My daughter s car had an issue with the electric sliding door that I thought only the dealer could handle, but Live Free and Drive did the work on time and for exactly the quoted price. This involved some serious disassembly of the vehicle to access and replace the sliding door motor, but when they were done the car looked and performed like new. It s so great to have talented mechanics you can trust.

Maybe pigs do fly, there are cold days in hell, and honest mechanics do exist! I heard of these guys at Live Free and Drive auto repair in Salem NH through a friend of mine. I needed a good, yet HONEST mechanic since the one mechanic I used had retired.I brought my wife s GMC to Live Free and Drive because of a noise coming from the wheels. Couldn t tell if it was the front, the rear, left or right. The guys at Live Free and Drive looked it over and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. Not a cheap fix, but it had to be done. That was April of last year. Fast forward to today. After dropping my wife s truck off last night because we were hearing that same noise again, I call this morning to get an update on the situation. Turns out that not only was it the same problem, it was the same wheel. They informed me that not only was the part covered under warranty, but so was the labor. They could have told me it was the other wheel making the noise, and still charged me. They could have never mentioned a warranty since I was not expecting one anyway. The point is, they could have charged me for the work they did today, and I wouldn t have second guessed a thing about it. Instead, I got some much needed great news. Everything was covered and it didn t cost me one red cent. It s a miracle to find one honest mechanic, but 3 or 4 at the same company is unheard of! They have a customer for life, as well as a recommendation from me any time someone needs a mechanic! Anyone who knows me understands what a huge deal that is. I NEVER put my word on something unless I m sure about it. I m sure about these guys.

My wifes car recently needed brakes and based upon the local reviews we decided to use Live Free and Drive. They were amazing to deal with. Very impressed with how everything was handled. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place. You now have a customer for life. Thank you!!

I bought a groupon on discount for a regular oil change. The employees where all very friendly. No gimmicks here and no trying to upsell you on other things. It was a regular weekday and it was a quick in and a quick out. They do other things here not just oil changes so if you need something fixed they can help plus do inspection stickers

This place really goes above and beyond. It s so hard to find a shop that is fair, has personable/family oriented staff and try s to help you to make an informed decision about your car. We live too far to use them often but I seriously considered driving 40 minutes just to do so. The guys there are truly reasonable and aren t looking to rip anyone off (as I ve sometimes experienced at other shops). Truly feels like a family oriented shop that is really looking to help the customer. You really can t find this anymore so if you live close by, I d highly recommend going to them.

What can I say about these guys, they re amazing. They definitely know their stuff and always go the extra mile to help me out. If you ve never given these guys a shot, believe me, they re worth it. Stopped in after closing because my car had an urgent airbag alarm. They helped me anyways and were able to fix the issue and so kind and willing to help. I've been there before but will be a repeat customer :)

I had my caliper fail and my back breaks destroyed, needed help ASAP and they did their best to squeeze me in as soon as they could. They were so up front with the entire process for a fair price, while still making sure to be thorough and repair everything that was necessary. Got my Mercedes benz c300 4matic for oil change and Inspection. Amazing and knowledgeable staff. I would say the most honest auto center in the US. Would be my to go place here on. The Mercedes benz authorized center gave a quote for $1000 for DRL change. These guys got it up for almost free. Hats off to you guys !! Keep up your amazing work !! Wishing you alot of success!!!

These guys are top notch. Honest,fair and affordable. I brought my wife's Honda in for a brake job. I couldn't be happier with the service, they stayed open late to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend these guys. They take pride in their work and care about their customers. 5 stars all the way.!!!!!!!!

We stopped by midway through a road trip to get an issue with the car vibrating at high speeds checked out. There didn t end up being any issues, but the mechanics were awesome about checking everything over carefully, answering all our questions, and giving the car a clean bill of health before we continued our trip. Super professional service, friendly employees, and a great crossword puzzle book to keep us occupied.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Precise, timely, awesome service and care! As a woman that's owned multiple older used cars I've spent my fair share of time at auto shops! This place is very affordable and the environment is warm and trustworthy. This is a shop that women can go to and NOT get scammed but still get all their car needs met! **They call you by your name and greet you with a smile!

I highly recommend this place. Especially since I m a girl who knows zero about cars and these guys took great care of me. They took time to explain everything and never made me feel dumb when he asked me questions about my car that I had no idea how to answer. I ve spent a lot of time researching because I know I m very trusting and have been taken advantage of in the past! These guys came highly recommended and I m so glad I went. The price was very fair and I have piece of mind that quality work was done! I typically pay about $80-$90 at Valvoline for an oil change because they said my car needs the premium oil, well I payed almost half that here! They also rotated my tires and looked over my car for me. ThI ll be going here for all my cars needs going forward!

Jude at Live Free and Drive went above and beyond w an unscheduled repair on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day Weekend. I stopped in off the highway unannounced. He ordered the parts needed for my repair, finished the job he was working on, and jumped on our repair. Great work, fair price, exceptional service. Professional and genuinely good people. Even gave my dog a new nickname when he greeted him as hey old dinosaur !

Absolutely amazing shop. These guys know their stuff and are open and honest with you. No trying to pull the wool over your eyes here (they also fix it right the FIRST time). It's awesome to see that some people still understand how to run an honest business. Can't say enough good things about Live Free and Drive. Just go and meet the guys and you'll see what I mean. For a wholesome honest experience be sure to make them your first stop.

Keith and Jude are such Gs. I bug them all the time with questions and am constantly in a state of needing repairs yet they always help me out. I've never felt cheated by them and in fact they have actively saved me money. They've accommodated me on numerous occasions. I look forward to my cars needing work to give them business.

These are stand up guys. They got me out of a pinch when I came in randomly off the highway with a blown air line on my suspension. The shop down the road was quick to turn me away not willing to even take a look for me, but when I pulled into Live Free and Ride, I was greeted by the owner Keith and he told me "no problem, bring it right in and we will take care of you." From there on out his mechanics worked hard to find my broken line and rerouted it with a new line. Last night I didn't only make really great new friends but I found my new trustworthy shop that won't inflate the price on you because you're in a pinch or sell you something you don't need. Kind, caring and passionate about what they do. Thank you Keith and staff!

Jude and Keith are easy to talk to and don't take your keys and rush you out the door. They are patient and very friendly. On top of that these guys do great work. Can't recommend this place enough!
