Called to check the status of a unit to make sure it was in stock. got to talk to the owner Dale-which was a pleasure! He explained the machine in detail and answered all my questions even though I probably could have checked on the manufactures website very friendly/helpful and straightforward! I would definitely do business with Barton and will be doing so in the future!

The Owners and Staff are excellent! We made the purchase over the phone. My new sled was ready for pickup right on time. While there Dale and his shop examined and repaired my older sled. They did a great job! Well worth the trip! Chris.S Scranton, PA

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every time we go in, we leave with a positive experience. Anyone who doesn t understand how a small business runs should probably stick to buying things at big box stores. We will always bring our business here.

Can't say how grateful I am to Barton's, I was riding the NEBDR (Adventure motorcycle route) and blew a tube nearby. I was discovered by the fire chief late in the day, who dropped my bike off at Barton's and myself down the street at a hotel. The next day, Barton's had my bike ready for me earlier than expected and I was able to make up some time on my route. I was fully expecting to lose at least a full day and a lot of shops you can wait a long time to get your tire back, but they got me on the road quickly again and I was able to finish my trip.10/10

I accidentally destroyed my entire brake system on my Ski-doo. It was mid snowmobiling season and they were busy but they were able to able to repair/replace my brake system and return to me within 2 weeks. They even changed my chain case oil, which I didn't ask them to do but was very appreciated.

Awesome place! Very friendly! I just bought a new bike from them and was made very easy and they were eager to help or answer questions that we had. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN!

Weird experience. No one was in the showroom when we arrived. A woman walked in and ignored us and put her dog in an office. Another employee walked in and went out back to the garage and ignored us. Finally the presumed owner came out from out back to help us but wasn't very friendly. All this after calling ahead to let them know we were coming in to purchase a snowmobile. They did sell it to us and loaded it in our truck for us, but customer service is not something I would expect if you are going there.

Dale and his wife are awesome, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely fair and reasonable. He does excellent repair and maintenance work as well. I HIGHLY recommend them over any other local ATV/Snowmobile shop.

Went in this morning to purchase a few items. There was a lady employee at the counter talking on the phone. I stood there for a minute then walked around and came back to the counter, I did this 3 times. She's on the phone talking about covid and home schooling. At no point did she acknowledge my presence. There was no "be right with you" or at least hold up the wait a minute finger. I turned and left disgusted with the lack of customer service. I will no longer frequent that establishment.

Excellent dealership. Dale and his staff are professional and accommodating. They have a full range of vehicles and supplies with accessories and clothing for all kinds of Winter Summer Fall or Spring riding. Their service department is excellent, and has a full stock of parts . Best of all, Dale and his wife are really nice people

These guys are top notch! Service, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. I could go on all day. Purchased my first CFmoto from them and the day 1 service never stops. Highly recommend!!!

Worst experience.Had no idea what there talking about.Would not bring my huffy there.To reply to your comment is your ripping people off with used parts.Your costumer service is terrible.You have no knowledge of what you are doing.It's outrageous

Truly one of the best dealerships you will find in the area the folks that work there are the most helpful and we'll take the time to explain and totally review and search for a part for you as well as help you with something new we have been going there for years, Dale is truly a top notch person in running this dealership, being a rider and racer himself he understand every aspect and every angle of these machines worth a trip from anywhere

Honest labor rates ... Just good ppl all around...almost everywhere ive gone to have stuff done they forgot something. . Bartons did everything competently without forgetting. Anything. Its a huge plus to have that peace if mind. .

Having owned & operated a multi franchised dealership for nearly 20 years..... I would not buy a Yamaha anywhere else! Nor would I think twice about servicing other brands there as well. ~ Great service with integrity!
