-Streamlined scheduling process through website, with the added ability to detail the reason for the visit on the form.-Near-immediate availability for appointment (around one day).-Easy and quick drop off process (they already had all the information for my visit before I walked in the door due to me being able to detail it when I was filling out the scheduling form).-Called to discuss service and they picked up immediately, the man I spoke with had all the information up in front of him and was able to discuss everything in detail with me.-Pick up process was also quick and easy; signed a paper, slid my card, got the key, quick and simple 3 minute process.-I spoke to two different people in total, both were amazingly helpful and nice; fantastic and positive atmosphere.-Central Park was able to fulfill the unique needs of my specific situation; tailored service.-Extremely detailed digital report and invoice, sent via email and SMS.By far the most important aspect, and the reason for me leaving this review: I felt like I can trust Central Park Garage. I often haven't felt this with most of the mechanics I have gone to in the past.I originally picked Central Park Garage due to them having the highest review count and one of the best review scores in the area. I see why now. I don't often leave reviews for places, but this place is the best around, by far.

I have been going to Central Park and Central Park Express for a few years now and can't say enough great things about Mike and the team there. I've had routine maintenance and some larger issues like a ball joint and tie rod (which Toyota thought was the steering rack but thankfully I went to Central Park for a second opinion) They are kind, honest, and professional. They provide photos and write-ups of all the work done and stand by their work and the parts they supply.One WILD example recently was a faulty thread on an oil filter that failed shortly after an oil change at the express station. The filter shot off while driving and all the oil dumped out of my engine. Before having Central Park as my mechanic I would have been enraged at the situation but I was surprisingly calm because I felt confident the shop would do right by the situation given my past experiences going there.I had my truck towed back to the shop and after some testing and inspection, they determined that the entire engine would need to be replaced. Central Park covered the whole bill without me even having to ask. They replaced my engine with one that had 15k miles less on it and made sure I was aware and up to date on the whole process. Mike took the time to explain the whole process and answer all my questions since this was such a daunting situation to be in. I was given a free loaner car for the time the truck spent in the shop too. This was definitely a freak situation but I still feel great knowing I have a shop with a team that stands behind their work and parts. 10/10 recommend.

This is my first time getting service at Central Park garage. The advisors are courteous and informative. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner. The price was a bit high, BUT I m hoping that the work backs it up. They have a 3 year or 36k miles guarantee . The loaner car helps too, making it more convenient for me to leave my vehicle.

I went in for an inspection. They were able to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment however it took over an hour due to blub wiring issues. I was quoted 99 dollars, then charged $214. The additional cost was not communicated to me. I've used CPA for most of the vehicles I've owned. I trust their service and recommend them if you have the time and money.

Did a good job, very timely, took my as a walk-in. I had no trouble with my stock truck, however, I would avoid if you have a very aftermarket vehicle. Nothing against Central Park, they have regs and laws to follow and they do a great job within that but if you're have cats or DEF deleted you definitely won't pass. If your vehicle is bone stock and working order then this is a quick way to get sticker.

The best, most transparent car service I've ever received, including when I worked at a car service center!! The appts are easy to book online, the service is fast, the prices can't be beat (with frequent discounts and coupons on top of that) and their customer service is great too! I was not only shocked by how affordable my oil change and tire rotation were, but even more pleasantly surprised to get into my car afterward and notice they had done some light complimentary cleaning as well! This isn't something they always do, so perhaps someone just had a little extra time that they were feeling generous with, but either way I am a happy customer! Even called my sister on the way home to boast about my positive experience because it really made my morning! This wasn't my first appt here, and it won't be my last.

Husband stopped by on a Tuesday and was able to make an appointment for a State Inspection for the Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. We arrived just before 8 and were greeted by name. The two staff members had our info already pulled up on the computer screen and said to expect a call later that morning. Got the call that the inspection was finished about two hours later and were able to swing by to collect the carbon out way home from an appointment. The two staff members were friendly and professional. Will definitely go back again.

This was my first time in here and it was an awesome experience. Super friendly, helpful and flexible. I had pulled the month stickers off my plate mistakenly and they let me run to the town office and come back to finish my inspection. Done in no time and without an appt. 10/10 I ll be back again.

If you are looking for a neighborhood garage then look no further. They have always been honest. Pricing comparable to the box chain garages. The difference is these guys have never tried to up sell me to meet a quota like the chain garages have. They are knowledgeable and honest, like you walked back in time to the local garage kind of service. Thank you so much for all of your help and expertise over the years.

I LOVE the honesty and transparency your shop provides. I really like how you guys provide pictures of what needs to be fixed. No other shop I've been to does this and it helps me build confidence in your ability to repair my truck. The pictures definitely prove how confident and knowledgeable you are in the service you provide. You guys went above and beyond with the customer service. I purchased my used Mini Cooper a week ago from a MA dealer. It needed to be inspected and I wanted to get an overall impression of the mechanical systems beyond what is required.The Central Park experts were thorough. They even took pictures of the areas they checked out. The car passed inspection. They also let me know the brake rotors had some rust that could have come from it sitting on a car lot for quite awhile.Thank you Central Park! I'll be back.Gerri Cannon

Best shop Iv ever been to. Honest and fair!Had to take my car to the dealership for maintenance work (Mercedes Benz) after they told me it was all set I got in to find out low break fluid light was on and my foot hit the floor never had and break problems prior to taking it to the dealership! brought it back in they later quoted me over 5k to replace all break lines. Towed it home, brought it to Central Park and they were able to replace and fix part of my bad break line and filled up my break fluid for a total cost of $582!Life savers!

They were able to fit me in at the last minute for an inspection. Every interaction was friendly and informative, I found out there were two open warranty issues. I would definitely use again.

Very impressed. I had been using the same mechanic for 15 years. But there has been a few issues recently. So I tried Central Park.As a Home Inspector I appreciate being detailed. Which they are. I only wanted one concern looked at. Yet they went through my vehicle in detail to bring up two other important issues. And NOT in that way to just get more work. There were photos and technical requirements to back up their comments.The staff made me feel like I was a long time customer. Which I now look forward to being!

so far haven't had a bad time yet with these guys :) car was making loud noises, they got it fixed and it didn't cost a stupid amount of money. (the complementary rental car while they fixed it was also fantastic.) they're a very reliable garage, and i like the detailed report they provide of things they noticed while working, so i have an idea of things that need to be addressed next rather than it being a surprise when something suddenly breaks.

They charged a little less than the dealership quoted me and did the work quickly: while I was there they said I needed a safety inspection but wouldn t pass me bc my rear window wouldn t roll down, which is not related to safety and has never prevented passing in the past. It seemed like a money grab after I spent more than $1300 there. They also initially charged me for the inspection to look at the vehicle even though they said they only charge for that if I don t do the work there. They did remove it. It s hard to find an ethical mechanic I can trust. The work they did was good but expensive.

First time customer. Excellent shop and service. I usually do my own work but just didn t have time. I already knew what was wrong and they found the same things and didn t come back with a list of other things like many places will. They were also willing to work on my Hummer H2 which some places won t. Communication is excellent with online scheduling (that isn t a month out) and text updates. I can t say they are cheapest place around but I do believe in this case you get what you pay for. Also look on their site and online for coupons. It s pretty easy to get 10 to 15% off your bill.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Took my van to Central Park Garage because the heater blower wasn t working and, frankly, I was freezing my arse off. I had already swapped out every part that I thought I could without breaking it even worse and knew it was time to call in the professionals.I found CPG through a AAA recommendation and easily made an appointment online within just a couple days. They confirmed the appt via email.I dropped it off expecting it to be there for a couple days maybe however long it was gonna take to find the electrical problem I was sure it had.I actually heard from them a couple times with questions about the parts I had replaced and the like. Before you know it, they texted me to tell me it was all set and I could come get it! I now had glorious heat!It only took a few hours and they found and fixed the problem. Stellar service and communication. The people there are down to earth and the cost is reasonable. I will definitely be coming back when I need work done. Thanks to the crew at Central Park Garage

I recently moved to NH and have been having some car issues. Up until now, my father has always worked on my car but not living in the same state as him, I had to find a mechanic that I felt like I could trust. Central Park Garage has exceeded my expectations. They are fair, honest, and trustworthy. We will bring my cars here for as long as we live in the area.

Dawn at Central Park garage was great, as were the rest of the staff. I came in for a state inspection and they had me good to go and out the door in less than an hour. I ll definitely be coming back.

Multiple trips, $3,600k+ quotes. First time they say I need a exhaust manifold and ECR line. 2 months later back in the garage this time I need a new radiator. No thanks, battery died 1 month later. Now the gas pan is leaking yes. I need a new brake line system fabricated? What about the radiator? I ask and they say it's my gas pan and brake line. What about my radiator? It's a 99 chevy express with 97k miles on the engine. I'm not looking for anything other than a trustworthy repair shop.When you are looking for someone to be honest and take care of you. Look somewhere else! I promise you will regret going here!

Best service ever. Everything was clearly explained to me. They could have very easily told me I needed to have very expensive work done. Instead I was told that I should consider the age of my vehicle and how much it will cost me in the future. No pressure at all to get the repairs done. Every other place (3of them) that I brought my car to quoted a price starting in the two thousand dollar range. They were all ready to go ahead and let me spend my money on a car that clearly will cost more in the future. Central Park was up front and very honest with me. Instead of just taking my money they took the time and explained that I should really consider the age of my car a 2009 and think about it before spending any more money on it. I have spent at least $5000. on it in less than two years.They also encouraged me to bring any car to them for a thorough check before I purchase anything.I will be going back to Central Park for sure and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

Excellent Service! Mike is very thorough in his explanations and as a woman, it's a refreshing change to not have to deal with a condescending attitude. I will definitely be back as it's made pretty clear they are there to help you with your agenda, not theirs! Update, i've been back twice for service since the original post and continue to find Central Park Garage to be a clean, friendly, and ethical place of business.

Extremely happy with the service and quality here. My dad was in the car industry his whole life, so I tend to have high standards, but all of those standards were met! I came just for a state inspection and left knowing exactly what my car would need in the near future, as they took photos of everything and printed it out with explanations and recommendations. And they got me in same day that I called in the middle of the day. 10/10.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had been bringing my car back to the dealership I got it from, fast forward TWO MONTHS I ve finally had it with the dealership, so I started calling garages in my area, trying to find someone who would take my warranty. Central Park was the place to go!Mike told me everything that I needed to know, down to the last loose screw that the dealership forgot to tighten! (Literally, but an axle!!) they had my car fixed up (and non-combustible!) in TWO DAYS!! TWO DAYYSSSS ! After waiting two months for the car to be fixed. Two days at Central Park garage was just incredible. Now I also know everything I need to get it up to legal standards, another thing the dealership neglected to do, was simply provide information. So I had no idea what it needed just kept taking it back.Anyhoo, GO TO THIS PLACE!!! It might be expensive, what car repairs aren t? Unless you know a guy who knows a guy who can go to a junk place to find a part amongst scrap. They even take warranty s! Why not!?Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

i do not plan on using you people any more . you told me mycost would be $545.00 and when i showed my trepple aaa cardfor discount it still came out to $545.00. i belive she knew i had a treple aaa card, so you all made out pretty dam good on the deal
