Is exactly as the name says. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They did not try to sell me. What? I did not need and told me. I Didn't have to immediately replace things either. Reasonably priced and very respectful staff

Love this place! I don't have to get out of my car, they also top off my fluids for a small fee. I'm literally done in 10 minutes or less. You can't beat the price either!

I've been going to the Seabrook NH location consistently for years. I've brought three different cars there and have never had an issue. They are super nice and fair. They don't try and force you to get anything you don't need/want.

I love this Prompto. Don t get that messed up. THIS PROMPTO is hands down the best one I have ever been too. They re always working hard. The manager has been there forever and he was the previous managers protege. So you re in good hands, when you roll across the pit.All in all, I have had problems at other oil change places. Whether it was price, they were messy, or literally just incompetent at their job, I m always nervous someone isn t going to fill it up with the right oil, or just simply forgot to fill it, or put the filter on right.I have never had an issue here. It s been over 10 years I ve been trying to only come here.

Very inexpensive and was the quickest oil change I've ever had they make sure all fluids are filled up and that nothing is missing I highly recommend this place and you should go there too because it is very inexpensive and very quick and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes maybe less than 8.

These guys are always great, fast and reasonable. I got my oil changed, air filter replaced, tires brought up to pressure and my washer fluid filled and I was back on the road.

Would have been 5 stars, if they offered to put air in my tires. I noticed they did, for the cars in front of me, and along side.

Fast and quick with no appointment needed. Good by me. No high pressure to get other things. If they think I need an air filter, they show me the old one and ask if I want to replace it. If I say no, we are done. I will keep going there when I need just an oil change.

i've been going to Prompto oil change for years because they are fantastic at what they do. They are friendly, fast, efficient, No pressure and consistent. also, they have the best prices around for an oil change.

I've been going here for about 6 years. And unless I don't live in the area I'll never go anywhere else. It really is 10 minutes in and out. anyone who's ever been there with me can't believe how fast it really is. Under twenty-five bucks for an oil change. And only an extra four or five for an air filter. Absolutely. I've never had an issue here. I used to have a car whose Hood didn't work properly. And the guys were always very accommodating. And would just let me use one of the screwdrivers so I could pop it for them. Everyone is always been very friendly.

Awesome, fast, affordable experience. I m so glad I discovered Prompto after being unhappy with the unfriendly service and high prices of valvoline for so many years. No pushy salespeople tactics, just very chill, helpful staff doing a 10 min oil change and sending me on my way. I got a filter for a quarter of the price of valvoline.This is my new go to place for an oil change.

In and out. Ive gone here multiple times. Never an issue. It gets busy which is why I try to get there for opening time. And there is often a car or 2 already in line waiting.

Oddly enough this is the only place that I visit that has gotten easier since the pandemic. It has always been easy, but now I get to just lounge around in my truck while they service my vehicle.All that is genius for me, but, what is truly amazing about this place is how incredibly nice the people in the shop are. If it were me dealing with: the elements, car exhaust, pinche patrons and then on top of that the work. I hope, truly I hope I would be half as nice as the peeps here.

Thank you PROMTO Seabrook for fast professional service at a fair price. I first went to my local jiffy lube, that i have used for years to get oil change was quoted $109.00 FOR AN OIL CHANGE on my 2019 kia optima with 50k,when I questioned the price kid behind counter quickly snapped at me "have you seen the price of oil" I then asked if there was any specials or coupons available that would help as my car was already in the bay, his reply was i dont know you can try to find one. at that point i told him to pack it up, and i wont be coming back. this was my first time promto visit I will be using you for now on MIKEService: Oil change

I moved to Central mass but still go here. Super quick oil change for a very fair price for synthetic oil. The guys that run the place are quick friendly and on top of it. Always happy to give them my business.

Went to get a simple oil change, after they replace oil they refused to do any of the other things on the list they were supposed to do (that they checked off anyways). Then when asked if they could reset my service past due light i was told to take it to a dealership or something and they should Show me. Very disrespectful, poor quality, very lazy workers. There are 4 other oil change places right next door (midas , jiffy lube, etc.) Save yourself the waste of time and money, if you had nothing wrong with your car before, it'll have issues after leaving this shop. Usually go here for my oil changes and never have an issue but tried going on a saturday when they are suppose to be open til 5pm and they were already packed up and in there cars by 455pm! I hadnt realized the time was so late but still they should be open until the time posted!

Would not take my business here again. I went for a oil change and they did not put oil cap back on. Realized quickly it wasn t there myself and that my car was leaking oil. Nor did they mention that the oil filter needed to be changed either. VERY unhappy w this service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I drive 60iles to go here. I've been going here for 10 years or more. They are always pleasant and kind and honest if I need anything. They show me and explain why. One of my favorite places.

Soo went there yesterday for an oil change and they also filled my tires which was great soo I didn t have to freeze filling them myself. They also put windshield washer solution in as I was running low. This is a good place to go to and don't listen to all those negative people that try and bring you down keep on doing you prompto ..... I had a weird experience today. Lost my husband very unexpectedly but knew he used Pronto in Seabrook all the time. So after waiting about 30 to 40 minutes which was no problem because there were 4 cars in front of me, I guess I started to drive in too quickly and the manager said to the kid directing me in " just let people like her fall in the hole. I apologized to the kid and he said no problem and couldn't have more polite and kind to me. Maybe the wrong person is managing.
