One of my friends recommended All Japanese Auto to me about 8 years ago and I m so glad she did! They are honest and reliable. They fit me in as soon as they can, which is usually pretty quickly. They will often tell me what to expect for repairs in upcoming months, which is helpful for planning/budgeting.I trust them and highly recommend them!

These guys were awesome! Gave great advice on my high mileage car, very fast service, easy to work with.I came on a recommendation from one of their lifetime customers, and they totally earned another one!

Fast, friendly, local and affordable. Japanese auto is my go to. They are very knowledgeable and most helpful. I make my appointments ahead of time and they are always on time. They are very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend

I have been going to All Japanese Auto for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. Bob and Jessie are great and I am always treated fairly. I buy my tires and snow tires there, have any repairs I ever need done there, and have my vehicle inspected there every year. Their prices are fair and I never feel like they're trying to sell me something that I don't need. Being able to use a loaner car is a bonus too! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

My husband and I have been going to All Japanese Auto for 20 plus years. Bob and Jesse are amazing. They take very good care of you vehicle needs and at times make recommendations, but never pressure you into doing anything. They are reasonable price wise and offer loaner vehicles at no charge.I would recommend All Japanese Auto to anyone that is looking for a repair shop. Both Bob and Jesse go above and beyond to help you.

Beware of this place! Crooked mechanics. Scamming people and lying about issues with vehicles when other shops verified after going somewhere else that they were lying and proved it. If you re looking for honest work and to not get your pockets picked, I would go elsewhere. Plenty other places in Sandown. These guys are clowns.

Bob and Jesse have serviced our vehicles for 20 years.No surprises, no hidden costs, no work done until price and issues are discussed. Will let us know if we can hold off on a service or if it needs to be done ASAP. Bob even advised us on when the time came to trade in our older vehicles or hold on a bit longer. Good people and they get the job done.

I have been taking our vehicles to All Japanese for many years now. Bob, Jesse and the team do a fantastic job; everything from loaner cars to keeping track of maintenance schedules for us, they are the best. Prior to finding them, I used to take our cars to Sullivan Tire and a couple of smaller, local, outfits but All Japanese is beats them, hands down. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to this business for years. i have always found them to be clear and accurate when explaining any needed repairs. Their policy of free loaner cars makes it very easy to leave my car and still be able to go about my business with the loaner. I recommend All Japanese Auto...and please note they work on all makes of vehicles!

Every time I have my car serviced, they are always quick, efficient, and honest. I never have to worry about them trying to pressure me into additional services, I know they have my best interest in mind. They always offer their loaner car if I need to drop my car off for more than an oil change! I highly recommend

Bob and Jesse are straightforward. They diagnose the issue and give a quote to fix the problem, no up selling of things you do not need. This shop always delivers quality work, on time, at reasonable pricing. Loaner cars are an added benefit to their customers.

We have been a customer of All Japanese for more than ten years and have had nothing but good honest service. They always go the extra mile to insure your car is serviced correctly and in a timely manor. They even offer a free loaner car.

All Japanese Auto in Sandown is the kind of local car repair shop everyone hopes they can find. Any time I need an oil change, tire rotation, a problem diagnosed, they fit me in as soon as possible and they always offer me a loaner car until mine is completed. They're always honest, trustworthy, straightforward, fast and courteous. I'm a 100% fully satisfied return client and will continue being one.

We ve been going to All Japanese Auto since we moved to Sandown 6 years ago. Can t say enough about how good & helpful these guys are! Bob resolved a recurring issue 1st try with our Lexus that Lexus couldn t resolve after 15 visits over 4 years. Excellent service, reasonable prices and friendly advice always!

Brought new truck I purchased from autofair Ford in Manchester and they found a lug missing on one of my tires. They replaced lug and found every other lug nut barely tight. Thank you all japanese auto!

I have been using All Japanese Auto for about 3 years now. I love them. They are trustworthy and always get me right in for service. I never feel overcharged as I have at other shops in the past. At one point I had a check engine light and they put it on the computer fixed the problem (minor) and only charged me a nominal fee not the hourly fee I was expecting to pay. When my daughter was in the hospital they dropped my other car off at my home for me to save me a trip.

I have lived in Sandown for 5 years and since moving to town I have been bringing my cars to Bob and Jesse for all my car maintenance and repairs or just for automotive advice. On top of their great customer service and honesty, I appreciate having an option of a loaner car when my car needs to be in the shop for a day.

I have been going to all Japanese auto for almost 20 years now I have never had a problem with them. They are so much more trustworthy than most dealership service departments. Have recommended them to anyone that has asked me where to bring their cars for service.

Took a SUV to have them give it the once over before purchasing. Was quoted $64, but they were quick so it only took 30 min -- so they charged $32. They came off as very thorough and professional, and wrote out exactly what the car needed. I was able to then negotiate those issues with the dealer to get a better price. If I lived in the area I would def. bring my car there for service.

I recently bought new tires for my wife car and found the prices and the service to be excellent. My wife told me the car felt like a new car again. Need new tires check out the tire man at Al Japanese Auto they are a dependable and qualified service station.

I can always trust that Bob and Jesse will let me know what my car needs, and what it will need in the future. No drama or scare tactics, just quality auto repair at a fair price. Having a pre-heated loaner car in the dead of winter is a pretty nice touch too!

I ve been taking my vehicles to All Japanese for almost 20 years now (wow!). They have always provided top quality work, never tried to upsell me with unnecessary work, never had a problem and always are always prompt. ESP when my kids are with me. They tell me what can wait and what needs to be done first.

I've been taking my Nissan to the dealership for years, and every time I sit there waiting for an eternity, only to find out they haven't solved the problem or it's not worth my sticking around. One head ache after another, and you know you're not getting a deal.I brought my truck into All Japanese Auto recently to have a problem with my tire fixed. It cost me less than the estimate at the dealership and was done in half the time.I brought a friend's vehicle (Honda Civic) in with a nail stuck in the sidewall. They had tires in stock to replace the un-fixable tire and they did it in record time... I couldn't believe that it actually took LESS time than they estimated, and their estimate was STILL better than what I would've gotten at a dealership.Forget the dealer, go check these guys out.

The team here is so good I moved 45 min out of town and I still come back year after year. Easy to work with and they have loaners when you need them. This is the place.
