I called AAA for a dead battery and was informed that Crowells was being dispatched. They arrived to my house in Wolfeboro no more than 10 minutes later. Tyler was super helpful. You guys are awesome!

The one who towed was pleasant. I went back to get an updated invoice and received one without issue. I'm surprised that they don't have office hours on the weekends, especially on Saturdays. They are centrally located to their service area.

Had them do an alignment on my truck, and in less than 2 weeks, the front outer edge is worn out like this, which is caused by having the tires miss aligned. Had to get new tires and alignment done by a different place, and they said whoever did this didn't know what they were doing and ruined my tires. Worst experience i ever had with a shop. Never again.

Stopped in unannounced last week after losing a tire off my camper on Rt 16, these guys were incredibly helpful to get my family back on the road and save our camping trip. Thank you!

Peter towed my vehicle and was very professional and courteous during the stressful situation. People who know me know I have toys all around and left them throughout my car in a rush to just leave the scene and get back to sort out the situation... Everything was there and completely intact, which isn't the case at other places. I am impressed by the integrity and all around great vibe I got from John and Peter. Crowell's towing was great! I had a you're I needed fixed and they got me right in and had it repaired, mounted and balanced in no time! People in the service area were very nice and told me exactly what was done. Price was very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend them!

Ive had crowells tow and work on many of my vehicles when they needed it, always came back better then new and always careful with ramping, never had an issue, i take all my stuff to them, definitely the best tow company out there IMOService: Car towingService: Car towing

5 stars. Called for a lock on during a special night out. Tough vehicle, I understand the situation and the vehicle by design is tough. The tow technician was extremely polite, he came to our table and assured to me that my vehicle was unlocked. He processed my card over the phone. I called Eddie in Lebanon and he referred me, as a resident of Lebanon thank you so much for your excellent service. I will keep you guys on my phone, after all I drive a jeep. Happy Weekend

1st time here since moving north. Went for an inspection. Appt was for 3. Truck went in at 2:55 and was out by 3:15. Fastest service I've ever had. Most shops will d*ck the dog for an hour. These guys are prompt . Will be giving them future business.

Great place ! I used to work there as a mechanic years ago . although I don't do it anymore I trust them the most to do any sort of work on my vehicle and I still come back there. John Debbie Keith and the rest of the family do it and outstanding job

They responded through AAA to help me get my car unstuck in some deep snow. AAA gave me a 45 minute ETA but they arrived in probably less than 10 minutes. They had the car removed in probably 2 minutes. The wrecker driver was really cool. It definitely seems like a great company.

I called for an appointment to replace my Rogue battery and spoke to Keith. He put me on hold to ensure there WAS a battery there for my model. When I brought it in, he tested it and told me there was nothing wrong with the battery and asked me for reasons why it would have drained to zero. I told him i left a door open all night and he said "That's probably it!" and that my drive, after this appointment, to Meredith should do the trick. It started right up this morning so he was right! Thank you, Keith for your help and honesty. It's so appreciated!Service: Battery service

Full service family owned auto service center, the go to place if you need a tow as well. Fair pricing and knowledgeable staff. A clean modern facility where the job is completed on time just as scheduled.

Crowell s was the only towing company in the area that would send a wrecker to pull out my F350 that had slid down an embankment while plowing. I called everyone down to Rochester as I was in Alton. Freddie was great to work with and very professional! He dispatched a wrecker immediately...no questions asked! I highly recommend Crowell s towing!Service: Special vehicle towing

This Professional business deserves public recognition for their courteous service. They are always less than a 30 minute wait are responsible, careful and Friendly. If I had to rely on one company who's never let me down and trustworthy it's Crowell's.

Service was good . Towed my car 6 miles and replaced a breakline. Probably had less than two hours in towing and the repair...then the bill ...changed almost 500.00 dollars..totally Outrageous...I try to use local companies as much as possible..but I won't give these people my business again.

The driver who showed up literally saved my car from what I thought was an impossible situation deep in the woods. He didn't take off until he was sure I made the quarter mile dirt road trek successfully back to the road and even explained why he recommended having my tire replaced as quickly as possible. If I ever get in trouble again, I know exactly what tow service I'll be calling!

I broke down right next to their parking lot... what luck. They were closing up but the owner offered to help and even loaned me an expensive tool to get home that night. Next morning I returned the tool and he tested everything out and sent me on my way free of charge. Seems like good people!

Thanks to Crowells Towing my car and I made it home safe. I was impressed by their speedy service considering there's a wintery mix of sleet and snow.!! Their trucks are A+ and driver's are responsible, careful, and knowledgeable.

Had to have a tow today due to a flat tire. The young man that came to my rescue was very polite and professional. I greatly appreciate his kindness and thank him for making this experience no stress.

They towed my vehicle to their shop instead of where I wanted them to tow it so they could charge me storage fees and a second tow to a shop I would allow to work on it. I was told payment must be cash or check only on the side of the road or we will need to tow it to our shop. Well not to common to carry $200 in cash or a paper check with me...would not except any other payment. With the bad reputation with the locals I wasn't going to have them do anything to my vehicle They are very untrustworthy and out to pry on people and take there money to pay for their lack of business because of all the locals that they burnt. This company should be convicted and charged for theft by deception. These are not the people you can trust.

I've been bringing my cars here for 5 years and they've always treated me quiet well. I've used them for towing and they are always punctual. I think the negative reviews posted are a sham and from out-of-state folks who think they're above the rest.

Stay away by any means necessary. They are unbelievably expensive. $495 for a tow of less than 7 miles and $260 for what they said was 4 days of storage. I paid $755. It's a complete rip off. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off.
