I've been using watts for quite a while & was reminded why I will not go anyplace else. Needed complete rear brakes badly. Watts was busy so I tried another local place... not sure if most mechanics don't think women can look up parts cost , well I did. Estimate was "over 1200$" which I knew was more than double of what it should've cost! Well worth the wait as Robert Watts charged me $ 580! He knew I'm disabled veteran & widow so when I needed 4 new tires & wanted custom black rims I went to Watts. I will never go any place else. Good guys. Always fair .Services: Tires, Brakes, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement

I have to tell you, Robert and his staff are honest and true! I was told from town fare tire my barrens bushings and tie rod was gone after buying Tires from them and they charged me for the alignment, was going to be over $400 to have fixed, well not true, Robert the owner called and said Kelly car all set, two lower ball joints at a fraction of the cost , they are the most honest mechanics ever!!!! Been going to them six years now, I will never take my car anywhere else! You want professional, this is the place! Thanks again Watts!! The best mechanics ever!!!!

Honest and upfront with you. Which for a mechanic, is worth its weight in gold. Moved up from MA and needed a new mechanic ASAP. Had a cat issue and some shops were going to charge me thousands for a full replacement. They diagnosed it, got to work and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will always be going back. The front of house mechanic knows his stuff.

After months of being screwed over with untrustworthy car dealers i am happy to say i finally found an honest one. Im writing this review because of how satisfied i am with my truck purchase from watts racing ent. I have owned this truck for over 2 years now and only had to do regular maintenance. Every year i bring it to robert for inspections and if i have any problems he always treats me like family. Excellent atmosphere and the employees here are very talented. Will not be going anywhere else!

This is the best auto repair shop around, they are up front, honest, reasonable and very friendly. I brought my Toyota Tundra in, they fixed what needed to be fixed and I couldn t be more happier. I would definitely recommend them and I will most defiantly be going to them from now on.

SOLD US A BROKEN CAR, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!I went here to buy a car after years of saving up. I get there and I talk to the man for a bit. We drive around, testing the breaks, and checking steering. For the most part, all is well. My first mistake was trusting a used cars salesman. He says that it was approved by the mechanics in his shop. We did the paper work and went out. When I went home, I parked the car thinking I got a good deal, regardless of the age of it. But little did I know is I got basically scammed. I saw a puddle of gunk under my car the following morning, and decide to get it checked out by my mechanic. When I get there, I find myself with useless breaks. That was because the mystery gunk was break fluid. After that I let my mechanic keep inspecting the car and drive home with a buddy. Later, I get a call from my family trusted mechanic saying fixing the car up will be 2500 or so dollars. The following problems were:-Break line broken-Transmission line leaking-Rear break hoses rotten-A/C unit seized and belt missing-Left front tie rod worn out and loose-Right front tire worn out/uneven tread-Cylinder head gasket leaking oil-2 spots on frame found with bondo-Timing belt need replacementPlease do not buy a car from here. If it wasn t for me going to the mechanic, I could be in the hospital right now. The car he sold was not only poor quality, but he sold me a car that had breaks that were going to give out in the close future, and they nearly did.

Just purchased a Chevy aveo a few days ago. It drove home smooth but the next day had a couple issues that caused it to drive funny. Mustafa told me to bring it back. He also promised that the car was in great condition and did not disclose any issues with the car. In short the car is not safe and they passed it. As safe for highway use. They have had the car now for 20 days after i purchased it and are refusing to actually service it like they promised. Now they are giving me the run around about giving my money back. Poor businessmen. Will never bring my hard earned money to them again.

Avoid at all costs. Just bought 06 subaru with 110k for $4500 for teens first car. Was promised car was old but in great drivable shape. Got car registered 1 week later and on first drive power steering didn't work and check engine light came on. Took car to local mechanic who discovered power steering rack was leaking and solenoids needed to be replaced. They also discovered head gasket was leaking oil all over the place. Watts must have topped up power steering fluid and oil right before test drive to make sure car drove well. Had to spend $3k in repairs. It really disappoints me when people need to cheat to made a living. Stay away if you can.

upfront and honest people I love my chevy I just got from them. It started to have a slight vibration in the front about a month after I bought it and they replaced the wheel bearing free of charge. I will be buying my next vehicle from them and recommending them to friends and family

I ve taken my cars here for NH state inspections for the last 4 years now. I ve returned to this place because they ve always been able to get me in and out quickly. Today I asked myself, why do I keep coming back to this place? Why am I giving this place my hard earned money? If you are looking for at minimum, some sort of professionalism, decent customer service, or on a long shot, even a slight smile, you will not find that here. The guy who runs the place has never been nice to me. Obnoxious, arrogant, and not an ounce of professionalism, customer courtesy, or respect in his bones. Never thanks me for coming in or even respects the fact that I ve been coming there for the last 4 years.Recently returned again to have one of my cars inspected shortly after they had opened. (Again, I keep coming back to this place because they get me in and out quickly for a car inspection.) The same guy said they didn t have time until after lunch. No smile, no thanks, no good to see you, no see you soon, or anything like that; never has. I said, Ok great, I ll come by when, after 1? Yup, he replied. Frankly the guy, whoever he is, is an a**. Assuming he s the owner. His employees are nice enough and the kid who s done all the inspections on my vehicles every year is great, so props to him!I went somewhere else up the road. Price was five dollars less and the owner and his employees were professionals. Polite, respectful, friendly, conversational and courteous. And, they got me in and out in no time. This company has EARNED my business for the future.Watts Race Cars should try some customer service/appreciation seminars, classes or something. I don t know how they re in business treating clients like they do.

They have a couple techs one is donnie and garret both very nice guys and take time to explain the situation. Would recomend them to anyone. Whats better the a race shop and a mechinic shop in one MERICA!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy a car here or through anyone selling out of here!! I bought a car I found posted on Craigslist from a private party but watts held the title. Anyways the guy said he d personally guarantee the car blah blah blah. I obviously should have had a mechanic look at it but that s my dumb mistake! Me and my husband even had our toddler with us so they knew we d be driving our child around in this car! I d think people would have better morals and judgement then to sell a dangerous car to people who would be driving their small children in the vehicle but obviously all they cared about was money! Fuel lines were literally taped, rocker panels bondoed, bad suspension within a couple days among a few other problems! The rocker panels didn t look like they had been patched but lo and behold within months it all fell out and is extremely rotted! And of course no lemon law in NH! Like I said, I should have had a mechanic take a look but at first, my husband said everything looked ok and the guy seemed decent enough but obviously he would try to! They literally just jimmy rigged stuff so it seemed good for the test drive and short term! If all that s not bad enough their the ones who passed it and put a sticker on it which was clearly illegal, any reputable place never would ve passed it, I know this because I took it to a reputable dealership! You should never sell a car that you know will imminently be leaking fuel to anyone let alone a mother and her children! Talk about dangerous! I can not fathom taping fuel lines! And the taped portion/ leak was pretty close to the exhaust! The car literally could ve caught fire with my kids in it! Thank god my husband noticed it pretty quickly! I have debated putting this up for some time but if I can save even one person from going through the same thing it s well worth it! Clearly they have no regard for others including young children, no morals, and extremely poor ethics/judgement! Shame on you! How would you feel if someone did this to your wife, mother, or daughter?? If anyone is even considering buying here please bring it to an independent mechanic, if they say no you can t then obviously it isn t worth buying
