Kenneth Adams purchased a document scanner from me on eBay. I shipped the unit in working condition, and he claimed that it was broken and shipped it back in a damaged state. The scanner MSRP is well over six thousand dollars. I listed on eBay for $2499+shipping. Mr.Adams mentioned that he is technician and he rents these scanners to clients, he offered $1700 shipping included. I refused his offer and we settled on$2000+shipping. I packed and shipped the item, he received it and claimed that item was arrived damaged, showing photos of inside rollers being removed. This unit was perfectlyfunctioning, and well packaged. Mr. Adams returned a broken scanner and got refunded via eBay. I believe that his business practices are not proper and he is using parts from theseunits and claiming that to be damaged. I would not recommend this business, and highly advise to stay away from their working practices.

Ben and Greg really helped me out in retrofitting my 06 Monaco Signature Commander with an ISX15 with the proper intake and exhaust components. I purchased the MH used and it came with a 5" glasspack (unacceptable in any camp ground) instead of a real muffler. After much research and help from Diesel Equipment Inc. I was able to upgrade the entire system to a 6" exhaust and the proper intake filter for an ISX15. My particular MH came with components that were seriously undersized for the intake and exhaust flow of an ISX15 according to Cummins. The MH now feels like completely different unit and the throttle response is amazing. Most retailers these days would never take the time or have knowledge like Ben. Highly recommend

if you order parts online from this company and are expecting them to come from this address think again . everything is drop shipped from indianapolis via ups ( no saturday delivery ) .
