This Collision Repair Company was the absolute best! I never went to one before but my husband did multiple times back where we lived in South Carolina. This Company was my best experience ever!! My car looked like when I first bought my car but that s not it. They have cleaned my interior of my car and that was the most generous thing they have done. I thank you guys so much for that. I have a lot of kids I mean 4 kids but that is still a lot. It s been hard to clean my car lately after the accident. This company is absolutely the best! Go to them and you won t regret it!

Key Collision was awesome to deal with. My car came back looking brand new. You would never know that it was in an accident. They made it very easy to deal with insurance and helped me with car rental. The staff was very personable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs collision repairs.

My car was dropped off at key collision in Salem, Nh and the experience was top notch! They girl that helped me (i wish I remembered her name) at the front dest with curly hair, was polite, professional, understanding and down to earth even when i showed up 2 mins before they closed (because there wasn t not other time i could make it) she took care of me! I truly recommend this place for collisions issues or other! Thank you tram at key collection!

10/10, solid communication, every 2 days, car delivered on promised day, at 10 am. Informed of lifetime commitment to work and implored to return with any questions or defects!Tip notch works, top notch customer service. We were very impressed with Key Collision of Salem. While our vehicle was being repaired, they kept in contact with updates. Office personnel were courteous and always responded to any questions. The craftsmanship by those fixing our Jeep was exceptional. The extra touches done after the repairs, like the washing and waxing was exceptional. Thank you Key Collision, of Salem. My car was in minor collision on highway. They were amazing through the whole process and kept me updated often as it was repaired. Less than two weeks later I picked up SUV that looked brand new and was completely clean outside and in. The team here is amazing.

Great communication throughout the entire process of getting my vehicle fixed after I was rear ended. They were transparent and updated me every few days with where they were at in the process. When my vehicle was finished it looked great and I have had no problems with my car. Great auto repair shop and will definitely use again!

Unfortunately, my beautifully Tacoma was struck by another vehicle around Christmas time. Fortunately,Key collision of Salem was referred to me as a quality repair shop. My expectations was not only met but also exceeded as well as the thoroughness. My truck looks amazing! Had to have body work done on my vehicle after an accident going into the holiday season, employees at key collision were extremely informative and cooperative throughout the process. I called constantly and they answered politely every time and gave me a full update on my vehicle, and worked with me through complications through my insurance company. Not only that but my vehicle was returned with full tires and my interior looked better than when I purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend their services and I would have work done here again. 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service. Excellent customer service. I've had auto body work at other auto body shops per my insurance company's referral, but they did very poor job. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. My car was repaired in a very timely manner and I knew it was in good hands from the moment I dropped it off. Tim was great and explained everything to me in detail so I knew I wouldn t have any issues. When I picked up my car, it looked incredible - no surprises. My f350 had a tree crush thr whole bed of the vehicle and ruin the whole passenger side.Truck looks brand new from Key. They even installed all the custom parts that were destroyed during the incident.Great company and staff.

Key Collision did a great job with my repairs. I worked with my insurance provider, GEICO, and they had a rental car available for me when I dropped my vehicle off. Holly was fantastic and provided updates every other day. When it came time to pick up, I dropped my rental off at Key and they handled the return to Enterprise. Overall a great experience.

I had someone back into my 2020 Dodge ram... it caused damage to my rear quarter and bumper.... I was beside myself... I reached out to key Collision because I had bought my truck from Key Chrysler Dodge in Portsmouth New Hampshire... I had to wait almost a month to get my truck in, but it was absolutely worth it... everything was done to perfection... I couldn't be any happier.....

First time bringing my car into this collision shop after an unfortunate accident. From the first contact there, I could see the difference from the last place we went. The staff, especially Tim, was so helpful and very friendly explaining everything to us on how the process was to go. Bringing the car down for the estimate was so quick and smooth. I couldn t believe how I was sent texts often as to the status of the car, from ordering the parts to where they were on fixing/painting and when I could possibly expect it to be done. It was actually done sooner than they said! Picked it up yesterday after it taking only a little over a week from when I first brought it there. It came out great! They also cleaned out the whole inside as well. Nice touch! I would highly recommend Key Collision. Hopefully I don t need to, but if I did, they would definitely be my first choice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
