I was heading out this fall with my subaru pulling a camper and had a flat battery. I managed to jump it myself but was worried about leaving for a long Canadian trip without having someone look at it. Called around and Tice's was the only garage who would help me. Drove right over and immediately they had a new battery installed and got me back on my way. Thanks for the great service !

They sprayed on the NH Oil Undercoat treatment, only took a little over an hour. Appointment time was followed and I'm really happy with the result.Waiting room chairs are nice and cushy.

These guys are great! Always have treated me right and have been honest. If I have a question or concern about my vehicle they are always very helpful to make sure my car is safe and ease my concerns... the cars they are selling are so NICE! They have car detailing now! They have a body shop and under coating! One stop shop! I love it!

Had oil change here, was referred by my cousins. Very quick, friendly, clean. Will definitely be going back. I'm also having auto body work done here. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! I'm from out of state and every single time I've had to go to Tice's its on an emergancy bases. They always take care of us right away, even if they are a bit busy. They are honest, very fair pricing (especially for the area) and genuine. We are extremly greatful to have them around!

We were stuck with a break down coming home from vacation on a Friday afternoon. They took us in at 4:00 and got us back on the road by 5:00. Great service and great price. Absolute life savers and great people.

I had an unexpected issue with my 2015 Chevy Equinox while on vacation in the area. I made an appointment for the following week, but in the meantime the issue became worse and I had to drop the vehicle off well in advance of my scheduled appointment. They completed the work on my vehicle the day before my original appointment was for and, most importantly, they did not inflate the price given my circumstances. They were great to deal with over the phone and in person. Thank you, Tice Auto!

We stopped for an emergency repair as few miles from the place noticed smoke coming from the back right wheel. Felt really relieved to find the repair shop nearby that looked professional and was doing exactly the type of work we needed. But what a disappointment it was... First we had to wait for 1.5 hours (which is understandable but the wheel cooled down by then). Then the guy took the car, quickly looked at it and said there was nothing wrong. Did not even take off the wheel. I tried to convince him that it was unlikely that tire would be smoking with no reason. Then he did a quick test drive and said that there was nothing to worry about, all was good. They charged me $25 for this sort of consultation and again confirmed it would be completely safe to go back to Boston (even gave me a written statement). That calmed us down, but we still decided to cut the trip short and go back home. It was the right decision as 15 miles later the wheel got overheated again. It took us 10 hours of painful and dangerous drive at 20 mph with many stops and constantly overheated wheel to get back home by 4 in the morning next day. I took the car to repair shop nearby and they said that it was malfunctioning caliper that needs to be replaced immediately and the car cannot be driven at all. They fixed it in 2 hours.Either people at Tices's Automotive are completely unprofessional or they don't care or both.Service: Brakes

Went to ossipee New Hampshire on vacation noticing that two of my tires were junk. Went to Tice automotive and had great service and great work. Replaced all 4 tires on my trailer and no loss time on vacation.THANK YOU TICE AUTOMOTIVEService: TiresService: Tires

Disconcerting that they took it down the road for several minutes just for a state inspection sticker. Never heard or seen any inspection station ever doing this in my 38 years of getting stickers. And I have worked at shops/garages while giving a few inspections myself.

Myself and my daughter bought a Chevy equinox we we had and have a great experience with the sale and after the sale we got a great price and the financing options they had made it easy for us to get the car she wanted. Service has been helpful with their knowledge and experience I couldn't ask for a better place for your auto needs highly recommend.

If I can rate negative star I would do. I bought a car $6990 from this shop last year. The car has some rust at the right passenger door. I asked the owner is it gonna be alright and is there anywhere else? then he said he will check and fix it. As I am new in this country, no credit, no experience about the car, he cheer me up to get this car and will take care about financial. So I trusted him and got a car. The car inspection was passed from their shop also. One year later my car did not pass inspection because of rusted under car body. It smell stink that's why can rust go through all area underneath the car? It will take about $750 to fixed it. And as you know, no response and no insurance. I can do nothing. I thought I buy the car for good at least a couple years but it is not. Am I just stupid or had a bad luck or this shop is a deceiver? Not recommend.

Honest, quality service. Andrew has been a tremendous help with his advise that freed me from a very costly high warranty deal when I recently purchased a new car. I will always get advise from him in the future before purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I have brought my car here on several occasions and always receive exceptional service! The staff is extremely friendly, the lobby is very clean with comfortable couches and I m always offered coffee while I wait. I would highly recommend Tice Automotive to get your car serviced. Five stars!

Needed my 2 vehicles inspected today, and they got me right in, one after the other! They are normally really busy, and I was so pleased that they were able to fit me in without an appointment! Always great service! Thanks Guys.

Average cost. Average wait. I decided to take my tires there to be mounted, balanced, and new air pressure sensors installed as I have no experience with TPMS. (Not because I couldn't get them mounted and balanced privately) My tires were mounted and balanced correctly and the sensors installed...BUT my sensors (direct from Subaru)were not programmed. And if I did not chat directly with the mechanic I wouldn't have known (other than that pesky light still being on) Their "policy" is to not program sensors that haven't been purchased through the shop?!I (lifelong local) have heard mixed things about Tice's and have never gone there before. Thoroughly disappointed in their transparency and this greedy "policy"

Cannot say enough about the level of service that this business provides. They are professional, responsive and provide outstanding customer service. Once again Tices has exceeded my expectations! My Nissan Juke had to be towed in late last night from the shoulder of Rt. 28. Being Christmas Eve I assumed I would be without it through the holiday. She is all fixed up and ready for pick up and it wasn't even Noon. They really are awesome!! I am very grateful!

Bought an 07' Chevy Cobalt from them on January 1st this year. After having it for less than 24 hours I noticed a rattle in the front end when going over bumps. So I took it back for them to figure out what was wrong with it the next day. I was told right out of the gate that "THEY weren't putting anymore money into that car". But they humored me enough to put it up on the lift and tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong. Well, over the course of the last few months the rattle has become MUCH worse. So I took it to a trusted mechanic in the area. He pulls the car in, puts it up on the lift. and immediately points out that the control arm bushings are completely toast. I'm sorry, but that doesn't happen in just a few months of hardly driving the vehicle. Not to mention that they painted right over the rust on the car, which is now showing due to the weather washing off the paint. I wouldn't buy from them again and I suggest you don't either.

They're very thorough & prompt. Bill tice is good too his customer's. Also Bill keisman is a good worker & prompt. Just for kicks l had a problem a flat tire and l did'nt even get out of my truck and Mr. Keisman was all on it.

The staff here have been brilliant. My truck broke down locally and all the information and help they have given me has been so good. We are .moving to the area and at least I know I have a place to get my vehicles serviced etc. Brian has and was so helpful. Thank you.

We Bought a truck from this place a few years ago, this was our first vehicle puchase. The truck was on warranty for a new frame and we were told that the manufacture would honor this warranty even if we chose to wait a long time before getting it fixed. The truck had very low miles, and a new frame would be like getting a brand new truck so we bought it. I called 3 months after purchasing this truck to set up a time to get the frame replaced and the recall had expired and Toyota informed me that once a recall expires, there is nothing they could do for us. I brought it back to Tice s and they fixed the deteriorating frame to the best of their ability which was appreciated, but I knew we were totally screwed from there on out with this truck and regretted buying it completely. Why they weren t proactive and sent it to get it fixed before putting it on the lot or atleast Informing us that there was a very small window of time to get it fixed is BEYOND ME. Every year come inspection time we had to shovel a stupid amount of money out to get the truck in inspectable condition. This year, we had to pay for brand new frame in order to get it fixed, while still owing 5,000.00 on it. Before we agreed to get this fixed, our financing company gave us a month deferment to come up with a solution, and in that month, I called this business and spoke to the man who sold this vehicle to us and after multiple occasions of my calls being dodged, or telling me he would call me right back I was able to speak to him and he tried telling me that Toyota recently fixed a customers frame for them, so I called toyota and they assured me that that was false.I have tried contacting this shop, the salesman, and the owner, to no avail. I have even tried messaging the shop on Facebook and I can see that they have read my messages and have chosen to ignore me. I have low credit so I can t swap out the vehicle, even so, it is worthless anyways. The point is, that it s just the wrong thing to do! Whether there be a solution or not, avoiding people who bought a vehicle from you is so unprofessional and cowardly-Which has brought me to do this review. I am currently stuck paying thousands of dollars in repairs while paying 330.00 a month for a truck that is so deteriorated that it would desingerate underneath me if I were to drive it down the road. If you are even considering buying a vehicle from this place, bring a trustworthy mechanic with you, or drive it right down the road to another trusted mechanic to look at it. Very unhappy. Having no vehicle would be a better option.

I brought a car from them on March 9th 2017 and it was in the shop 9 times. The last time was almost 3 weeks then I had to bring it down twice after they did the headcasket because of their mistake. Oil cap not on right and No heat . I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. Every time I brought it to them, they said they fixed it, then 2 to 3 weeks later it's back in. When I told them I will return the car and cancelled my loan they said oh no we can fix the problems. Well I have it back and if my engine light comes back on they are getting it back.
