Has a decent waiting room once you figure out where everything is. I'd prefer more outlets and/or cubicles like the Subaru dealer in Nashua but this beats everything else in Salem and my vehicle is a Ford truck.

Why are all dealerships so expensive . This hrly rate situation gotta stop climbing...Nice people. Great service . Mission complete, only alot more than expected.

Excellent attitude in the service dept. Very smooth process. Brought my wife with another car thinking it would be a half aday . He told me 45 mins. Tops! In 45 mins. He was out in waiting rm to get me! Now that is outstanding to me! Thank you to all that helped me

Opened on time. Friendly service greeter. Did work in a reasonable time frame (as I was waiting for it). And explained everything to me at end. Best of all, no up selling.
