I've been taking our vehicles to YBA for many years. I recently had a major problem with my foreign vehicle. YBA fit me on short notice so they could take a look at my car. When they determined it was something that needed different expertise they referred me to another garage and called them on my behalf. This is what honesty, integrity and looking out for the customer is all about. The staff at YBA is knowledgeable, professional and will work with you to provide the best outcome. Theresa, who manages the front office provides the best customer experience.

YBA Muffler was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose my Mazda Miata that failed inspection for emissions. After putting the vehicle on a lift and showing me exactly went wrong - the original catalytic converter leaking from the front - we discussed my options of fixing it. They were able to overnight a new cat and have it installed just before I left on a 2 week trip. Truly exceptional customer service and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone nearby!

Best mechanics in the Keene area hands down. No corporate up-sell none sense, just honest people doing great work at a fair price. Been going here for over 5 years and I never have to worry about being taken advantage of. The most honest mechanics I ve ever been to. I needed some major muffler and exhaust system work including 2 mufflers plus the catalytic converter & more as well. The work performed was awesome and completed in a very timely manner.Steve took the time to explain to me exactly why my Altima needed these items. I understood completely & was very appreciative of his patience with me! I asked a bunch of questions.Thank you all at YBA. Last Friday I noticed a piece hanging from the bottom of my car. It seemed to come from the muffler, but had wires attached. Of course it was late in the day, but I called YBA and they had me come right in even though they were set to close for the weekend soon. They put the car on the lift and fixed it. The part needed to be clamped back in place, which they did for no cost to me and I was on my way. I was thrilled that they fixed it so quickly and didn t even charge me. I ve had other work done by them and that was just one more reason to return!

The office manager, Theresa, is friendly and informative. I highly recommend this business for women who are tired of being mistreated by male chauvinist service agents. Here you will feel confident that they will do excellent work on your vehicle at a reasonable rate. Also without unnecessary expensive repairs that others would add to your bill. I went the first time for muffler repair and discovered that they do all mechanical repairs. I haven't gone anywhere else but here for the past 15 years. I highly recommend YBA

I m in New Hampshire for work, I do not know anyone & my car needed a repair. I took a chance on this business solely based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. The receptionist was so professional, warm and inviting & they reasonable priced. The mechanics fixed the issue with my car in under an hour. My Lexus IS 250 is back to normal. Courtesy goes a long ways... I ll be back and will recommend others..

I had them look at it for putting dual tail pipes on my 03 s10 blazer and to weld the y pipe. They wanted to charge me 1300 for a cat and pipe I don't need. System is all new just cracked y pipe. I wasn't happy so I paid 10% of that to have it done in someone's driveway and just what they said could not be done at all... don't recommend them.

Flexible, and solutions oriented. I had communicated that I was on a tight budget. They were able to do the necessary exhaust repair to pass NH inspection within my budget.

The folks at YBA are very professional and thorough! Was brought into the shop to look underneath my car to see for myself and to have work and methods explained, and to discuss options! They were extremely conscientious of my budget as well and worked hard to get me an earlier repair appointment, so I could have my vehicle back in time for atrip that I had to make a day later! Very nice experience, I highly recommend YBA Muffler and Brake repair to anyone looking to receive fair and honest work, it's about integrity!!

I can't thank YBA enough for helping me this past weekend when I had an issue with my exhaust for my son's wheelchair van. It didn't pass state inspection and I didn't realize with the ramp modifications that it had custom parts. Not only did they get me in right away, they called through out the day with updates and fixed the exhaust problem for a reasonable price. They were also so friendly and it made the stressful situation a wonderful experience. I will recommend them to everyone!

We take our car and truck here regularly for both routine servicing and repairs. We value YBA staff opinions on what's needed...they are very knowledgeable and have fair pricing. We've been loyal customers for over 5 years!

Went there for a noise in my car. Needed a new axle, which was reasonably priced and fixed fast and efficiently. While there I was given a quote for new tail light and rear brakes of $1,000. I bought the parts myself for $230. When I had them fixed by a family member, the rear brakes WERE NOT EVEN WORN and did not need to be fixed. The quote I received for the tail lights were $250 for parts. I bought theM myself online for $100. price gauge much? I will consider them in the immediate future for any car related emergent issues, but will not trust the quotes for small maintenance.

muffler replaced one hour labor and muffler $360.00 seems a bit overpriced. Used to live in Swanzey near their garage. Don't think I am going to drive from Charlestown to them againService: ExhaustService: Exhaust
