Large wholesale store with lots of options in bulk items. Many different types of food, housewares electronics and many more including tires auto mechanics that will help fix your vehicle as well. Great deals on gas especially if you have their capital one credit card usually save lots of money at the gas pump and plenty of deals and coupons to use in their app.

Not a big fan of " pay-to-shop" type of stores. But we're giving BJ's a try. One thing is that alot of the food products are in such a large amount that it is hard to store the items at home. Sometimes the cheese is so big it won't fit in the refrigerator, and you have to make sure you can consume that amount or it goes bad. The other products like clothing and electronics seem to be on point with other stores prices, so no big savings there. Overall not that cheap and in some cases it is more expensive than regular stores...........

Always friendly staff. The prices are great. I love the coupons available kits if savings to be had. I like the healthy snack selection the most.

A large majority of my experiences at BJs Wholesale Club & BJ s fuel have been enjoyable. Little to no wait times lines! Good coupons and mobile apps. I do not like the self checkout. I feel like I'm doing all the work while employees stand on the sidelines and ignore their jobs. I'm forced to slow down while scanning my items, which takes longer, to avoid being flagged by the self-checkout for suspicious behavior... taking off hangers.

I purchased four tires last weekend along with an alignment.Less than a week later, I had a low tire pressure warning light on the dashboard. I went into the tire garage and explained what was happening. Their earliest available appointment time to look at it will be in six days. The young man did even walk outside to look at the tires.Don't make the same mistake that I did.

My mother in law picked up the cake I ordered for my son's first birthday on friday night after the bakery had closed. I am absolutely horrified with the quality...the middle of the cake was raised so high the cake box would close and smoosh into the frosting! How did the employee not notice? The writing looked horrible, and by saturday morning the words were runny and left it looking even worse. They didnt even box it correctly, so when you opened the box lid the cake was facing the opposite way...why?? I have never been so embarrassed to serve a cake in my life. I'm so thankful I made my son's smash cake, and didnt leave that to BJ's bakery to screw up as well. I will absolutely never order again, or recommend ordering, a special occasion cake here... you will be left disappointed. I will try to attach pictures. (Taken Saturday morning before the party)Update* I have also attached a photo of the cake I ordered, for comparison.

I love BJs...this BJs location is a bit smaller than others I've been to though and doesn't offer as much as other stores BUT the Tilton location still does offer quite a bit. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the store or about any of the employees I've encountered. I just wish the bakery was bigger and that this location had a full-service deli. The meat section isn't as large as other BJ stores I've shopped either.

Store is old and showing its age.The overall appearance is unorganized, cluttered, and somewhat dingy. The front end staff was trying to chase rats out of the front door entrance. I m not kidding. The main freezer with ALL bulk frozen items (meat, hamburgers, fish, chicken, etc.) was broken; I hope they discard the spoiled products and don t try to re-freeze and sell to an unbeknownst victim.Horrible experience. I m letting my membership expire.

Zero registers open. Yes zero. My wife bought a membership. I was looking for six items and gas. ALL were more expensive than if we went to Walmart, Market Basket or my local gas station. Ridiculous and very inconvenient. This place is useless.

The older man at the door gives off a nasty energy. I've tried smiling at him and telling him to have a good day but he just glares at me and stares me down. He asked for my receipt (even though I bought toilet paper and a few cleaning supplies) and he THOROUGHLY checked to make sure my items matched. He makes me feel VERY uncomfortable and I feel targeted every time I go. It sucks because I bought a membership to shop here and this man makes me feel scared to enter and leave the store.

Went shopping there with the wife and my best friend's wife. Good variety of different types of items on hand quality seems pretty fair. It's a membership card type placefree parking when you're there also there's a members gas station prices generally run 10 to $0.15 cheaper than the other local gas stations. One other thought if you decide you're going to become a member and you're a veteran make sure you tell them because they do give a discount

You can't beat their sales and deals. If you have the BJ's Card and MasterCard it's amazing the savings you will get. For an example go inside first and purchase three or more items before gassing up your vehicle and you can get up to 70 cents off per gallon. I paid only 1.74 a gal. today. WOW

I really wish someone would clean the spider webs and spiders off the gas pumps. Honestly just a little sweep. Counted 13 decent sized spiders one night then 9 and a nest on another one I used tonight. It s gross and creepy.

Bargains on some things but not on others. You have to being informed shopper to get the best prices. In general paper goods and cleaning products seem to be good buys. Grocery items are a mixed bag.

Called specifically to get member information asked for current pricing and deals for non members. Got a detailed description of current information$5 90 day trial. 2 tier membership discounts for member from other clubs $115.00 was $65 $55.00 was $25.00 " lowest they had ever seen it" etc...Drove 2 hours south just for everyone to say no specials like that, no idea none of those promotions going on. I called and the Supervisor who said sorry you were misinformed. Huh if I told a client the price quoted was wrong I would stil have to honor it. Customer service fail!

The guy at the door has been very rude to me on 5 different occasions and this last one on Sunday crumpled up my receipt and threw it at me. And every time they just talk to him and he still has a job after throwing the customers receipt at them. Despicable behavior. Horrendous customer service, abusive, discrimination at it's finest..

I live in Kentucky and went shopping at BJs for the house equipment. We were at the checkout lane around their closing time and the service we received from the employees was very in professional. Just because they had to close they got so impatient and one of the girls rolled her eyes at us and showed way too much attitude. She was giving sass and being rude for no reason when we spent $120 at the place. Very rude service.

We bought from this bjs multiple times, we walked in about an hour before I posted this, the man at the door was really rude to us when we tried walking to the front desk, (it was a one way) and it wasn t like hey mama you can t go that way, it was in a snarky rude way he said it. When we were leaving we bought a mattress and someone in our party bought a tv. We gave him the recipes, he let our entire party except the person with the tv to go, he stood in front of the cart with the tv and check ALL the serial numbers to make sure we were not stealing the tv and made this clear. We have never felt so unwelcome at this place.

Great price in tires. But the fact you guys dont have an alignment machine and you install tires is a joke.I was never informed on you guys not aligning the new tires. Now have to drive and hour to get an aligment because its a busy saterday. Thanks. For sucking. Townfair tire is the way to go. Way easier to deal with. Just turned and hour and half job into a 7 hour day for me. +plus i get to put 60 miles on brandnew tires with no alignment. Pound sand.

I'm disabled. I used their wheel cart to get around. When I was done she demanded me to plug it in. I cannot bend... the plugs are way down close to the floor. My husband unplugged it so I could use it but was busy cashing out when I dropped it off so when I told her ..she checks you out at the door.. anyway when I told her I couldn't . That should be her job. She was just standing there. So after I told her I can't she started to mouth me off... highly uncalled for an not very perfectional. Of her. My husband then overheard it all an went to the manager.. no respect for the disabled. Happens again...news media time.....

What is there to say. BJs is a warehouse store. Prices are good. Quantities are large although not quite the barrel size as Costco. Good selection of pretty much everthing.

BJs Wholesale is a great store. I bought several different snacks and toiletries in bulk here. The only downside is when buying calcium suppliments, you really have to be careful about Eugenia Cooney cronkling in the air ventilation system and snatching your suppliments alongside whatever calcium you have in your bones. Again, this is a great store. Just be careful about Eugenia.

We bought a Samsung DVD player for about 6 months. It stopped working, so we brought it back to BJs same place where we brought it. The customer service guy who work on 1.25pm on Friday 20th October did not offer for help. He did say only 3 months warranty and tell us to call Samsung. So disappointed with their customer service. From now on we won t spend our money for them anymore.

Nice price for LT tires but only mounting on my rims and refusing to mount them on truck is ridiculous. I did not have the equipment to do that so I am going to a real tire dealer that can do the whole job.

It's a warehouse deal place. Most everything is a good deal. There's the occasional stinker, but that's everywhere. Just eat before you go. Otherwise you'll spend too much.
