I am always impressed by the Salem, NH team. They use available coupons or discounts when I don't even have to ask for them. Most of all I trust them which is more than I can say for even my car Dealerships. I've been taking my Subaru (and past Subaru) to Salem Sullivan tire since all warranty items were expired. Now I've bought my dream car, a BMW convertible and just had Sullivan do the state inspection. Always on time, always polite and friendly.

Very professional and friendly staff. They always call before performing any services not requested by the customer. Very fast service as well. Overall great experience from scheduling an appointment to pickup.

Jeromy at the Salem NH Sullivan Tire, stepped up and researched and followed through with a warranty on tires that i purchased a week shy of a year at a different tire location (non Sullivan tire), He explained the issue , knowledge me in the born on date of tires and was able to get me a warranty replacement of a newer, better quality tire for a minor fraction of the cost of the tire. The tire place where the original tires where purchased was not going to cover a warranty or reimburse for even half the fraction that Jeromy was able to get from Goodyear. If it wasn't for Jeromy doing the footwork, and advising me, i would have had to pay for tires all over again, when the last ones were still a tread measurement of a 10, not sure what that means, i just know they were hardly worn. the new tires are great and i feel much safer knowing these are a much better safer tire. thank you Jeromy and team. I will be brining all my tire and auto needs to Sullivan.

Really enjoy seeing the Salem NH Team at Sullivan Tire. From Louis, whom always greets you with a smile, to Jeremy whom always takes time to say hi to me, and remember my name, to Sean the Supervisor, the team you got at that shop is awesome and should be the standard set for all your locations. Kudos to you Sullivan tire in Salem NH.

How does a place who s business is tires, put ALL 4 of my tires on inside out? Asymmetrical tires have an inside and an out. Somehow, all 4 of my wheels were done inside out.That s $200 and 4 days (and counting) to mount and balance 4 wheels.They are friendly but kinda expensive. This quality do work is unacceptable for that price.

Jeremy at the Salem, NH site is so outstanding. He does everything he can to accommodate the customers. I now rely on Sullivan Tire for all my car's needs because of Jeremy. I can't speak highly enough about him. Always cordial, friendly and professional. I witnessed first hand how he handles a difficult customer and was so amazed by his professionalism and the way he kept his cool.

Walked out without letting them touch my vehicle.Showed up for an appointment that was booked a week in advance. Unfriendly welcome, noticed all the bays were full, made to feel like me being there was a hassle. I don t do business with places that treat customers like a burden.I d rather pay more to go somewhere else. If you treat me like that to my face, how will your treat my vehicle when nobody is watching.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I bought tires from here and they convinced me to buy the free rotation, balance and flat repair upgrade. One time they called me out into the shop and I noticed that my car wasn't on the lift properly. They should have used the 2 inch lift adapter so my sideskirts wouldn't have gotten knocked out of place. Now they are loose. I went for a flat repair on Wednesday and they said they were too busy so we made an appointment for that Friday. When I got there on Friday, I could hear them arguing about me in the shop. The friendly cashier comes out and tells me that they can't service my vehicle because of the spacers on my wheels. It honestly didn't feel like a valid excuse because I have been using their services for the past 11 months with no pushback about my spacers. Mind you, they tell me this on the day I show up to my scheduled appointment. I did get a refund for the extra service that I had bought 11 months earlier. But it still just doesn't feel right. Discrimination perhaps?

Both Shaun and Jeremy are great assets to your company. They are the reason I keep going back. All personnel do a great job, but the two up front keep everything moving, no stress and are willing to bend over backwards to help if you have an issue.Excellent first people to work with when entering the Salem NH store.

An honest tire and service center that only does the work needed, doesn't drive constant up charges, and tells the truth? Who would have believed it. Look no further, after coming here with our cars and watching how they consistently treat everyone honestly and fairly, I wouldn't go anyplace else.

John at the front desk was phenomenal! He was busy having several customers and handled each one, that I saw with complete professionalism. I am really impressed by his customer service skills, knowledge, and willingness to help. Even though I was not a current client and didn't have an appointment, John went above and beyond so that I could have my car fixed as soon as possible. He called multiple places and somehow made it work out. It occurs to me that John wouldn't have been able to go out of his way as he did without the support of the Sullivan Tire team. They're all doing great and earned another customer in me. Thank you John & Sullivan Tire!

This team at the Salem NH location are great!! For some reason no other company could balance these 20" Nissan rims correctly. I would have to go back 3 times and still a vibration. Not with Sullivan. First shot... Perfect! Trucks drives very smooth, zero vibration.Thanks.

On more than one occasion, these guys have saved me a bunch of money by alerting me to serious (not cost-effective to fix) problems with a vehicle, when some places would have just done the work I had requested and walked away. Last year they pointed me to a custom shop that could weld my exhaust, rather than selling me a whole new one. Do they get behind schedule sometimes? Sure, but I figure that's because they are going the extra mile for someone else like they have for me, so I don't mind.

Made an appointment online to replace four tires and clearly marked that I'll arrive at 11:00 and need to leave at 1:00 PM. Came to this place 20 minutes before time, after 1:20 h I noticed that no-one even touched the car so talked to the customer rep who told me they were behind and did not promise the car will be ready at 1:00 PM. I wasn't aware about this when they took the car for service. I've been servicing all my four cars with them for a decades and turned out they simply don't care. No excuse, no discount offer, simply just ignorance. Definitely, I will not be dealing with tis company anymore!

Sullivan Tire in Salem, NH really knows about customer service! I called on the Friday of Labor Day weekend, with just 20 minutes left until closing, and STILL Desiree went above and beyond for me. When they didn't have the right tires I needed, she called around to two other locations, found 2 in Manchester, had them shipped down to the Salem location, and arranged for them to be mounted on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend (even though all the appointment slots were taken). When I went into the store, Jeremy was just as accommodating! Both he and Desiree took a stressful situation, on a Holiday weekend, ironed it out for me, and made the whole thing a pleasant experience. Kudos to Sullivan Tire for employing people who know that making the customer happy is what it's all about!

Desiree was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She sent the General Manager to the warehouse to get a new tire to replace a damaged one on my vehicle. Sullivan staff goes above and beyond to help customer's. She didn't want me to drive with an unsafe donut spare on my car. More like a family atmosphere at the Salem location. Used Sullivan many times in the past. They take their time installing tires, so you don't have damaged/scratched wheels. Thank you.

I came to have two tires put on and the other two rotated. This takes about 20 minutes, as I ve had it done before. I had a 3pm appointment. The woman told me it would take 45 minutes. At 4pm I asked how much longer and the man at the counter told me 20-25 more minutes. When I shockingly told him I brought my car in at 3, he said it takes an hour and half to rotate tires. When I replied the woman told me 45 minutes. He had no reply back. I definitely would not come back again. I had a 2 year old and 7 year old with me and was there for hour and a half for something that takes 20 minutes to do. Frustrating to say the least and I don t think it s awesome to feel like he lied just thinking I m a young girl and wouldn t know better that a tire rotation takes an hour and a half. I d leave one star, but they did get the job done so whatever.

Love, Love, Love Sullivan tire... just purchased 4 new tires and had them mounted. Shopped several dealers only to compare prices. No matter if it was more, I would still have used Sullivan. I paid for the mounting as well as a front end alignment. After my car was finished the manager of the Salem NH dealership explained that after checking the alignment that my car DID NOT need the additional $100 alignment. You gotta be kidding......in this day an age and especially in the automotive industry to find an HONEST person that not only did not try and upsell me but actually has integrity, SHOCKING. He could have easily told me that they did the alignment and showed me the report how it was OK but they didn't. The manager took time to actually explain about the tires and manufacturer who made them as well as the services associated with the new tire purchase. The mechanic came out and said he looked at several areas and found everything looked good underneath. My car is a 1992 honda accord with 304,000 miles. The Salem NH store did an outstanding job and I will continue to use them...Thanks for a great customer service experience. Love, Love, Love SULLIVAN.

I made an appt to have a tire repaired or replaced because of a screw in it. Dropped it off the night before, then heard nothing from them the following day. I called around 3pm to see if it was ready and they said by 5. Arrived after 5 to find they removed the screw from the tire but weren't able to repair it and it would be a couple days till they had a replacement tire and I still need to drive my car in the meantime to get to work. Needed more timeliness and communication. Definitely going elsewhere to get it replaced.

Hands down the best service I've had at any tire shop. Sean and Owen both were incredibly friendly and balanced a wheel/tire for me within 10 minutes of showing up, no appointment. Highly recommend.

Been coming here for years, even before I moved to Salem, and this place is awesome. Even with a busy schedule they work to fit me in and only provide the services I need while maintaining a safe and productive maintenance program for my vehicles. I trust this location with all of my vehicle maintenence needs.

Fantastic experience! This was my first time at this shop and I showed with a punctured tire. They were super busy, but they still took my jeep in right away and were super nice and professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Had a flat tire today, and was glad that Sullivan Tire was able to fix it today. You guys always rock! And Jason at the counter is always so helpful and friendly. Greatly appreciated, and why I've been a customer of the Salem, NH Sullivan Tire for over a decade now. Thank you!

This is my second visit for tires & I couldnt be happier with the service I received.I received honest details of all work needed as well as the cost. Shawn & Jason are very easy to talk with & explain things in terms I can understand. I will definitely be returning.

Went into the shop on Saturday and made an appointment for today (Monday at noon) and explained that this was my lunch break. I was told that I would be in and out with an appointment. Well, after my car sat in the parking lot for a half hour, I asked how long this was going to take? I was told no less than 40 more minutes from the time they get it in, but it could be longer? This was for a routine oil change. Why set an appointment? They screwed up the last time with an appointment and I gave them a second go around. The last time I was in I paid over $500 for front brakes for a Chrysler and everyone I told responded the same way; robbery! So, today was my last visit and the local Chrysler dealership accommodated me 100% with an oil change. They also confirmed that $500 + was robbery. I called to speak with the manager Sean and was told he had stepped out, that was 3.5 hours ago. My advice; avoid this place. They really don't care about customer service!
