My son Zack rented the garage at this property for his own detailing business which he did as a second income. My son Zack was murdered on January 16th. I called the the owner of Anderson Auto and let him know within days of his murder. At this time I asked that no one go in to the space he rented . The owner assured me he was a millionaire and didn t need to take anything of anyone else s. I then assured him that s not what I meant but that I would get there before the first to clean it out. On Jan 30th rounded up help to to go clean out the shop. I prepared myself emotionally or so I thought. When I got there I was told everything that was my sons was over there. Not only did this man go into a space that was rented by my son but he took a piece of closure from my family. I then told him he shouldn t have been in a space that he rented out. He said very coldly listen lady. It s not normal that a 19 year old isn t at work every day and gets murdered at dunkins. He then said he could do whatever he wanted because he was the owner.. He then said he needed to go in and make sure there was nothing illegal in there. Opening up this location after being Mobil for a year was a big dream of my sons. A lot of my sons stuff was missing gone! So not only did this man steal closure for being able to walk into my sons last detailing environment his things went missing as well. This man doesn t have a heart or any compassion what s so ever. Not anyone who I would trust to do any kind of business dealings with especially to buy a safe vehicle I would trust to put my family in. I believe in Karma and I m sure she will be knocking at your door before long. This is just another example of how cruel this world can be.

If I could give 0 stars I would they had posted a truck for sale on Facebook I contacted them they ran all my info got me approved and that was outstanding got everything set up with the sales guy to come down they had me go through all the hoops I had the down payment the insurance set up not to mention I live 2 hours away and was a hour into my drive when the sales guy reach back to me told me the truck I was heading down to get was no longer available and sold it behind my back after wasting a day and half of my time and money. I send him a messge with 2 other trucks i was intresed in and he dint even try to get me into one Don't go here this is not the way to do business im surprise this place is even in business.after reading the reviews on this place I belive ever last bad one over the good if you are looking for a car don't go here take your time and drive to Vermont and conduct your business with shattuck motors in newport vt or right wheels in derby vermont or even progressive auto sale in st Albans vt and you won't be disappointed this place is a huge joke and waste of time

If I could leave less than a one star I would. I honestly have no direct experience with anyone who works here or contact for that matter which is why I m writing this review. My husband and I were interested in a Subaru that s listed on their website. There are four different numbers listed on the website, Facebook and Google. We called all of those numbers to see if the car was available before we drove all the way there. One person answered out of all four of those number, that person was no longer an employee and told us to call the owner. No calls were ever returned, I even tried reaching out through Facebook in the event we had any wrong phone numbers. Still no response. A relative in the area stopped by for us to see if the car was there as we thought they may just be too busy but we re extremely interested in the car. They indicated that they had not had a Subaru legacy for MONTHS and they were super shady. Honestly, I hate leaving bad reviews but I ve never been completely ignored and shrugged off when looking to purchase a vehicle. Not a good impression but my hope is that the owner can correct this so another person doesn t have to experience what we did and possibly update their website.

I purchased a vehicle from Anderson Auto on August 8, 2021, after researching available used cars and dealerships on the internet for months. Anderson Auto not only excelled in terms of customer service during the original sale, but also met all expectations following the sale. I was able to purchase a reliable vehicle for a very fair price. Anderson Auto set up an appointment to pay for me to get a new key and an appointment for the car to be inspected at a different garage. Both appointments were honored and paid for my Anderson Auto. I'm very happy with my new vehicle. This is a nice, family run business. I fully recommend buying a vehicle through them, especially is you're on a limited budget.

I just moved to Laconia NH in September and my car needed to many costly repairs and had to get rid of it. I came across Anderson Auto LLC after not qualified to go through a dealership. I texted Ethan and he said come on by. I didn't have a way to get there and he had Chris pick me up to go look. I had a tight budget. Ethan had two in my price range and test drove both. I was able to put down a good deposit and Ethan was willing to work with me on a payment plan. I was able to talk with mechanic also. Ethan went the extra mile and put on 4 new tires and a battery and had it cleaned and ordered seat covers. I'm very happy with my 2008 hyndai Sonata, and grateful to his team and efforts. I highly recommend Anderson Auto LLC

Start to finish it was a very easy process to buy a car from here. They were upfront about how the cars are repaired, and didn't hesitate to share any details about parts used or work done.They even helped me by sending additional paperwork long after the purchase was completed.Very good at helping a first time buyer navigate the paperwork.

I can't begin to explain how impressed I was with this dealership. I have dealt with a few but Anderson Auto was the first time where I felt like I was being taken care of and not some customer. Not only did they work with me on the price, but they gave me their business card and said if I need anything to just call. That is the FIRST time a dealership has said if I need anything just call. If you're looking for affordability AND a genuine care for your purchase, make Anderson Auto your first stop!

The staff at Anderson Auto are courteous and helpful without hounding you to 'buy' like most other dealerships. Tim Thessalia, who sold is our 2009 Jeep Patriot, went the extra mile to make our experience a pleasant one, answering all questions and accommodating us through the entire process. Anderson Auto has a good selection of vehicles and priced well below that of their competitors. I highly recommend them to those looking to buy their next car...

I had a really good experience with these people I'm a large guy and I was having trouble finding a vehicle I could comfortably fit in and in my price range and they set me up wonderfully. And I think it's worth mentioning that after seeing three or four other used car places in the same day this was the first one that didn't have the aggressive stereotypical car salesman feel to it. There was no pressure at all through the whole experience. It honestly felt like they just wanted to get me in a car that I liked

It was hard to get a hold of someone and when I did they didn t seem to particularly care. I had questions the owner left unanswered. I decided to stop by anyways and check things out. First impressions are important and the cars were all fairly dirty. Dust from just sitting is one thing, but most of the vehicles had these gross streaks them from I don t even know what. It wasn t water, that s for sure. Safe to say I ll be looking elsewhere.

I have not dealt with Anderson auto. However a good friend of mine just bought a car from them. Very nice car and a very good deal. Not the first friend I have had by a car from here. I ve heard nothing short of very good thanks from people who bought their cars here.

Complete crooks, they assured me there were only a few small issues with the car. It needed 2 separate repairs that each cost more than the car is worth. Alongside tons of other small repairs. All in all i would not suggest anyone give these people their business. This place is as sleazy as it gets.

They use bon-do on the frame instead of welding it. My mechanic said I should slap them with a lawsuit. Should not have been sold like that. Do not get a vehicle from them.

Hands down the best place to shop for used cars! staff is super friendly espcially Allison! affordable prices! I will come here everytime to buy a car thank you guys so much for the best car shopping experience

Buyer beware..our car was pushed through inspection with broken front end parts and 5k miles later is in need of a transmission. Steer clear of this junkyard

Sold me and my son a junk car hold on the frame... lots of rust...... told me it souk take a sticker and it didn't...... there were drugs in the car when we bought it...........
