I have been purchasing my Volvos from Volvo Cars Keene for almost 30 years. I have never purchased elsewhere and they have never let me down. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Never ever again ....i took my s40 in for some repairs..jey fob wouldnt open the trunk ...water sunroof drain tubes cloged and the car never had any water leaks inside the car ...and car ran rough on idle and low speeds ...so after a new timing belt and pullies car still runs rough...they told me the key fob they got to work ...false ..it still didnt work ...i put the car through the car waah after picking ut up and sunroof poured water into the interior ruining a brand new headliner done a couple weeks prior to this service ...the car also had a 1 and half inch gouge and scratches in the freashly painted hood ...when i called them they were quick to tell me to bring it back and would correct the issues along with giving me a loaner car at no cost to me on my appointment date ....on arriving that day giving tgem my car get the loaner ..they tell me they have no record of me as a customer or any loaner for me ..so after 3100 payment and now stranded there ..i take my keys back while cursing my way out the door ...theve never called me and issue yet to be resolved and now in a payment disput...i definitely do not recommend these people . There service stinks and customer service even worse and on top of all this im completely dusabled and that to was disregarded

I was hoping to make a purchase here, they had a CPO XC60 I really liked. They totally bait and switch on the trade offers - they initially gave me a reasonable estimate before I made the drive to Keene (over 1 hour each way for me). When I got to the dealership, they totally lowballed it - they took off over 2k from the original estimate. It was a very obvious bait and switch.The salesperson I was initially working with was unpleasant, the manager gave me a new point of contact afterwards, and brought the price of my trade back up to a reasonable amount. I was hopeful at this point.However, I didn't end up purchasing because their pricing is not competitive. They say they have higher prices because they are "on an island" so to speak in Keene, but the reality is that most customers are making a ~30-60k purchase when buying a Volvo here, so driving to other dealers like Nashua, Concord, Exeter, etc. to get a better price is totally worth it. I ended up buying a vehicle that was less expensive, lower mileage, also CPO, newer, and the dealer gave me the same price on my trade as Volvo Cars of Keene ... so overall much better deal. Shop around!

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned XC60 from this location. My wife initially made contact with Alyssa in the business development office, who set us up an appointment with a Volvo specialist at the store. She was excellent and sent us a message the day of letting us know the vehicles we were interested in were still available.When we got to the store, Jaime Rios came to assist us. He showed my wife some of the features of the car so she could get a feel for it on the test drive and allowed us to test the car out without him. We liked the car and price, so we agreed to take a look at purchase options. They were able to get us a clear breakdown of downpayments and term options, and made the decision very easy without any pressure. The GM, Bob, was able to adjust the terms very quickly when we wanted to adjust our money down.We then sat with Branko in the business office to finalize our purchase. He was able to get us a killer warranty on the vehicle without blowing our payment up. Overall we had a great experience and will call Jaime first when we look for our next vehicle purchase.

I ve been to a lot of dealers and a lot of service shops, and I have never been to a place as top-notch as Volvo of Keene. And far away what makes this such an incredible place, at least in my experience, is Adam. For years he has consistently been remarkably professional, responsive, and courteous. I bought my last Volvo there, and I m sure I ll be buying my next Volvo there too

Great service! I was going to go to get my tires and alignment from a tire store. I talked with the service rep after they did my recall. They did such a great job i purchased my new tires and alignment from them. It was a great value and great service! I will always go back to Volvo of Keene!Thank you for all you did.

My husband and I have bought many cars at Toyota/ Volvo of keene, NH .We were very pleased with everyone there especially our salesman, Jamie Rios and the Volvo service rep Adam. During a difficult time as my husband's health was becoming worse Adam went above and beyond what was required to make sure my car was safe to transport my husband home from a distant hospital. I am very grateful.

Ashley Hitchcock was wonderful in helping me buy my new car! No pressure, totally supportive, and super nice! My husband and I came in on Saturday just to look, and a few hours later I drove away in my new (to me) Volvo V60 wagon. She was willing to work with us on our trade-in and on the overall price, and we're really happy with the purchase. Thanks Ashley!

I ve been a Volvo owner since 2013. This was my first service with this dealership, choosing to change after an unsatisfying experience with my previous one. I found on time, knowledgeable, courteous, service here with Adam, and good communication and follow up. Excellent experience!

I love this place! Especially the service center. Everyone is so friendly. The Volvo Service Special, Adam, is amazing to work with. He is always accommodating, extremely patient and just a genuine person. If you want your Volvo serviced, this is the place to go!

I am a Volvo Customer for life. I was in an accident and told by the paramedic that my life was saved because I was in a Volvo with so many advanced safety features. I use Volvo of Keene to buy and now service my car. The advisors are so helpful. They are very patient and take the time to explain every aspect of repairs or maintenance. I can always reach a service advisor either on the dealership line or on his private cell phone. I can also use the Internet and make an appointment or ask a question on their website (very user friendly). I have observed and am very impressed that the service advisors know the names of everyone that walks in -- of course they have a service appointment -- but the service advisors also ask about family and other personal info making me (customers) feel very valued. I highly recommend Fenton Family Volvo of Keene, NH.

I recently switched dealerships and chose Fenton Family of Dealerships in Keene, NH initially, because it was the only other Volvo dealer near me. I am glad I did. They were very helpful in not only servicing my leased vehicle but were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do when storing my car for several months in the winter. Following up with them on some other service issues I found them to be most thorough and expeditious in getting my problem solved. I bring my Volvo V60 in for service on a regular basis. Excellent service. Adam Peachke is terrific and very knowledgeable. If he is not at the desk when I check in, he always makes a point to come and find me and say hello.

We recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo at Toyota Volvo of Keene, in East Swanzey, NH, and it was one of the best purchase experiences we have ever had in more than 47 years of car buying. Mitchell Piper was the Sales & Leasing Consultant we dealt with, and it was a pleasure dealing with such a down-to-earth sales professional who used no high-pressure sales tactics and was obviously sincere in his efforts to make us feel at home and to place us in the appropriate vehicle. The Business Manager we dealt with, Branko Kovacevic, was equally pleasant to deal with and went way out of his way to find us the very best financing option.If you are looking for a fancy dealership, with slick sales staff only interested in a sale, then don't go to this dealership. However, if you are looking for old-fashioned fair dealing and integrity, with a sales and finance staff dedicated to making your purchase experience a pleasant one, then this is the dealership for you. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends, and we will definitely contact Mitchell when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

Just purchased a 2016 Volvo I was a little disappointed after the purchase. In the Carfax it said it had remote start. However my salesman told me it wasn t however it could be added for a price. Then also when I was looking over more closely I had missed the front grille was broken and they are offering to replace it again at a price.

I called them with a simple question. I then recieved multiple calls and text messages for weeks following. When I addressed this as a concern, I was essentially laughed at on the phone. I've not once shown any interest in talking to them and had to stop the text messages by request. They then called shortly after. I understand following up and checking in, and I even respect the need for a salesmen to be a little aggressive at times. This is beyond.

Jaime Rios is the best car salesman ever! I would not buy a car from anyone else. He provides great explanations of just how the features of the car operate. He is a good listener and is extremely helpful in getting the right car for you.

Horrible experience. Do not do business with these people. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them plus years of service but never again. Angry and defensive salesperson named Patrick, rude GM. They have lost and long term customer and they could care less. Definitely go to a different dealer.

Everything went smoothly. Jamie is a really good sales person. He even programmed my favorite radio stations into the new Volvo without my asking.
