I was looking around for a subcompact tractor and heard about Patriot Tractor, Truck & Equipment being a Veteran Owned/Small Business so I figured I would go JUST get some info and prices. First thing that my wife and I liked is, when we first pulled in the yard nobody came running to us. We actually had time to look at their tractors and talk about what we would like. Once we were done looking at their inventory we went inside and were greeted immediately way before the door had time to close. We were asked by a sales person what we were looking for and explained what we wanted , and we were asked many questions to ensure we were getting the best tractor for our needs. During this process the owner even came by and thanked us for stopping by and was very pleasant to talk with, almost like we ve known each other for years. WELL, after all said and done we bought a subcompact tractor with implements at a very reasonable price.Staff and owner are very pleasant to talk to and deal with. I would recommend anyone to give Patriot Tractor, Truck & Equipment a chance at assisting you with your purchase.

Everyone involved with my purchase of my Toro Battery Operated Snowblower Brian McKay & John acted in a Professional, Knowledgeable manner. All my questions questions were answered, and they offered a quick delivery of my snow blower. The snowblower itself handled everything mother nature threw at it. I'm very happy with the product. Husband purchased a new tractor last year from Jon after significant research into available compact tractors and local dealers. Was very impressed with responsiveness to inquiries vs. other dealers and straightforward transaction acquiring a 1022H with loader and backhoe. Have been extremely pleased with it's performance to date. Have recommended Bad Boy products to others ever since. Also proud to support local veteran owned business.

I had my snow blower serviced towards the end of summer. Staff was very friendly, they greeted me right away, and after listening my complaints on my equipment they made an appointment to pick it up (I don't have a truck to carry it), explained me the known charges. It was picked up within time frame on the day they promised, they serviced it and brought it back. Actual cost was less than the estimate with no hidden fees or charges. We didn't have too many storms so far this year, but since getting it back, it has been working perfectly.

Jon and his staff are super easy to work with. He assisted me in adding lawn care to my established tractor business two years ago. And since then I ve purchased a few machines from Patriot Tractor. Great service department and excellent sales staff.

People at Patriot tractor were courteous and knowledgeable about product. My original Toro push mower had been running for over 33 and still runs today so I decided to by a new Toro mower. New mower runs great and does a great job with plenty of power.

My experience with this equipment, i.e. Tractor has been excellent. It has done everything. I was told that it would. They have helped me whenever I ve gotten into trouble in all, I would like to say, I m very hearty, thank you to the people of patriot tractor and the owners their service people are some of the best I ve worked with whenever I am looking for new equipment to help me clear my land I looked a patriot tractor first and I have not been disappointed 12 people in Patrick tractor thank you very much and I am sorry. I have no pictures right now as I am working alone and when I could get a good shot I m the one doing the work.

Had to repair snow blower. Needed pins and carburetor replaced. Was kept informed throughout the process. Needed to have picked up snd delivered. Very friendly, professional and price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Needed my snowblower fixed before Sundays nor easter! Went into Patriot tractor tonight a half hour before close. The owner and one of his mechanics Troy, without hesitation said they d take care of it tonight and to just hang around for a few minutes. Within 20 minutes my snowblower was running like brand new and loaded back into my trailer. Patriot tractor will be my go to for any small engine issues from now on, they were awesome to deal with and beyond helpful. 10 out of 10!!!

The experience was great right from the beginning. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. They re bit of a ride for me but I will be bringing my tractor there for their service as well. The Yanmar has been awesome. Thank you.

Bought a bad boy tractor from patriot with backhoe and bucket and snowblower ran into a few snags with the snowblower John and crew made sure I was happy with what was going on and didn't stop until I was. Very happy with patriot tractor.

Friendly staff honest and shop is very clean they have a nice waiting room. And is close to DD if you want to get a coffee or breakfast.The guys in the shop shows you whats wrong and explains everything to you before moving on to fix the problem.They have 2 lifts and they work on small engines and at and bikes and lawn mowers any size.My new place to go for repairs

There is something to be said about a business that goes above and beyond to help their customers. Patriot Tractor and Truck equipment did just that for me today. Especially nowadays where finding good service seems rare. I had an issue with my motorcycle and took a chance to see if they could help me. In all honesty, I wasn't expecting much since PTT&E aren't a motorcycle repair business. I walked in, I explained to the manager my dilemma, he immediately told me that he could have one of his service guys get right on it. I was shocked, you don't get service like that from a typical business. His service man, was able to fix the issue rather quickly. I am very grateful to the service staff. While waiting I was checking out their lawn mowers and snow blowers. I think for the quality of the equipt they sell, the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back for my next purchase of a snow blower. You are not going to get that degree of service that PT,T and E provide from a big box store. I would highly recommend them for any of your yard equipt servicing or purchases. I am a big proponent of supporting local business. Thanks again PTT&E for your help.

I had intended to shop around for a zero turn mower and I started at Patriot. One of the owners, Jon, worked with me and was honest and informative and gave me a fair price. End of shopping around! A huge bonus is that I got to support a Veteran owned business. Thank you for your service and your customer service!
