My car had been hit and they did a fantastic job of being very thorough and making sure everything was fixed. The paint matches exactly. They did a wonderful job and even cleaned my car out for me, so I highly recommend them.

Paul was awesome and does what's right for his customers! Insurance wasn't going to cover $185. Paul got on a conference call with the adjuster and I and got the whole repair covered. A++++

The driver's side of my car got pretty banged up when a deer hit it. Three short weeks at Roger's Auto Body, and my car looked better than new! Impeccable work, friendly customer service, and a complimentary paint touch-up kit for the spots insurance wouldn't cover. They even detailed the inside! I couldn't be happier with the results. Great customer service, they clearly explain everything they plan to do. Cost of the repair was lower than other estimates I got in the area. The repair came out great and was completed much faster than expected. They stand by there work and are quick address any concerns. Would recommend.

Great experience! The work they do is guaranteed by insurance provider (Progressive) so I had them repair a headlight and quarter panel from an accident I had when a deer jumped out in front of my car. They did a great job, and went above and beyond what I expected from the repair. There was a minor issue with a blinker light that must've burned out immediately after I got my car back, but they told me to just drop by and they fixed it in 10 minutes, free of charge. I was told they offer a lifetime guarantee and "if I'm not happy, they're not happy." 10/10 I would recommend Roger's Auto Body Inc

Getting in an accident is not a fun experience, but the staff at Roger's is so great at fixing cars AND being empathetic & helpful as you figure out the best options for you/your insurance. They made a crummy life event so much more tolerable and were amazing to work with. Would absolutely recommend them if you have any auto body needs!Service: Body & Trim

Rogers Auto Body repaired my 2016 Ford Taurus SHO after an accident. I am blown away at the quality job they did with a great turnaround time. The work they did was absolutely flawless and they even detailed the inside of my car! You would never know anything happened to my vehicle. Paul s communication about insurance, pricing and timing was awesome! He wouldn t let me leave until he knew I was happy with the work that was done. Unfortunately, there is an EXTREME lack of communication at Rogers.My vehicle was hit with an object years ago, and they repaired my vehicle to the best of their ability, but it failed and I had to scrap the car. I decided to give them one more shot with a repair when I was hit again years later, and I will not go back or recommend unfortunately.When I dropped the vehicle off, I asked the likelihood of the repair taking over 30 days, because this was the max for my rental on my insurance policy. The gentleman told me it would absolutely not take over 30 days. I figured great, and that they may have already ordered some of my parts as my insurance got the estimate to them way before my drop off date.When my pickup date was approaching, I didn't receive any calls, so I decided to call myself. The woman on the phone told me they were assembling my car and it should be done. When I called on the anticipated pickup date, the man on the phone said assembly had NOT even began, and that they would need more time. When the second, extended pickup date came around, and the last day of my rental, I called, and the man told me it was not ready, and that he would call me when it was done. I was without a vehicle for two days and scrambling to catch rides, and still no call from Rogers.The next morning, when Rogers opened, I was told my car was ready. I'm not sure if it wasn't actually ready the night before, or if they had just waited to the next day to call, but it was extremely inconvenient as someone with a fulltime job that has the same hours as Rogers shop. I once again left work early to go to the shop, where my car looked great, but needed to be jump started to even get it off of the lot.Has the repair looked great both times? Yes. But, communication and transparency is an integral part of being a reliable body shop, especially in states like New Hampshire, where vehicles are a necessity to get around. I hope this review can inspire them to look into their practices around communication with future costumers and overall transparency.Service: Body & Trim

If you're looking for quality work, fantastic staff, excellent communication, and a local, family-owned business, Roger's Auto Body is the place to get your collision work done.I've had several auto claims handled with them over the years, have had friends/family who have had auto claims with them, and no one has ever been dissatisfied. Paul the owner takes a personal interest in customer service, and making sure that you understand what kind of work was done, where, and how.Auto accidents are stressful. Navigating the insurance companies is stressful. Roger's Auto Body is the least stressful part of any claim I've ever had. If anyone mentions body work I always say that Roger's is the place to go. Highly recommend, and will be going back to them on the unfortunate day that I need auto body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Roger s Auto Body repaired my truck after a car accident. I was so happy with the job they did- I picked up my truck looking brand new and cleaner than I left it. The wait time was longer than expected due to shipping delays and back orders on parts, but they were friendly, very responsive and kept me updated on progress and estimated completion dates. I will absolutely use them for future repairs and recommend them to friends in the area.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They came highly recommend by friends and family, as well as my dealership. They were very fast with my repairs.Had their preferred tow company pick my vehicle up and charged my insurance directly, so I didn't have to deal with tow reimbursement from my insurance.

Rogers did some front end work on our Tahoe and it came out perfect. They did a phenomenal job blending the paint to match the factory tri-coat white. They were always very courteous and pleasant in my interactions with them and got the job done in a timely manner. Have had work done here on several of my vehicles. From minor to major body work. They have always treated me right and done excellent work. They back their work also and have proven that with me. They are very customer service oriented and very personable. I have and will continue to recommend Rogers Auto Body without hesitation. Paul makes it a point to take care of his customers and you never feel rushed!! You will not be disappointed with any service they offer!!

I had a phenomenal experience with Rogers fixing up my Subaru. I hit a deer at the end of January and brought my impreza in for an estimate, when they asked my insurance they let me know they are a progressive partner so I was able to call progressive and just drop my car off and head on my way. Progressive handled my rental, and Rogers called enterprise to come pick me up. Progressive kept me updated throughout the service until Rogers called me today, 4 days ahead of the estimated completion, to let me know my car was ready. I picked it up as soon as I could and it looks brand new, and they even cleaned my inside driver and passenger seat areas. All of the client facing staff is friendly and personable, and so helpful throughout everything. Amazing service, professional work. Should I ever need body work again I will absolutely come back, and recommend to others.

After my vehicle was damaged from a another vehicle I was highly recommended by my dealership to go to Roger's Auto Body to have the work performed. They were so professional and the turnaround was quicker than expected. My car looks like new again! I am very impressed with the my experience with them.

I had a minor fender bender over the summer. Rogers came highly recommended from my Jeep Dealer, Tri-City. I left my car with them on vacation, so that when I'd come back it would be done. While they had it, they discovered there was more damage once they took the fender off, so more parts were needed.At the time, I was peeved, because I really needed my vehicle back for work, but when I picked my car up I was astonished and grateful for the minor inconvenience.Roger's did such an amazing job replacing the fender. They polished my vehicle, outside... and INSIDE! I've never once had work done on my vehicle where they went the extra mile and really delivered a "wow". My car looked brand new.Their office staff was personable, communicative, and kind. I'm sure they were dealing with parts delays and such during COVID, but not once did they let that impact their customer care.They handled the additional claim work directly with my insurance. It was a very efficient process.I highly recommend using Roger's. I will make the 20m trip here, despite the handful of auto body shops closer to home. They did great work and are very personable. My wrx went into their shop after an accident and came out looking brand new. Due to the timeline of the repair and my need for a car they loaned me their shop vehicle for a week at no cost. They fielded probably 20 calls from me and my auto insurance throughout the repair and we're patient and helpful every time. I definitely recommend Rogers to perform a repair on your vehicle.

Roger's is the best shop hands down. I had work done on my 2017 Toyota Camry due to deer. They did such a great job you can't even tell that I hit a deer. I have had body work done twice from them now and its the only place I will go or recommend to someone. I went to key auto and I will never go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone.key auto did front end work an didn't even put some of the plastic clips back on an they didn't even bolt my skid plate back on.. Dont go to key auto. ROGER'S fixed everything that key didn't an I didn't even have to say anything about it to Roger's they just put all new stuff on. Thank you Roger's for all your great hard work ill be using them for now on. You guys have the best crew and the nicest people and they are very helpful. Thank you guys so muchService: Body & Trim

I just want to start this review bg saying this place is top notch! I had my 2017 Jeep Compass repaired here. Both gentlemen I spoke with were friendly and very knowledgeable, they explained straight forward in what needed to be done. THEY EVEN DETAILED THE INTERIOR! I will now recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks again Paul and Adam service was great.

I am so thankful for the kind, professional service I received here. I had driven my new vehicle for just 3 months before I was in a car accident that resulted in extensive damage. The amazing crew at Roger's kept me updated throughout the course of repairs and made me feel very comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in the best hands. Now, my car is as good as new-and cleaner, too! I would absolutely recommend anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation to need an autobody shop to bring their business to Roger's.

I pick up wrecked vehicles here and transport them to auction, staff always friendly,repairs from what I can see excellent quality, and one thing I can always count on this time of year here is the best dam classic car calender!Thank you Rodger!

Had minor body work done at Roger's last week. So impressed with the process start to finish. Part of the work was from an insurance claim and part was from just wanting to spruce up my 10 month old vehicle. Friendly, courteous staff. They went out of their way to not only fix the outside but clean and polish the inside of my car as well. I felt like I mattered and my car looks like it does when I 1st bought it. Roger's prices are so fair for the amount of service I received!Excellent all around. Thank you!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at this business. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle looks better than ever.When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I discovered the insurance company had not approved an item on my list. The owner was more than accommodating when I asked him to hold onto the vehicle while I checked in with the other company involved. He advocated for the service and it was completed the following day.Not only that but they really went above and beyond making sure that my car was clean, and in amazing shape when it was time for me to pick up. Pretty sure it looks better now than when I purchased it :)I will be bringing all of my work to Rogers from now on.

Granted my repair wasn't a major one but I had a nice ding/dent caused by another car door on my 2019 Subaru. The dealership referred Roger's to me and I decided to check out reviews. Very impressed by those reviews and needless to say...my car looks great. Can't even tell where damage was. Thank you to Adam Mitchell for working with me. Very happy with end result and I would highly recommend.

Roger's Auto Body is EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend them to anyone how need services done. They are incredibly attentive to detail, their communication with the customer (updates and check-ins) is superb, and their work cannot be beat! Both of our cars had hail damage from a recent storm and Roger's Auto Body was the closest company that was affiliated with Progressive. Everyone at Roger's was very helpful. They took the time to explain all the work, interfaced with the Insurance company, and made sure our rental car was notified to come pick us up. When the work was done they took the time to explain all the repairs and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. When my wife's vehicle went in they gave us a quote and time frame, and we asked if it was possible to get it sooner. While they couldn't guarantee this time, they did get it to us sooner helping us out. All in all a great experience. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself!

Roger's Auto Body did an excellent job at removing dents in my cars. It's like they were never there - simply amazing. Very professional, accommodating, and friendly staff! Quick work too. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that needs paint less dent repair work on their vehicle (or any other body work for that matter). I can't thank them enough!
