up. Every second we wasted there screamed SHADY. Avoid this place!

My wife and I have purchased an SUV from this dealership and were thoroughly impressed, I have worked in the automotive industry nearly 3 decades and trust is difficult to earn. This atmosphere is relaxing and since then my son and daughter and I have each purchased another vehicle. Nothing beats a respectable deal and confidence in the product you work so hard to acquire. Jeep was just what we expected: it is great to drive and everything worked except a window switch, but Jeff ordered it and mailed it to me keeping his word. Had it all checked out when I brought it to VT and my garage saw no major issues. I'd shop there again.

Jeff was amazing! He was very helpful and straight forward about everything regarding the car. Stayed later to help us because we are from out of state but there s its clear he would do that for anyone else . Excellent experience, highly recommend!

Bought a used truck here in may. .had a front brake issue (verified at the toyota dealership) along with several nickle and dime things they saw.. made a couple phone calls....brought the truck back today...they fixed the issue,,,,,front brake pad problem and 1 dragging caliper...I asked that they replace the other caliper just to avoid future problem and I would pay for the part....they replaced both calipers....pads and rotors...and 1brake line the commitment suicide along the way...charged me $150.00 for the second caliper. .which I was glad to pay to avoid any other problems...no fuss no muss just good service good people great truck...very happy with these folks

Purchased a vehicle here and took it to my mechanic a week later. Needless to say he told me to not drive it that the rear breaks were almost gone and wouldn t pass inspection. The dealer put a inspection sticker on it!! Also the oil pan had been patched with JB weld and the transmission pan seal was leaking so bad it had a puddle under it. Tried to call the dealer back and minus putting a set of pads on it they were not willing to help. Like I want a dealer who hacked the car together and put a sticker on it to touch it again. His response was I should have bought a more expensive car. Bottom line they put an inspection sticker on a car that wouldn t pass!!! Don t buy from them they are hacks.

My f350 steers hard and binds up.. I was told all diesels are like that I ve owned diesels of all brands and even the carbon copy of this truck. None of them steered like this. Probably the pump or gearbox which is why it wasn t fixed.. it s not cheap. Very unhappy. Sadly Jeff seemed really cool , but don t tell me all diesels steer hard..Update... entire front end is shot... too loose to drive, ball joints, tie rod ends... everything junk. In addition the I found the bed supports underneath were bondo and have fallen out causing rusty bed to flip around. These people sold and inspected an unsafe piece of garbage. Scum...$1759.00 for front end. $2800.00 for a new bed.... These people suck. I told them we needed a safe reliable truck... lol. Everyone I meet I tell them to stay away from this junk dealer.

This place doesn't check their cars before they sell them and if they do, they don't fix the problems. Friend bought a car, thought was great until two days later found out it needed a head gasket repair. Possible cracked engine block! Would never recommend this place. ! Who has $800 to fix a car that should be running great! Jerks

This guy seemed really decent. He had been talking with my son about buying a Jeep. He was honest with him and didn t waste his time. That s much appreciated for a new buyer and speaks volumes of the type of person he is.

Buyer beware!! Bought a 2008 Chevy two days ago and this vehicle is unfit for the road. Truck was delivered with check engine light on and multiple other issues. Called and got blown off!! Having a DOT inspector go over truck to try and take this dealers inspection license so no one else has to go through this.

Tim had sold me a car here less than a month ago. The car drove great during the test drive but a week later 5he check engine light came on. The car won t go into drive and the his boss refuses to call me back or make any effort to fix the car. DONT GET SCAMMED!!! Currently opening case for Fraudulence.

Put a sticker on a truck that was not supposed to be inspected. Refused to fix the issue or take the truck back. Took advantage of my elder parents and now they are stuck with a POS vehicle that they have to fix on a fixed income. Shady people they are the ones that will smile And let you think you are getting a reliable vehicle then lie when confronted by the BBB and attorney general. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO BRING IT TO A REPUTABLE MECHANIC BEFORE SIGNING. I plan on letting everone know so they can't do this to anyone else.

Jeff sold us a vehicle that did not pass the emissions test. We did not know this until 4 days after purchase of the truck which does even run anymore because of a cylinder fail. Reached out to him hoping to get some resolution, was told you bought as is.

Good service before and at the time of the sale, vehicle was sold with promise that the navigation would be fixed however they didn't make good on that promise. Navigation still wont work in the $20,000 vehicle.

I m a 17 year old who went in here about 3 weeks ago and bought my first car. It had a bad oil leak and Giguere refused to pay for any of the repairs. Horrible people that would knowingly sell a car that had major issues. NEVER buy a car here.
