I just took my daughter s Toyota Camry to the team at Eurasian, and was extremely pleased with the service. Jarad and the team were very transparent on pricing and what needed to be done.I found the price of the repair, very reasonable. I was impressed with how rapidly they got the job done. Dave did a terrific job on the transmission.I would highly recommend them for any auto repair versus a dealership in both pricing and quality.

My son is deployed and they took his car right in. Told us the truth about its faults. Didn't sugar coat anything. I will trust them with our other vehicles. Thanks for your honesty. You could have led us on a wild goose chase with repair bill after repair bill. Highly recommend this place.

I've gone here for several years for my Volvo. Very honest business . The prices are fair. You'll not be disappointed with this business. Ask Jon at the front desk to say, "Eurasian, baby!" Update: I just had a sensor installed and was in and out in the hour they promised.

I had a problem with my suspension, a snapped spring was not a nice thing to wake up to. I called Eurasian and explained the situation. They were able to get me right in, and took care of the problem in a very prompt manner. They are very attentive, calling me to get approval before any work was performed. I was able to get my vehicle back in enough time for a trip I was taking that weekend. Overall the experience was extremely nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and quality work. I WILL be taking our car there again.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Repeat customer here. Brought my Tacoma in for an A/C check up on Thursday, turned out I needed a new condenser. Truck is still under warranty and Jared B. spent a lot of time coordinating with the less-than-responsive insurance company to get the claim approved. Saved me a ton of out of pocket cost. The shop had to wait to get the part I needed but he was great at keeping me updated along the way. Even with the delay of having to wait for the part, my truck was good to go by Monday afternoon (and the A/C blows ice cold!) Always recommend Eurasian, these guys are great!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

I've been taking my car to them since 2016, and have to say they have been AWESOME. I am not car savvy, I don't know anything about cars and I've heard horror stories of other places taking advantage of naive people, and I feel comfortable bringing my car here. They are forthcoming about the charges, all the fixes their making, and get it all taken care of in a timely manner. Genuinely can't say one critic about the place, I will always recommend friends and family to come here.Service: Auto maintenance

Will not be going back. I have been a loyal and satisfied customer for over 30 years. The shop could always be trusted to give an honest assessment of work needed; and did quality work.Even when I moved farther away, I continued to patronize Eurasian. Again, even after Rick, the original owner, retired and sold the business, I continued to bring my cars there. I trusted John, the service writer who had been with Rick; and then Tobey, who later joined John. After John retired I stayed around, and nothing seemed to change.Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change, and Tobey let me know that the rear brakes needed to be done, and gave an estimate of $495. I called within a few weeks to set up an appointment for the brake work and a state inspection. I was greeted by a gentleman I had never previously dealt with, who could not seem to find the original quote, but asked me what it was and said they would honor it.To say I was surprised when I received a call and was given a laundry list of items that needed to be done, and a quote of over $3,200, is an understatement. I said not to do anything, and I'll pay for the inspection. When I picked up my car and paid the $40 for the inspection, I learned that both Tobey and his coworker Terry, are no longer there.I brought my car elsewhere, got the inspection and needed work, including the brakes, for $600! Car is running great.

I Had the lifters and rockers go in my car and Jared called in a Chevy specialist to do the work on my car. I love this place And Jared was absolutely amazing making sure They got fixed and I knew what was going on and then a week later he handled my tires and was just as amazing about it. I will definitely recommend eurasian auto to everyone I meet they are amazing and Jared is definitely the best and who you want to deal with your vehicle. He is so sweet caring and attentive and he seems to pride himself on doing good and he seems to enjoy giving good news about your car. This is The absolute only place in the Franklin Tilton area I will ever trust

Friendly staff, great service, on-time and within the estimate. I recommend their services without reservation. Great waiting area, loaner car for longer projects. Thanks guys! Great job on that turbo replacement on our Ford Escape, all the smoke cleared out from the oil the turbo dumped into the exhaust, the Code cleared for the O2 sensors, check engine light went out, runs better than before the turbo went! Only thing I would suggest is a car wash for customers cars, the back lot is dusty and the car was covered, when I worked for GM I would bring the customers car to the detail bay and give it a quick wash following my dad's lead since he washed every car that came into his shops. If anyone asks about you guys gonna tell em "pricey but worth it". You guys made sure you fixed what you found the car needed along the way instead of just patching it up, so many people do their job to the bare minimum now a days it's nice to see you guys go the extra mile. Sorry about my wife's anxiety, she didn't belive me the smoke would clear out... Great place. Very professional. First place I've let work on any of my vehicles in over 20 years. They did a great job and took less time than anticipated. I had four tires mounted and alignment done. I will do business there again.

Had to have some work done on my truck that was quite involved. The work was completed in 2 days and I haven't had any issues. They also offered me a 2 year warranty on the work they did! Not many places do that for you.

I bought a 2012 volvo that has given me nothing but problems. I took it to two diferent places before going to eurasian. I am never taking it anywhere else. Jared, Chris and the whole team at eurasian have been amazing. They call me every time the come across something that needs attention. They dont push for me to make repairs that i cant afford. I have not once felt like they were talkign to me like "a girl". They are very informative and just all around great. I cannot say enough about how happy i am with the service. Not your typical service garage. Their pricing is fair they communicate with you during the service if anything out of the ordinary surfaces. They are knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong. They have worked on 3 different Mercedes and every time I was pleased. I have recommended them to friends who are pleased with their service as well. We started going to Eurasian on the recommendation of a friend after having multiple issues at another local auto place a year or two ago.My husband was a bit nervous at first as he was hoping to continue to use somebody who was Toyota Technician certified, particularly for bigger jobs, but they had all the right answers to his questions and we're knowledgeable.Eurasian has always been friendly, timely (even if I was running late, 3 kids and a 40 minute drive to get there... it happens), and reasonably priced. They always call and check before doing anything extra. They let me know ahead of time if regular maintenance, like oil change prices, change from previous times when I make the appointment.Most notable, we had our tires replaced elsewhere and went straight from there to Eurasian for our scheduled oil change. The tire place had left grease smeared all over my car, including their rags stuffed in my cupholders. While Eurasian assured me they did not believe it was from them, they still offered to take the time to clean it for me. In my rush to get from one place to another I hadn't even noticed, I declined but appreciated that they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They've never left my car messier than when I dropped it off so I had no doubts it was not them, definitely made me note I will not be going back to the tire place though.We continue to use them for all our maintenance and constantly recommend them to others when the topic comes up.

They are the best. Fit me in (again) when my vehicle that we rely on failed and put us back on the road quickly. Appreciate all the transparency to when current and future repairs/services are required. They have serviced my eclectic mix of BMW X5 Diesel, Audi A8, Lexus RX and Jeep GC and always happy.

I've used Eurasian twice in the last 4 months and both times received honest, timely, and fair service. I've got a 2006 Land rover LR3 that is in good condition, but need the foreign car shop love. Toby and Terry have been great to work with and on top of keeping the shop and your car running smoothly. Highly recommend for foreign car work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Always reasonable and friendly, get things fixed in a timely manner and charge reasonably. Been talking my Nissan here the last 2 years or so, along with my ex roommate's car as well, never had any issues. Worth the wait if they can't get you in right away.

I've been taking my car to Euranisan for as long as I have had my license and I can't say enough good things about them. They are usually able to sneak me in when the schedule permits, and they do quality work. If you're someone who does some of your own work, let them know and they can call you before doing anything major which is nice. Jon in particular is especially great to deal with, and his knowledge is vast. They've changed owners once in my service there, and have maintained the same standard of excellence. I highly recommend Eurasian, as a good mechanic can be hard to find and they are great!
