Went in to service my 2018 M2. Alex, (service advisor) was very friendly and helpful. I signed up for a service that wasn t necessary at my mileage and instead of letting it go, she brought it up and saved me money I didn t need to spend which was awesome. Really trustworthy place; I had a great experience and was in and out in a reasonable time. They washed it for free too! - It was cool to see they had M specific services as well!

Thank you PAWAL from service!!! I came in with the low tire, turned out I had a nail in it. But he was able to get me in and out in a timely manner they even washed my car. Thank you so much.

Bonnie was very easy to deal with. I ll admit I cringe at the thought of used car sales people but Bonnie was easy going, answered all my questions and pleasure to work with!I drove from Maine to look at a 2023 X1 and spent over 3 hours looking at other options. I took three cars for a test drive before I decided. I looked at quite a few cars and weighed out all my options . Throughout the whole process Bonnie stayed in contact and she even personally delivered my car to me the next day. I m very pleased with the purchase and will most certainly be back to see her.

The issue with my car was a mystery. They worked with me on a price because they couldn't find the problem. It was finally fixed. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the shop labor rate is high. I understand how they justify the rate its just too rich for my taste. Matt the sales guy was very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Adam Webster is the best Service rep I ve ever had and I vehad a lot of others.He always responsive, professional and I ever get a few laughs. He is right on top of the service record of my SUV.Most importantly I trust what he says feel like he tells me what I need to get done and when.

Breath of fresh air compared to every other dealer around!Scot helped me with purchasing my 2014 Acura MDX from their pre-owned lot. Great guy. No pushy/shady sales tactics, just an honest transaction for a great price.I arrived around noon and drove the car home about 4 hours later. I used to tell people run away from dealers but I make an exception for these guys. A+++

As it relates to Service, and the Service Manager specifically: We purchased a former loaner of this dealership, a 2022 X3. The vehicle had 6k miles when taken delivery. After never having used the back seat for the first few months of ownership, upon having a few passengers in the back, the stitching of the seat tore almost completely on the passenger side. Having brought in for inspection, the service manager said it most likely would not be covered by BMW as being defective. After he submitted the photos to BMW, he then emailed back confirming it was not covered under warranty. He offered to split the cost of repair $2k+, so half of that out of our pocket, for which I did not take him up on. Having exclusively owned many BMW's over the years and considering myself a BMW enthusiast, this was not acceptable. It doesn't make sense for a seat to tear in such a way in a vehicle with 12k miles (at time of tear) to not be considered defective. Manufacturing defects happen.I then reached out to my trusted service advisor of many years at preferred BMW dealership for service (in MA), for which he told me to bring the car in and just covered the seat covering under warranty without batting an eye. I was only going to BMW of Stratham because we purchased the vehicle there (not first choice for purchase either, based on inventory levels at the time, sales is mediocre at best, will leave it at that).Overall in this experience, they seemingly forgot that this is a relationship business, that ultimately keeps customers coming back and they are a liaison for the BMW brand. I am not sure if it is because this dealership is part of a large corporation (Group 1 Automotive) or what, but if this was the only BMW dealership that existed, I probably wouldn't stick with BMW's for very long.P.S. Some bright spots: Haley H. BMW Genius is great. Their Online Parts website seemingly has most competitive dealership parts pricing at times that I've found (without use of BMWCCA discount), can input part #'s directly and purchase for pickup, although they will not honor the pricing if you try to purchase the parts in person (strange). Some other nice people mixed throughout all of departments.

Buyer beware after owning this 80,000 car for a couple of weeks I found swirl marks through out the paint, nobody would own up to how they got there. They wanted to send in to a Ford dealer because they don t have their own body shop and have them try to get rid of the swirl marks which would only reduce the paint protection on the car. THIS PLACE DOEN NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR INVESTMENT AND DID NOTHING TO HELP ME SOLVE THESE ISSUES.

I had an appointment scheduled, I arrived on time and pulled into the service center. I was ignored by three different people completely for at least 5 minutes before someone finally said I ll be with you in just a minute . The mechanic working on my car was great and super informative. But the people that work the offices in the service center are very rude.

We bought a 2019 Audi RS5 from BMW of Stratham. Our buying experience was absolutely great from the test drive, paperwork, financing and picking up our car. I live in Massachusetts and they took care of the registration process and we did not have to do anything. Our sales associate Sovy was a consummate professional and absolutely a pleasure to deal with.and she kept us informed with every detail from start to finish. Even though this was a BMW dealer Sovy took the time to learn about how all the options and functions work in the car and did a great job explaining everything to us. Steven the financial guy was also a pleasure to deal with explained everything to us and did not pressure us to purchase any additional services for the car. If you are in the market for a new or used car I would highly recommend BMW of Stratham.

I had an issue on my wife's car that I needed help with. We had put a vinyl magnet on it and somehow it had bonded to the paint. I want there at 5:45pm hoping that someone could look at it and offer me some advice. Pawel and Tim stopped what they were doing, grabbed some chemical and plastic razor blades and were able to get it off while I waited. Both of them really had to work had to do it and neither gave attitude or complained about the fact that they were in the process of closing for the day. Needless to say, they got it off without any damage to the paint.I fully expected to get turned away or at least get some attitude seeing they were done work for the day. I was really impressed at how both men dropped everything and started working on the car. They are fantastic employees and speak volumes about the overall dealership values and culture. Keep up the great work!!!

I purchased my M3 Competition custom order from Stratham. My advisor was Sovy Sun. From our first contact, Sovy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. From the moment my order went into the order bank to delivery, her customer service was flawless. This is the fourth BMW I've purchased and she was by far the best CA I've worked with. I didn't interact with them much, but the rest of the Stratham staff were very friendly as well. Definitely a top tier dealership with great people!

I did have a major issue with a used vehicle within a week of buying it but the service dept at BMW of Stratham made it right. They did everything to fix the issue and were very helpful with no extra charges to me. Full of gratitude.

Truly exceptional service. I found a preowned 5 series that fit my criteria on BMW Stratham's website and decided to take the 1.5 hour drive to a dealer I had never been to (A bit of a gamble). Sovy, my client advisor, had the vehicle ready for me when I got there, and gave me the car fax and service history without hesitation. the 535 was exactly as described; no smoke and mirrors with the online ad. When I decided to buy Sovy made the purchase stress free and effortless. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, and will definitely return when it's time to purchase again.

If you're in the market for a BMW, go and see Jackie Karlsson at BMW of Stratham. Never have I seen a "salesperson" work with such unwavering client focus. From the second we sat down to talk about our needs and desires for a new car, it was clear that our experience with Jackie would be very different from what's typical in the industry today. Throughout the engagement, she was humble, considerate, and courteous to a fault. Yet unlike many "sales" staff, Jackie's courtesy was not a facade for lack of knowledge or competency. So please, ask for her by name I am confident you will not regret it. Oh, and in the end we purchased the 2022 X5 xDrive40i seen in the attached picture; a very lightly used model at a nearly new price. And yes, complete with a bow... because, why not?

I have been servicing my cars at Stratham BMW for years now. Pawel has always been great in service department.1 year ago, I purchased a custom X5M Competition. It was a great experience. Scot Murby was the best client advisor! He has years of experience, and is easy to work with! He said it would be delivered in 6 weeks, I did not believe him, but it was delivered in 6 weeks, I could not have asked for a better experience You have a client for life in me.Thank you so much Stratham BMW!! Bonnie Leveille was incredibly unprofessional by not responding to my requests, leading to me being unable to purchase a vehicle I had been trying to for over a week. They sell cars online but won t let you make a deposit unless you see it in person, and they don t tell you until after they accept a deposit from someone else! They use two systems to communicate with customers and don t communicate with each other after passing you off to another sales representative.

Excellent Customer service. Problem detected and solved and BMW of Stratham provided shuttle for me to pick up my vehicle. Tim my shuttle driver was very pleasant, I had a lovely and comfortable ride and Tim was great to talk to. Thank you Adam and the BMW team my experience was top notch. You definitely want to be apart of the BMW of Stratham family. 10/10 Excellent!!!

Big shout out to Matt Vafeas! Had a little glitch with my M340 when it met a rock in the road. Matt was terrific in dealing with my insurance folks, and got the car fixed in jig time.
