Awesome dealership to do business with. I said I wanted the vehicle I bought at a certain payment a month and they worked effortlessly to get me to that.. they actually got me below the payment I wanted to make a month. The whole process was super easy and the team at Nissan from sales to finance was very professional and attentive. Would absolutely do business with them again. A+ service.

They are amazing. If your looking or debating where to buy a car I would definitely choose them. I bought a used Subaru legacy 2018 from them on Nov 2023. They made buying a car so easy and so stress free. I love my new car. Recently I took it to Subaru to take a look at the tires which they were great but informed me that the CAMSHAFT carriers were leaking and that it would be 3,430 to fix. I was told my warrantee would cover but on the day I took it to get fixed in Subaru, I was told it didn't cover because It wasn't the motor (something like that). I called AutoFair Nissan to explain to them what was happening. They were so nice and quickly got in contact with Subaru and were able to get the car fixed at no price. I have bought my share of used cars in the past and none have ever gone above and beyond like they have.

By far one of the easiest experiences of my life purchasing a vehicle. Rachel is the most amazing sales rep I ve dealt with. Then Eric, the sales manager worked with me to get the prices I was looking for, and Susan in finance helped with the finishing touches. Even after the purchase there were a couple small snags and they helped immediately. Overall a great experience.

I have been to many Nissan dealers in NH and MA. Since the 1980's, I've owned several Nissan automobiles (Maxima (2), Altima, Sentra, and Rogue (2) as well as Nissan trucks. In all the dealerships, we have received excellent, courteous service. I was a new customer to AutoFair after a friend recommended them. I had been going to a dealership on Rt. 1 in MA that was very tricky to get to because of the busy road. AutoFair was by far the easiest dealership to get to and to enter. The driveway is spacious and parking is plentiful. More importantly, I was 45 minutes early for my appointment. No problem. They cheerfully took my car in and performed the necessary service. When I mentioned a coupon that I saw on their website, the service rep. quickly adjusted the price. The service was completed quickly and my car returned washed of all the road salt!I am especially impressed with how easy it was to make an appointment. The website is user-friendly (even to a tech-challenged 77 year old); moreover, the service department answers calls quickly and courteously.I am a very happy customer who will be doing all my auto business with this dealership. Could not be happier.

I'm not normally one to take my car to the dealers, but this was one of those times I didn't have a choice and it was a great experience. The team got me in right away, kept me updated with what was going on and the cost, got it fixed, and was able to get it back to me that day. They were amazing.

Purchased a used truck from them and everybody was friendly and nice but once truck was sold they didn t care anymore. I didn t get any updates on when truck would be ready for pick up and couldn t reach anyone I dealt with when I called for updates with no call back. Truck wasn t ready for pick until 2 weeks later which is the longest I ever waited after purchase.After having the truck for a week I noticed one of the belts was squeaking badly when engine is cold. I brought the truck back to them but service advisor said they couldn t do nothing because they couldn t duplicate the noise (they didn t bother to let engine cool down and get cold) and sent me on my way, told me bring truck back with cold engine so they can hear it. I live about 40 mins away so this was not possible. I ended up getting it fixed out of pocket at a local shop.After a little over month i noticed small oil leaks on my driveway so I brought it out to the local mechanic and was told transmission fluid has been leaking slowly for a for some time now from pan gasket.I know that I got a used car but I shouldn t be dealing with these problems within a month or so of purchase having bought it from a reputable dealership.

Today was the first time we called this dealer's parts dept. The part we needed was already called for by their service dept. The parts person, Mike Deurloo, asked if I needed to have it today and when I replied yes he asked if I would mind holding. I replied no. He got back on the phone and said the service appt this part was on hold for is not coming in until next week so if we want the part we can have it and he will reorder it for his service dept. This is what I call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We asked for a credit app and if they deliver to Dover. He said they sure do!! Because of this we will now be using them for our Nissan Parts!! : ) If this is any reflection of the Dealership they are 5 start A++ Thank you again!! :)

I have to say this I m being buy cars and trucks at some dealers around the are and I don t think that any other dealer can take it care they customer like this dealer nobody beats auto fair . Thank you Auto Fair for a great customer service.

On a rainy day before a long trip, my Pathfinder hit a puddle resulting into my exhaust pipe breaking off its flange under the car. I quickly called Autofair Nissan and the service technician Brett told me to bring the car in right away before they closed. I arrived 5 minutes before the service department closed, and he already had a loaner car ready to go. I appreciated his initiative and the quality of care towards me and my sudden situation. I will always be coming back for service through Autofair Nissan, thank you again for great quality service to customers.

They were able to get my car in right away when my regular dealership couldn t. Chrissy took very good care of me. My car was ready earlier than it should have been and is now running like new. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for a recall. The part was on back order. The service department couldn t have been any nicer! They gave me a car to drive for several days while they waited for the part. I also had it detailed while I was there. They did a great job! Brett made everything super simple! I m very happy with the service department!

They were great, car started screeching really loud so I brought it to their garage. They hooked me up with a loaner so I could get to work the next day. They also did my oil, turns out there wasn't anything wrong with my car, they only charged me for the oil change. Glad they were willing to help in a pinch!

While everyone I ve dealt with is very kind and friendly, the fact is that they sold me not one but two lemons in less than a year. Sold me a Ford Escape that was un-drivable (and un-fixable) within a few months. Put me into a 2018 nissan rogue and I have put multiple thousand dollars into repairs and replacements on within a year of owning it. Very frustrating because they gave me a 7 year lease on a car that had 84,000 miles on it already. Unfortunately I am pretty much screwed with it now and while it s not illegal, it feels unethical to lock a young woman (who admittedly didn t know any better) into a 7 year commitment with a car that is at the end of its life. Again, everyone there was nice but kindness doesn t get me a working car.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told that I should think about getting new tires. They are worn. I bought them there last year they have 27000 miles on them. I rotate them every 5k miles at oil change. The dealer stepped and offered a resolution. I m happy with it as I have been with them for years.

Excellent service. I brought the car in because the low tire light was on. They found that only 1 tire was slightly low on air, but not enough to trigger the sensor. Since this is the second time in a month I have had to bring it in for the same issue they took it right into the bay to check the tire. Turned out the tire was fine but the sensor had gone bad. They replaced it and I was back on the road 1/2 hour later.

Kept me updated on the car through my wait. The mechanic explained what was done. He also explained that there was no need at this time to change the wipers as they were working well. I appreciated his honesty concerning the wipers.
