My visit was well worth the $40 to repair a screw in my tire. I highly recommended you ask to go in the shop to see the wonderful signs everywhere!!!!

WONDERFUL experience! The owner collects gas station wall art and this place is like a museum and the customer service is through the roof amazing I just had such a great experience I will definitely go back any excuse that I have to go there and I would like to thank the owner for the lovely tour of his vintage gas station wall art it is an impressive collection to say the least. And what an absolutely lovely gentleman as well as the employees that worked for him.

Arrived for a tire install quote. Walked into the office and observed a heavier set gentleman with glasses with his head buried in paperwork writing. I was never greeted or acknowledged. I waited 10 seconds and asked this gentleman with his head down if they installed tires. He slowly lifted his head up and glanced and unphazed responds yes with a distraught and confused look on his face. Immediately I thought who in their right mind would hire a sloppy low energy character like this to represent their business, then I had to remind myself I'm in Seabrook. I asked other questions and his mind was not present and it appeared. I was more of a hassle it appeared than a paying customer. I had to work hard for this man's attention. He gave me a card and I thought this slob should be working a fork lift in a factory away from the general public, not the first face customers see. If I was the owner he would be fired or put on tire duty away from customers. The owner of this place should be appauled having such a slob working his shop as the first face customers see. This employee I spoke with was Henry Rogers. On his card he was addressed as the manager. l also recommended buying some real lifts, you guys are using floor Jack's to jack up cars in 2023. I would never do business here. It's up to you. If you live in Seabrook it may be acceptable to you but not to anyone who values great customer service.

This is the only place I will go for tires. I prefer mom and pop places over chains. Theyll get your tires and slap them on in a very timely fashion. The owner is super friendly as well. Go here for tires or who knows what could happen.

Blew a tire on my company trailer in transit to a job. They had the tire in stock and stuck around on a Friday afternoon to swap it out for me on the spot. 5 Stars in my book.

Usually I go here and I have a fine experience. However, this time, I did not like the way I was treated and due to a dishonest transaction with cash, I will not be going back

My husband and I have been going to Seabrook Tire for many years, we've had tires replaced here, and we come in annually for inspection stickers. The guys are always honest and up front. One suggestion I have would be to set up to take care of electric car tires as well, there will be more and more EVs on the road, and everyone will have to adapt, including our local garages.

Wicked nice guys. I pulled up right before open and Henry had no hesitation to help get my car inspected. I wasn't expecting to find a new mechanic but I think they may have convinced me

Love coming here!Henry is great to discuss concerns with, and is honest when it comes time for new tires. Best customer service hands down. I've become a regular customer over the years.

Life savers! Got a bolt in my tire and was slowly losing air. Went to Town Fair Tire and was given a 3 hour wait! Told them id try this place and without an appointment, they took me right in and even with like 3 cars ahead of me, I got finished in no more than an hour! With 3 guys working! They were really nice, efficient and helpful! Def will be coming back in future!

I've never had so much fun getting new tires. Speedy service & lots of laughs thanks to Henry :) Not only did Seabrook Tire have the best price out of the 6 places I called but they had no problem stocking the tires in less than a day where others said they couldn't get them, it would take weeks, or they didn't have the equipment to mount them. Very happy with the service and price.

45 minutes to go and said they couldn t fix a nail real quick and to go see the clowns up the road. The way it looks to me is they are the clowns.

Been getting tires here most of my life and never once had a problem. Great service and almost never a wait time. I had to order tires this time, so it's a good idea to call first and find out if you need to. Always friendly.

Had a slow leak. They couldn't find any problems. After they cleaned it and I went on my way, it became a fast leak. They patched it at no charge and I was on my way. So far so good.

Called on the phone and was quoted one price for a rotation and I go to pay and he tells me a different price. Then, he proceeds to argue with me and tell me that s not what he said when it IS what he said. I guess I should start recording my calls next time. Mind you he was arguing over 5 dollars. My newborn daughter was in the car during this time. Handed my car back in silence, no thank you, no nothing. Should have gone with Sullivan- at least they were professional over phone. Only reason I didn t is because I couldn t make their scheduled appointment time. Beware of this place, super sketchy!

Last time I will ever come to your shop. I came in at 440 today to get an inspection and asked nicely if I could get one and Henry said no. Henry blew me off on a simple inspection and turned his back to me and walked away. That s not how a professional handles the public! I m a local business owner for 26 years. Reputation is everything. I would fix it before he ruins yours!

I've put food on their table for over 20 years. Now that I'm disabled I get kicked to the curb. You CAN NOT make an appointment. 1st come, 1st serve only. Today's world businesses are 100% about good customer service. Being busy and working hard doesn't equate to good customer service.

Great experience. They made a fair tire recommendation over the phone, ordered them and called me back to let me know they had arrived. We were in and out in about an hour, and the guys were friendly and professional.

Requested a quote on the web, and got a reply in just a few hours from a real human (not a bot). Confirmed that my online shopping choice of a General tire was appropriate and could be shipped to the store the next day. They even squeezed me in late in the afternoon, so that I had 4 new tires and a good spare before the snow started. They were priced competitively with any other store, and with online stores.

Best tire shop in Seabrook. Honest straightforward shop with no hidden fees like the big corporate shops in town. Never had to wait very long for anything even without an appointment they can fix your tire problems right the first time and fast.

Ordered tires on-line and set up appointment to have tires installed.Showed up day early, no problem. Tires I ordered were the wrong size, no problem. The tires installed were same /better quality and $100.00 cheaper. Big smile.Seabrook Tire is the best.

I've been getting tires and state inspection here for over five years. Good prices, great shop and treated bettet than family. New tires last Oct for my 01 xc70 and new tires for my 06 mini s next week...

I've been a customer for years, always buying Coopers. Fast, efficient, these guys know their tires! They'll give you the straight scoop. Today they helped someone in duress find a tire at a competitor since they didn't have it in stock. That's customer service! Don't expect a fancy waiting room or a free cup of joe. Just expect a job well done with no BS.

I went there today for the first time for a state inspection as a walk in. They got me in immediately and great customer service. They have my business for vehicle maintenance needs. Professional, fair and thorough.

The staff is professional. The wait is minimal. The shop is spotless. The prices are reasonable. Most importantly, they know what they r doing. When it comes to my tires I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My girlfriend and I were on a road trip from Quebec City to Cape Cod when one of our tires was punctured by a huge nail. Our roadtrip was over if it was not of Henry and Seabrook Tire & Auto. They were efficient, kind and very professional. If I could, I would it 6 stars. Thank you guys for saving our holidays and as promised, this was my comment!
