Exeter Subaru has top notch service with knowledgeable advisors who guide me with what my vehicle needs both repairs and regular maintenance. They provide complimentary snacks that are so good and the BEST complimentary coffee! The waiting area is so spacious and feels like home! They have the best office space in the lounge as well for work-from-home customers! I love it when they put the fire place on in there! I will always go here! I also just bought a brand new 2024 Outback Wilderness from the sales person Chris! She was VERY knowledgeable and nice and got the paperwork done so quick and helped me!

Living in Massachusetts we went to a bunch of different Subaru dealerships in our state looking for the right car at the right price for us, no luck. We then went to Exeter Subaru and we never looked back! Our salesman Mitch was excellent. There was no pressure and he did his absolute best to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted! He was pleasant to work with and followed through on everything exactly as he promised. The general sales manager Jimmy and the business manager Hannah were both just as amazing as Mitch. They worked with us to make sure we were happy with our new purchase. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience buying a car we have ever had! We ve already decided that if the time comes to buy another car we will be heading to Exeter Subaru first, not to mention we have already told a bunch of family and friends to head there as well when looking for a car. Thank you to everyone at Exeter Subaru for making this the easiest and happiest purchase!

I had a fabulous experience at Exeter Subaru. I worked with Chris B. who not only made the process simple she was warm, welcoming and very informed. In all of the ways you would hope a car buying experience would go is exactly the experience I had. Feeling like I received a fair deal for the car I purchased, no pressure financing and patient information transfer on the vehicle and options purchased. After welcoming myself, a friend and the dog we are fostering with treats and refreshments Chris facilitated the sale in a complete manner with her team in an efficient and brief period of time delivering everything that was expected. Chris took time and care with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle features and even helped a few days later with picking up some accessories and an option that I decided to have added. As car buying experiences go, I would give Chris B. and her entire sales team an 11 out of ten if more than 5 stars was an option. Absolutely Fantastic and highly recommended!

It was a very good experience buying our new vehicle at Exeter Subaru. The salesperson I dealt with was Domenic S., he was extremely courteous and very helpful. Most importantly, he valued our time and treated us with respect. Overall, I felt the process was Reasonable, fair and no hard sales pitch. I would consider purchasing from Exeter Subaru in the future.

Everyone at Subaru Exeter exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived! With the assistance of the general sales manager Jimmy and our sales representative Mitch they went above and beyond to make our experience and purchase of not only one but two Subarus smooth, and stress free! We ve spoken so highly about Subaru Exeter that a week later our son and his girlfriend went in so she could purchase her first Subaru! We now own four Subarus in our household and couldn t be happier!

Ann is an outstanding salesperson. I had previously been to a different dealership and had had a very negative experience. When I came to Exeter Ann was able to clearly answer my questions and was a wonderful person to work with. I will definitely go back to her in a few years when I m ready for my next Subaru.

I came into Exeter Subaru with a new car in mind. I strongly suggest coming to this location for a reliable car and friendly experience. The sales man I worked with was Domenic. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to what I had in mind for a car. Domenic made the process smooth, and stress free. I highly recommend coming to Exeter Subaru and ask for Domenic if you want a smooth and enjoyable experience!

In my line of work, I frequently deal with dealerships and I am truly impressed with the quality of customer service, and the ease of purchasing a vehicle Went in on a Saturday and was only there a couple hours from introductions to driving away in a new Crosstrek, leaving my old car behind. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even when I wanted to test drive the one that was on the showroom floor. Domenic was great as was the Business/Finance manager. Never felt pressured from any of them. The loan on my old car was paid off by Thursday! Would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a Subaru

Less than a year ago I found myself in the position of needing in a new car. I contacted friends and family for suggestions. I decided to look at Subaru. I approached several Subaru dealerships and ended my search with Exeter Subaru, primarily due to working with Ann Italia who was my sales representative. She bent over backwards to help me manage the trade-in of three vehicles and the purchase of a new Forester. She was easy to work with and willing to answer all my questions.

I have purchased 34 cars. Exeter Subaru was a pleasure and easy to work with. I went there to trade my Outback lease for a 2024 Outback and they gave me a very good deal. Then I thought I would sell my BMW X1 and lease another Subaru. Call around went to the Boston area and none of them were as professional and easy to work with. So I called up Exeter and said, what do you have on the lot that I can drive away with my new Outback? They leased me a 2024 Legacy premium ( I love it) and gave me another great deal. They don t screw around they give you a fair price. Buy from them you will not be disappointed.

I was looking for a used Subaru Crosstrek Sport and came across one at this dealership. My first contact was with Thomas in the online sales area and he was awesome. I live 3 hours away in Maine and Thomas worked with me to hold the car for my trip down. Once onsite I dealt with DJ Agosto who was a dynamite sales manager. He was straight forward, listened and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. DJ was very fair on my trade and was outstanding. I would certainly buy at this dealership again.

Thank you, Ann Italia and Exeter Subaru.This was our 5th Subaru and Ann helped us get the 2022 Outback we were looking for during the Covid and post Covid supply chain issues. She was great to work with and very transparent. The dealership was also more than fair with pricing of the vehicle compared to other dealerships that just were not, to put it mildly. I won t hesitate to visit them when the time comes for our next Subaru.

Ann Italia worked with both myself and my wife. She was amazing. After my wife had bought her Outback a few months ago, circumstances made it possible for me to also buy mine.
