Fast and friendly staff with a great selection of parts and accessories in stocks when you need it. The crew is always knowledgeable about what they're selling you which is always a big help and a major aid in preventing future frustration. The last time I visited my 3 year old had just fallen asleep in the car 10 minutes before arriving at the store. With little spare time I ended up carrying a sleeping boy in with me with his head draped over my shoulder. The girl at the counter saw this and without any prompt spoke in the perfect volume and tone as not to disturb him. She then followed that up with offering to carry the part out to my vehicle for me since I already had a bit of a load to carry in my hands. All done with a friendly smile and great attitude. Thanks again

Terry in the parts department at the Stratham branch was so great this past Saturday.He was determined to fix my problem -and it wasn t easy!! But he never gave up and was never impatient- he just kept going until it was fixed. Clever and very smart!! Thank you

Terrific service! I went in without an appointment on a Saturday morning, and Jordan Hafford got my car in for an oil change very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful. His co-workers were also very helpful in ordering me the right paint color for my car and delivered within 1 business day.

I only stopped in to get my check engine light diagnosed for free and got customer service with great integrity as if I had purchased something. The manager, Troy, is doing something right because I was helped by a total of 3 guys in my short 20 minutes here and all of them were courteous, went out of their way to help and even discouraged a particular purchase I was considering based upon feedback they've received from other customers - bravo!

The service is always pleasant. Prices are great. I have been a loyal customer of Autozone for years. This year I decided to try O'Reilly's Auto Parts and I am glad that I did. I suggest anyone else that has been using the same auto parts store always is to try O'Reilly's. I now have two trusted auto parts stores to choose from.

Went in today for the first time for a headlight bulb, was going to try to replace it myself, also for the first time. Justin helped me find the right one, was very kind and took the extra time to replace the bulb for me which I wasn't expecting. Fantastic customer service, I'll definitely be back!

Went in to have a simple fuse replaced. When the technician gave the car back he mentioned the check engine light was on. I questioned that as it wasn't on when I arrived that morning. I was told it would cost more money to run "diagnostics" to understand why. I spoke to the 'manager' Justin regarding this as I found it coincidental a fuse was replaced and all of a sudden the check engine light comes on - didn't make sense to me. Justin was rude, combative, and told me "if I'd listen " he would "educate me" on my car. He was hostile, condescending, and a bully. As I was leaving he also hadd to get the last word in by saying 'I hope you have a better day".I then took the car to Graham Auto who took one look at it and said it happened when the new fuse was replaced and fixed it in 2 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't trust these people - everyone in the lobby waiting also got a laundry list of "preventive" maintenance thay should be done that day. It all about $$$ for this place. Awful experience. Go to Graham Auto!!!

Amazing store with great people!! Always a wonderful experience with these guys and on top of that I ran out of gas on the highway by them and they took a gas can right off the shelf and even gave me a ride to get gas in mom's car and get us back on the road. Such great people. And wonderful store

This morning as I was cleaning my car from snow my windshield wiper broke off. At lunch I drove over to purchase new wipers, not only was I directed to a great brand at an affordable price, they put the wipers on for me. Very helpful!

My experience with this store resulted in a disappointment. I ordered a couple of parts for my truck, and was told that they would be in within 3-5 days and I would get a phone call when they were in. Three weeks later I still had not received my parts, and I was supposed to fix my truck that following weekend. I called about the parts, and found out they were never shipped. I eventually got my parts, almost 4 weeks later, and I missed the opportunity I had to fix my truck so now I'm going to have to have someone else fix it. In the future, I will be going through another company for my parts.

Ordered a master cylinder. Box and packaging had been opened and was in poor condition, taped back together. Worse, based on pics at their website, the item was not the more expensive master cylinder I paid for, but the midrange ms. Cancelled the transaction. Probably wont be back.

My car died at New England Pizza. It was a Sunday so I was already thinking the worst. Tow truck to mechanic, trying to schedule a diagnostic and not getting a spot on Monday, etc. No place else was open except for O Reilly Auto Parts (Stratham). I called and the gentleman Alex was kind enough to meet me at the parking lot and give me a jump. We took the car back to O Reilly Auto Parts where they ran a diagnostic on the battery and determined it dead, replaced and installed a new battery, and ran a diagnostic for the alternator! Tragedy everted and they just earned themselves a new customer!

Excellent service. Very friendly and casual staff. Prices are great and the stuff they sell is of average quality. Not the best equipment and parts in the world. But for the price, its defenitly the best deal for stuff that will perform like oem parts and last as long, plus good quality tools.

Their hours are listed as closing at 8 p.m. during the week. I had to really beat the feet to get here and I got here at 7:55 p.m. and there's two people standing at the counter and a guy sitting just inside the door and nobody would even look at me when I knocked on the door. Terrible service

I ordered a part and was told it was going to be there at 2:30pn and went over and no one could find it!! I never got a call it was ever found or in I had to call my self that s bad business techniques!!
