Westtuned made my already fast BMW X5M even faster, louder and fun as hell to drive! These guys were fast and reliable! They installed new race downpipes, Stage 2 ECU, Stage 2 TCU, NGK plugs and oil change. I'm very pleased!

Just got exhaust system installed and Ecu as well as transmission tune for my Huracan 580-2 . They did great job.Bati was very helpful throughout the whole process, job was super clean and staff was very friendly.Highly recommend for your exotic cars.

WestTuned is everything you are hoping to find in a performance garage. Responsive to inquiries almost immediately, transparent throughout the entire process, capable of completing whatever work you may need, and with excellent customer service. Took a track monster GT500, and helped it become a monster of a daily driver for me. The motor feels and sounds like I just pulled it out of the showroom, and it s a 2010. Will be using WestTuned Performance garage for all of my needs moving forward, without a doubt. Great work gentlemen, and thank you for running a business right! I ve been blown off by tuners in the past, told I ll never get an inspection sticker on the beast, you name it .WestTuned made it happen, in about 8 hours. I look forward to seeing it continue to progress and am willing to bet the vehicle will last me well over another 10 years.

Great Work! They InstalIed Intercooler & Cold Air Intake on my S5. Waited in a nice waiting area for work to be completed. Would Definitely recommend this shop for any custom work or installs you need!

Amazing customer service. Amazing performance. I got a stage 2 tune on my 13 C63. Woke up that M156. Night and day difference. Would definitely recommend westtuned to everyone trying to get the most out of their car safely.

Highly recommend Westtuned Performance I brought my B9-Audi S5 for a stage2 tune. The results are amazing, I enjoy my car even more. They work fast and safe, my car was in and out in less then two days. If you need to get the most out of your exotic or European car give Bati and the team a call. You won t regret it.

Bati, the owner, and the other mechanics there were amazing to work with. I had an issue with my C 63 AMG that apparently nobody could solve, but Bati spent all day personally working on it to figure it out. And he was able to not only relieve my issue that was causing a limp mode, but he was able to gain me 100 HP and 200 TQ on an ECU tune alone. He and his team were so patient and careful when working on all vehicles in the shop. They were extremely kind and accommodating to all my needs and requests. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I came from southern CT for their service and I would easily do it again.

Brought two E39 M5s to WestTuned today for a dyno run and tune. Bati and the team were great. True car lovers and did a great job on the tune. For a 23 year old car, it s running better than ever and pulls noticeably harder than before.

I m sorry to say, they aren t the best experts on working with Q50s Infiniti. Brought my car to get tuned. Got only two modes for the price I paid over 2k. Eventually my car got into limp mode. As experts. They weren t able to indicate why. Found out some of my cards was bit by rats which caused the limp mode. I paid for a diagnostic and they weren t able to indicate the issue. Nevertheless, brought it to race box and they took care of me. Anyone wants to get their car done especially Infiniti cars. Don t bring your car there. Lastly customer service was terrible. They got annoyed with me for reaching calling to get an estimate time of completion and threaten me to bring my car somewhere else.

From start to finish, the worst experience I ve ever had with any form of mechanical work being done on any of my vehicles. However, the turnaround time was good and customer communications were good. Two stars. Definitely felt as though being a customer had no value. Only my Wallet did. Will not be returning.

No good, at all. They failed to diagnose an ISM (hidden fuse) issue on my BMW despite charging me for a 200$ diagnostic fee. Then, they claimed my ECU was broken and needed to be replaced... with no guarantees the issue would be solved. I took it to another shop, and they actually figured out the problem and fixed it. The ECU was not broken, at all. Bugra, the employee that "helped" me, was also quite arrogant when I suggested that swapping ECUs was a ridiculous idea, and he kept doubling down on this incorrect solution ("Like I already explained you, this is what we need to do to fix your car" he kept repeating...). The thing is, I'm less ignorant than I may look about car repairs, so I didn't fall for it. Thank goodness.On top of all that, the customer service is pretty bad. They have the most passive-aggressive waiting room concept I've ever seen in any establishment: you enter a room with a couch, and all the doors where the workers are say "Employees-only" so you just have to sit and wait until they feel like talking to you. There is no indication of how long you will have to wait, which is messed up. If you call, they usually do not answer your call, even if you call from inside their waiting room.I'm mad because you guys are bad. You should feel bad about that, but instead I'm sure you'll continue to gouge your customers, and charge people for services and parts they clearly don't need. Steer clear, this place is only good for people with more dollars than sense.

I just got back from picking my 2016 BMW X5 M50i up from the tune shop! I cannot describe how much faster and more powerful the car is now! It was worth every penny! If you have a European or an exotic car, check out westtuned for your performance upgrades and dyno tunes! One look at their Instagram page and you ll know they re the one for you. They have worked on some pretty amazing builds. Can t say enough how impressed I am with this tune. This thing is a monster now! They have definitely earned my business for life!

Bring my RS6 here for dyno tuning and downpipes installation. Didn t expect too much horsepower gain but Bati did a great job and gain 110 whp and 128 lb-ft torque and the car drives great! Bati was friendly and professional! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Thank You Bati for the great experience from start to finish. I was looking for a place to get my Mercedes C63S tuned and could not be happier with the experience. From my first email you were timely with responses and helped me with what would be best for my vehicle for performance. When I dropped my car off and picked it up the team was great and very personable. The car has a great sound and is so much quicker, feels like a different car. Customer service and product exceeded my expectations, that is rare these days. I would recommend WestTuned to anyone looking for a great shop for more performance, you won t be disappointed.

Bati and the folks working at WestTuned Performance go above and beyond. I just had my E63s tuned there and couldn t be happier. Their focus on improved performance, without jeopardizing the reliability, exceeded expectation. They take pride in their work and the final product delivers. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and fun to talk with. The tuner car feel quicker, and everything is crisp and responsive. Like a rejuvenating spa - but for your car. The power is more readily available which is greatly notice in the lower gears and lower rpms. Wicked fun and I cannot thank Bati and his crew enough for an outstanding job. I highly recommend coming to WestTuned to upgrade your car.

I did stage 1 for my C63s. It makes lots difference. Whp increases from 494 to 599. Bati is a very nice guy and he is willing to explain everything for me. Very nice experience. I will do the stage 2 here too.

Great experience. From constant communication on Instagram answering my million and one questions, to the great experience in person entertaining my friends and me. We had a blast and gained quick a lot of knowledge. Very clean shop with amazing display of their work.Great guy to work with, satisfied with my new tune and will be back when ready to upgrade even more.Worth the 3 hour drive !

I got a stage 2 custom tune from Westtuned, and finally get 510 whp on my f80 m3. Bati is very nice and professional and willing to answer any questions from me. other mechanicals are also did a really good job on installing aftermarket parts. If you wanna get a much more faster car, come to find them!

Best shop for European cars ever! They have all the diagnostic tools and a very knowledgeable technician crew, real masters of performance and auto tuning, amd thry offer a ton of upgrades, it has really been an overall fantastic experience, amd for a very reasonable fair cost. Owners are very professional. Totally recommend these guys!

A Fantastic Dyno Facility that includes the latest Dynocom chassis dyno along with a staff thats super friendly and helpful.Yes it's also AWD to suite ALL your power measuring needs!Highly Recommended!
