Thomas was so helpful with changing out my impossible headlight even in inclement weather! I had the wrong bulb and the configuration in the hood is a nightmare. Over the top service! I am grateful!

First time stopping into the store and Thomas C. Was very helpful in helping me navigate the oil purchase for my foreign car. He even looked under my hood to determine that it was the right one to use.I will be certainly using this store to purchase any further items.

Customer service at this particular store is horrible, they don t want to work due to the fact it s very cold outside, they pretend that their scanners are broken.

Wow. Let me first say, this was the first time I've had a bad experience here. As a frequent customer, picking up parts for a business account, I approached the young man with my request. He asked his manager, Jessica for assistance inputting the order in the system. She was volatile and belligerent towards the young man, throwing parts around. I'm certain she was likely having a bad day, but, that's no excuse for treating an employee so poorly especially considering there was a customer present. Very unprofessional.

Very helpful and great product recommendation! Went into the store looking for a product that could correct damage to car paint after removing dried sap with acetone. Thought the damage was beyond repair. Amy recommended Meguiar s mirror glaze professional swirl remover and it worked like a dream! Thank you Amy!!

Had an issue with my battery, so I went to Auto Zone to have it checked. As soon as I went in and explained the issue, the manager Mark came right out and confirmed I needed a new battery. Despite my battery being problematic with corrosion on the terminal and not coming off easily, Mark was persistent and had a great attitude the whole time. I was in and out in no time and can't speak more highly of Mark and my experience today. Thank you!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After stopping by to get the health of my battery checked, the young man who helped me was very kind and helpful. Told me my battery was good but since it is 6 years old, could be the reason why it s not turning on. Could be that the battery read was not accurate as it seemed like the jumper cables werent connected to the connection point. I let him know that the car starts when I jump it so it has to be the battery as it is 6 years old. He checked for my battery and said it was in stock and that they have the time to replace it. Proceeded to take me inside to pay for the battery before installation. He looked at the computer and then at this lady with a short pixie/mullet haircut with a gray shirt on, she turned to look at me and just shouted WE CANT DO THAT TODAY . The obvious difference in voice that she used with 4 other customers made me feel like it was just me she wanted to yell at when I was nothing but kind to the young man helping me. Her change of voice speaking to other customers made me feel like I was in the wrong for choosing them as my go to for car help. I learned my mistake. I will only go to Walmart or the original car dealership from now on and I suggest the rest of you do the same. The level of professionalism is unmatched and being a female, they do not make me feel uncomfortable either as the Seabrook Autozone has made me feel, hence why I had to have my father on the phone with me the entire time.The key FOB battery was my last purchase from this autozone.1) don t tell customers you can do something when your store LACKS the TECHNOLOGY to provide a simple battery change.2) don t scream at customers who have not said any words in any sort of disrespectful tone.3) UPDATE YOUR STORE TECHNOLOGY IF YOURE GOING TO PROVIDE SERVICES

Adam and his team are professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. They went out of their way to do a diagnostic test on my car and told me in layman's terms, so I could understand, the results. If I could go higher than 5 stars, I would.

Been going here for years. Often help with whatever I need. Today I was at the raccoon car cleaner next door & my car battery died. A bearded attendant came out within minutes & jumped my car. God bless, great service

I was looking for a cabin filter for my vehicle. They had the cheapest one in stock. I was in luck. I should have spent the $10 more and went to Advance Auto that is right down the street for the better quality one.

Amazing experience today. Jesse absolutely hit it out of park. Great experience. I went for replacement key fob for my carand with no prompting he replaced the battery. I had never done this and did not have proper tools. Jesse stepped right up and took care of it. Well done! Go there for all your auto needs and see Jesse

Jesse changed my head light bulb for me, it was a huge project with the way my car was designed but he was patient and got it done. Saved me having to pay a mechanic and with kids, every penny counts. Thank you so much.

I stopped in to get my battery checked in my car. Thomas checked my battery out and it had corrosion on it, he cleaned it off with a wire brush tested it and found that my battery was not good. Within minutes I purchased new battery. Thomas and Patrick installed the new battery and I was on my way was in just minutes after stopping there. Thank you guys so much!Very professional, courteous and quick service.I definitely recommend AutoZone Seabrook New Hampshire.Also, I'm at the manager Bobby who was just as kind and helpful.Thanks guys I'll definitely be back!

Customer service was great! I needed help putting on windshield wipers which Joel Lentz was nice enough to come out and help me with. I then tried putting in the air filter myself with no success but then another employee, Thomas C, came out to help. Both employees were very kind and helpful!

Just went to check on why my check engine light came on. Right as I walked in and kindly asked an associate to check it, he gave me a big sigh and asked if I knew how to do it. Unfortunately I don t, and on the way outside he was very negative and even said to me, I m sick . I opened the car door for him while he glanced under the dash and said I don t have the plug for the machine. I ve gotten this done before in the same car so I guess he clearly didn t want to help so now I m going somewhere else to get it done.

I needed windshield wipers.Walked in, the man at the counter was super nice and knowledgeable about exactly what kind I needed for my car. I was in and out in two minutes.Then another associate (Joel Lentz) walked out with me and put them on my car for me. This was great. I ve been dreading having to do this and it was so nice he did it for me.

Dana Hardy from the Seabrook location helped my boyfriend and I with our headlight situation and saved us a lot of time and aggravation. We were going to buy the wrong bulbs, but when he asked us follow up questions when he saw our car outside, he went out of his way to help us figure out the right bulbs and also how we would access the panel for the bulbs...we kept coming in and out while he was also waiting on other customers. We really appreciate it!

Bought a battery and wanted them to install it. After the purchase the young guy says, "We don't install them in the dark." It was dusk at best and the lighting was more than adequate to do the job.When he refused I asked if they had tools available, which they provided. I then did the job myself in ten minutes. Thanks for nothing, guys.

Joel at the Seabrook, NH AutoZone saved the day! After a painful full day experience with the lack of AAA help, I called the store before visiting and spoke with him to confirm he could change my cars battery, which he did! He was extremely willing to help me out when I arrived even though it was only 30 minutes until closing. He quickly helped me find the right item and get it swapped out for the dead one in my car. Huge huge kudos to Joel, thank you so much!!!

It's just okay, they try to make you feel like you're not mechanically inclined at all try to make you feel stupid!UPDATE! They have changed quite a bit since this post, new attitude good customer service, the only thing you still have to wait in line too long

The staff in the Seabrook Nh location are the best.I was returning a core to receive my deposit. I went to one location first and the staff wasn't able to help me. I felt las though I was given the runaround. I drove to the Seabrook Nh location and they took the time to help and successfully fulfilled the core return and gave me my deposit back.Thank you to the staff at Seabrook Nh!

Always fast friendly service. If they don't have the part you are looking for in stock. They will do what they can to get it in that day, or as soon as they possibly can. I had done a brake job on my civic. On the rear one of the bleeder valves broke. They were able to get the brake cylinder in same day to get the car back on the road.

My father recently bought a 2014 Nissan Frontier and isn t very familiar with newer cars. He was told he had a bulb out in the rear but wasn t sure what he needed. A kind gentleman Justin, assisted my dad. His customer service was exemplary! He went as far as to not only figure out which one was out? BUT helped put it in! This is the customer service we did 25-30 years ago regularly and has been long forgotten. Maybe this is a step in bringing back excellent customer service once again!! Thank you Justin! Great service. I dealt with a gentleman named Austin who was very attentive to my request questions and needs and was very very personable and easy to talk to and very very outgoing and helpful. He went above and beyond what was expected in would most certainly recommend this store in that particular associate to anyone.I would definitely come back to this location to do business again just because of that 1 individual if anything else.I don't normally shop here but I would definitely consider returning if anything because of that individual.Austin made the experience that much better even though the reason I went there was on a negative note he turned it around and helped me feel a little bit better about the whole situation even though the problem was not solved he was a pleasure to deal with which made things just that much more easy to deal with in my own mind.Again he was great to deal with and was very attentive and outgoing and went above and beyond in my opinion did more than what he really had to do in order to try to assist me and help me with my situation.A great guy and provided great service and did a superior job. The guy deserves a raise. A promotion perhaps.He helped turn what was a negative situation into a more positive situation at least for me made my mood better if anything.My problem wasn't solved and I did not expect it to be when I walked in there but I left there feeling better than I did when I walked in thanks to his help.He offered me possibilities and avenues to pursue and gave me ideas and insight on things I hadn't thought of myself so overall even though my problem was not rectified he was very very helpful and outgoing and willing to try to assist as best he could and was knowledgeable and obviously very intelligent as he did have good input to give.A very nice individual a great guy and like I said he went above and beyond what was expected.I was very happy with his assistance and performance and it was more than I expected and I would definitely recommend that anybody wanting to go to an auto parts store to visit this particular location because if they're going the a for something for their vehicle they can expect to leave their feeling happy and satisfied knowing that they got what they needed.I would expect nothing less after what I had for service when I went there considering my problem was not solved and I did not expect it to be I would think that someone who went there for their car would have much better results knowing that they're dealing with an individual such as Austin who obviously knows what hes doing in is a very outgoing and personable person in which to deal with.Hes a good people person and hes obviously very smart.Like I said it's not a place I would normally go but I took a shot and even though my problem was not fixed or solved I did get some good insight some good ideas and left there feeling a bit more optimistic than I did when I walked in.An overall positive experience.Very happy even though my issue was not resolved.I never really expected it to be.Austins attitude and approach to everything put me more at ease and comfortable. He is a valuable asset to your store for sure.Thanks for doing the best you could. A+ for effort. Thank you.

Terrible service!Wish I could give a negative star!I went to a different location that was close to my work on Friday afternoon and they were very nice and told me to come on Sunday morning to change my battery that they would do it no problem. I decided to come to this location cause it s closer to my house. I walk in there is a guy on his phone and other two guys just standing and talking. I also to get a battery and if they would change it for me. When we are searching the battery one guys comes and says they don t replace my car because it has to much plastic on it and it s difficult. He says no I ll go take a look at it. He went and said yea he can t do it. Bunch of people that just don t wanna work and want to go back and stand around doing nothing. First time and last I come to this location! Completely ridiculous!
