05 Grand Cherokee; state inspection, oil change, check engine light, suspension work. from start to finish, a great job. Timely and affordable. Whenever I am in the shop the people are friendly and take time to explain options and repairs needed to keep my vehicle running well.

I had an excellent experience at Peak Performance this November: I had a few routine services done and also asked if they would check under the car near my damaged Right front bumper. They repaired the damaged bumper and added clips, and it looks like new!They were friendly and honest, and gave me a ride back home during the repairs and then picked me up when my car was ready. Thank you!

Neat, clean and professional is the best way to describe these guys and their shop. I recently built a new body for one of my trucks and had Peak Performance do all lighting and wiring on it. To say it was clean and perfect is an understatement. These guys went the extra mile and did an awesome job, couldn t recommend more. I ve also had several other work done on my other trucks and always walked away satisfied. I was drifting my 1999 toyota camry on some high snow up in Maine, which caused my exhaust to disconnect from the frame. Over some time the twist of the exhaust broke at the flex pipe. I went to Peak Performance and they delivered! My car runs and drives quietly and safely.Now I go there to get a tune up or anything.My 1999 toyota camry continues to run tough as nails! These guys are great mechanics and great people. I'm from out of state and my engine gave out while in the area. John was willing to leave New Hampshire in order to find the best engine to replace my old one with. They worked long and hard to make sure the job was done well. The new engine runs great and on a 400 mile trip back home, it ran like a dream with no issues at all! I wish more business owners had that kind of ethic and dedication. If I lived in the area he would be my mechanic!I highly recommend this business!!

Blew a tire driving up from MA on New Years weekend and the guys at peak performance patched it up and had me on the road within an hr! They even fixed the warning lights on the dashboard. Fantastic guys

This is my second season using Peak Performance for snow plowing and shoveling. They are reliable, friendly and do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for these services.

I could not be happier with the service I was provided by John and Kyle this past weekend. Running into car troubles while on vacation late in the evening on a Friday night where most shops around are closed on Saturday seems like a doomed situation. Not only was Peak Performance open on Saturday, John responded to my online inquiry within minutes of my Friday at 9:30pm message to say they had availability to fit me in for emergency service. We dropped the car off on Saturday morning and within a couple of hours, we were good to go. John and Kyle are honest and knowledgeable mechanics with good hearts. We will be forever grateful!

Peak Performance took time out of their busy schedule on a Saturday and during a snow storm to come to me (45 minutes) and repair my vehicle. Very understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Peak Performance. John was awesome, get your vehicle fixed and leave with a friend.

I was up touring the mountains on my 24 year old motorcycle when suddenly I realize the bike is running way louder than normal. After a quick inspection, I find that one of my pipes has cracked and is leaking badly. I do a quick search to see who is around and even open on a Saturday and Peak Performance is nearby so I call. "bring it right over brother" is what I'm told. John and Kyle are great at what they do. Within a few minutes they had welded my cracked pipe back together - exhaust leak completely gone. I'll always ride up in NH with confidence now knowing that Peak Performance is there. Thanks again guys, I'm not able to go on long rides very often because of work, kids, etc. and you guys saved that weekend trip!!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Highly recommend! Fast, friendly, and gets the job done right. We took our car to another local shop, knowing there was a wheel bearing going. After charging us $150 and telling us they couldn t find anything wrong, we took it to Peak. Got our wheel bearing fixed (now it is right as rain; I knew it!!) and John is the only guy we re letting work on our super special Japanese import van. He s the best!

Bumped into John while I was at local O'reilly's and it was lucky I did. I was telling the clerks about how much my current mechanic was going to charge me to change a catalytic converter and he suggested I give him a call because his shop could give me a better price. My old shop was going to charge me an arm and a leg just for the catalytic converter (I know the reason, however they never suggested an alternative, just left me with a dying vehicle). Peak Performance changed both cats, two O2 sensors, spark plug wire that had a hole in it (causing the cat to fail in the first place, which Kyle figured out and I don't think my previous shop would have since they changed the plugs earlier and didn't notice it then), and the oil cooler gasket, for a couple of thousand less. John kept me in the loop the entire time, (even when he had food poisoning) and Kyle is the kind of mechanic that really works to figure out what the root cause is of what is going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend these guys for their skill, knowledge, customer service, integrity, fairness and bonus - they're pet lovers!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Leaving Hobb's brewery we came out to find a flat on the truck. We went back inside to get a referral for repair. They recommended Peak Performance. They came to us and assessed the situation while I was inflating the tire with a portable compressor. The issue was a bad valve stem. I was able to limp to their shop where they changed the valve stem. They did this after they were closed and I could not have been more happy with their professionalism and friendliness. I couldn't recommend them more.Service: Tires

What can I say that John's (the owner) actions didn't say for themselves. We were headed back home to RI from North Conway when the right front wheel bearing decided to jump ship and leave us stranded off 16 with nothing but two Zeb's sodas and a package of caramel cookies. This being a Sunday, it was pretty hard to find a shop that could take us in, but I noticed Peak Performance on the map not too far away and gave them a call. We got towed there and John didn't waste any time in getting my truck in for surgery. He even suggested local accommodations, and dropped us both off at the hotel! John was completely transparent and honest with all of the work completed and delivered my truck to the hotel by 10AM the next day. John and his brother were extremely courteous, fair and timely with their repairs. Thank you Peak Performance for making a terrible situation go as smoothly as it could've!Service: Steering & suspension repair

We were on vacation ,it was raining really hard my wipers just weren t doing the job .I came across a peak performance card decided to give them a call see if they could recommend a good pair .John not only recommended a nice pair he even came to me and changed my old ones out , so we were back on our way vacationing.thank you so much JohnService: Wiper blade installation

This is a new shop with trained and experienced mechanics. The shop is clean, organized and seems efficient. And the costs for repair were reasonable with suggestions for further work down the line. They seem honest and humble. I only gave 4 stars because I've only been there once for a brake job. I would like to reserve the 5th star once I have been there more often. Overall, good experience

New shop. Really friendly and helpful owner and mechanics. Customer-focused and trustworthy. Went out of the way to replace a tire. Other shops in the area said they were too busy to make an exception for a desperate traveler, ignoring the fact that I needed to get back on the road for a long trip that I did not want to make on a donut.Service: TiresService: Tires

I am a local innkeeper. A guest of mine had broken down while they were on their way here. The folks at Peak Performance stopped and picked them up on the roadside, brought them to the hotel, fixed their car AND delivered it here to the hotel!!!I am in the service industry, and I believe this to be the greatest customer service I have witnessed.My guests arrived happy despite the breakdown, and were pleased with the work done and the price!

Spending money on auto work is always painful but the ease and professional approach of this family owned and operated shop sure does take the sting out of it! They saved the day on New Years day! Windshield wiper system broke on a rainy day, and they were very kind to help us out when everyone else was closed. They dropped us off at a nearby restaurant, fixed it within an hour and picked us back up. Very nice family owned shop that we would highly recommend!

Helped me get my car all sorted out even when they weren't open, and gave me a ride to come pick up the car and to work. 11/10 service, highly reccomend.
