All of the staff were very polite and helpful. They were very honest about what needed to be repaired and did not try to sell me something that was not needed. Prices were fair. Work was done in one hour as promised. I would definitely go to Meineke in Salem NH again.

The staff at the Meineke in Salem on Kelly Road are absolutely amazing! They are prompt, knowledgeable, provide exceptional service and are the friendliest people. Make you feel like family. Amazing service!!! Have been going there for five years on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn t be happier. They are honest about what s needed - never oversells. The team at Meineke is great, they came through for me yet again! Had a brake issue and Paul fixed it, now the peace-of-mind knowing my brakes won t be seizing up again is reassuring! Thanks Paul, keep up the great work.v/rDennis

I went on Saturday afternoon. I'm guessing he was the manager on. He was so rude. I'm never a fan of going to automotive places...I know nothing about cars. He was just so rude and intimidating. He wasn't that friendly to his staff either!. Sweet little lady at the front desk and he was so disrespectful and rude towards her. She asked him questions and was so bothered answering her. You should NEVER talk to staff the way he did in front of customers! I can't imagine working with him on a daily basis. All set! Definitely won't go back.

This is the 3rd- 4th time I have been here to get service done for my car(s) - everyone here is so great at keeping me informed of what is going on with the car . It s never in the shop for too long and they explain exactly what was done . I have only lived here in Salem for 2 years and was worried not knowing where to go for car repairs but so far they have not let me down !

I enjoy the friendly staff and crew that are at the Meineke Car Care Center in Salem, NH. They explain everything that is going on with my car. I have been going to this Meineke for years and have never had a bad experience. I just love them.

My van broke down, and I barely got it there. I was out of state and worried that they wouldn't have time to look at it even. I told them the situation, they looked at it right away and fixed it within 2 hours. Very happy with everything. Thank you

Made an appointment for 815pm. Now thinking this is too good to be true a place open after I get out of work surely this won t let me make an appointment that late. It does and sent me an email confirming. I double triple check the time. 815pm.Get a reminder text at 615pm about my up coming appointment at 815PM.It s now 815PM and not a soul here.Please FIX your appointment maker online to save others this problem.

The staff at Meineke in Salem NH are fantastic I have been going to them for years for oil changes and inspections, my car had been making noises for a few days, so I stopped by without an appointment, and Robin asked one of her technicians to take my car out for a test drive, he did so and immediately pulled my car into a bay. It turned out I needed a new alternator and they ordered the part immediately and my car was serviced with out an appointment and I was out the door in about a little over an hour. I feel extremely safe now driving my 2011 Toyota .So grateful for Meineke in Salem NH for making me feel safe again. I wish that I could remember the mechanics name he went above and beyond, sincerely Debra McKinnon

My muffle got a hole in the pipe 2 days before Thanksgiving, they took my car in the day before I was set to drive 2 hrs for the holiday, which I would have had to cancel due to the noise and the fumes. They got my car fixed and ready to roll even though they were super busy. They were great!

Came here to get my battery replaced, no complaints! Service was fast, friendly and helpful, and they fixed my tire pressure while I was there too! After my usual mechanic retired, I stopped in and talked to Robin, she was absolutely fantastic. We booked an appointment that worked well with my time schedule, which is very difficult, and at drop off they allowed me to bring my dog in. The guys were awesome about explaining all the work that needed to be done. They had all of the work done very quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with Salem Meineke. Robin and Paul were wonderful to work with. Paul repaired my exhaust and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. It was a pleasure doing business with them!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and had my tires rotated. While doing the tire rotation the mechanic noticed a break issue and showed me what was wrong. I was given an estimate and will make an appointment to have the front breaks done within the next few weeks.

I have a very old vehicle that we generally do maintainance for at home. Meineke was able to repair and replace the things my mechanic son could not (no lift in our driveway ) and get me back on the road. Meneke accepted the car arriving by tow truck and the staff was very gracious in hearing me out by phone while I explained the work we had already done and what my son couldn't finish. They found and fixed the remaining issues and I was very pleased with their work.This was not my first time at this Meineke location and probably not the last, either.Service: Engine repair

The experience was okay they try to make money on me I think I was told I need a new radiator my mechanic said there's no problem with the radiator and they also said I need new tires but my ties if I checked out they said at the tire shop and they no problem but I'm looking for other opinions I'm not sure about that but as far as my car radiator goes there's no problem with it they're trying to make money on me and I don't like them idea smoking in the garage next to my vehicle I think it's very unprofessional if you want to smoke they should have gone outside not in the garage with people's vehicles in the garage that is very unprofessional

I went to Honda because my 2021 Honda CRV was signaling it needed an oil change, brake fluid and diff. fluid. Why with just 15,000 miles? They were also gonna rotate my tires. $431.00 was going to be the cost. I left there and went to Meineke down the street. They completed these jobs for $260. Great work! Nice people! Love them!

Was referred to Meineke Car Care in Salem New Hampshire by my dad, and I couldn't be any happier. This is my second time there as a customer, first time was to have my wife's flex pipe replaced on her 2018 Jeep Cherokee, so the first visit was great which led me back again with my 2011 Toyota Camry. My visit was just as great as the first one. I brought my Camry in for an oil change and to find out where my exhaust leak was coming from, and to give me quote on the job as well as a quote on having front and rear suspension done. Paul the owner was very honest and told me that I didn't need suspension and that I only needed a flex pipe installed for the exhaust because the one I had on the car was aftermarket and they usually don't last long, ( 2 to 3 years) so he did flex pipe the same day and my car no longer sounds like the Uncle Buck car. I'm over the moon happy that I've finally found an honest repair shop that will continue to see both me and my wife's vehicles moving forward. Last but not least, his wife Robin is an absolute sweetheart and so pleasant to talk to. Thank you Paul and Robin, you both are the best and thank you for being so honest with the necessary work that had to be done, and as I said you will continue to see my business moving forward. Had issue with front break line. Went to the Salem NH Meineke. As usual the found the problem. Was not what I thought. Called and told me problem. I told them to fix it. Great team there.
