Worst Customer Service Experience of my lifetime!!!!!My wife brought our car in for a sticker on November 15th . The manager told her that the car could not pass inspection since it needed brakes. She called me to explain. She mentioned that the manager had time to do the brakes right away. I had mentioned to her to let the manager know we are going to look around because I hate to have things done on the spur of the moment. I wanted to check with Honda and another local place to compare prices and reviews.We ended up getting the brakes down at a local shop after reading their reviews on Google and Facebook. After the brakes were done my wife went back to Jiffy Lube to get the sticker. This is when the manager treated her like complete garbage. She came home in shock and mentioned that he did not have time for the sticker. I just figured maybe he had a bad day. I told my wife I would bring the car down for the sticker in a few days before 11am like the manager requested. I figured maybe he had a bad day and things would be fine when I showed up at the requested time.I showed up at 10:30am last Thursday. I met the manager in the parking lot as he moving a car into one of the bays. I knew the first second of my encounter that this was who my wife was talking about. The first thing he said to me was "oh that is the odyssey". I asked him what he meant by that and he told me he had to order the brakes because my wife said she was coming back for the brakes to get done there. I was on the phone with my wife listening to the whole conversation on the 15th when this happened. She never agreed to get brakes done at Jiffy Lube and the manager wanted to do them on the spot. So why would brakes even need to be ordered? He started lying from the second I arrived. All I asked him was to get the sticker done when he had time. That is when he treated me like I had wronged him because we didnt get the brakes done there. I called him out on that and that is when profanities started flying. I couldnt believe what had transpired. I never had it out with an employee like that before. I ended up talking to the district manager who said we could come back at a later time to get the sticker done but there was no way in hell I would have allowed him to touch our car. I bit the bullet and went elsewhere for a sticker. This is probably the first 1 star review I have ever given publicly because I usually try to give the place of business or employee the benefit of the doubt. I tried to reach out to corporate to explain what happened but never heard back. I hope no one else has the type of experience my wife and I had at this place. Hopefully reading this review will make you think twice about bringing your car into this Jiffy Lube location.

Didn t vacuum the floors, didn t clean windows, didn t add washer fluid and didn t put a new sticker on the windshield. After lifting the hood to add washer fluid that I purchased after the fact, I noticed that the washer fluid cap was off and had fallen further down and was stuck between wires. I was there a total of about 5 minutes which is WAY less time than it usually takes so I doubt they even checked other fluids, tire pressure and the other items on their fake printout checklist. All this for $106.99 oil change. Won t be returning.

I always take my fleet vehicle to Jiffy Lube because it s super easy (don t need a card or anything, everything is on file). Got my oil change from a guy named Taylor S, and he was super nice and friendly, 10/10 would go back again :)

I took my car here on the morning of 4/28/18 to have my inspection done. As I was waiting in the seating area, an elderly woman was at the cash register talking with one of the Jiffy Lube employees about the service to be done on her car. The woman explained that her vehicle had severe rust damage and she would only drive it for a few more months before taking it off the road for safety reasons. In response to hearing this, the cashier convinced this elderly woman that she needed to purchase a bunch of premium services which would "get her through" until she got rid of the car. The services sold to this woman did nothing to address her rust issue, and were completely unnecessary on a vehicle that was headed to the scrapyard in several months time. I was disgusted to see a Jiffy Lube employee take advantage of an elderly woman like this. Part 2 of my story begins when the inspector who inspected my vehicle, K. Parker, brought me into the bay to discuss the inspection results. She pointed out a few tiny wiper scratches, a tiny bit of haze on an inactive portion of the headlight lenses, "defective" wipers, and a cracked serpentine belt. The first 3 things were trivial, the serpentine belt was somewhat legitimate. She then said that they could take care of everything for me, to which I politely declined. A few minutes later the cashier printed out my inspection report. To my surprise, the report listed "CRACKED WINDSHIELD, DEFECTIVE WIPERS, HEADLIGHT BRIGHTNESS, HEADLIGHT AIM, STEERING WHEEL FREEPLAY" . Minus the belt (which wasn't even listed in the report), none of the issues pointed out to me come anywhere close to failing based on the NH laws, and it's funny how my steering system developed a freeplay issue sometime after I declined Jiffy Lube's services and before the inspector submitted the report. After fixing the belt (despite it never showing up in the report), I took my car to another shop in town and paid for another inspection: the 2nd inspector told me that the items Jiffy Lube had failed it for were complete BS, and that there was no reason for them to reject my car for those reasons. I'm attaching pictures I took of my headlights, wipers, and windshield, all taken right after Jiffy Lube failed me--you can be the judge of whether the rejected issues were legitimate.

I love the staff at Jiffy in Salem, N.H. they are always pleasant, and are the best. I been coming here for a couple years now. And, Mike is an awesome mechanic. Rude and unprofessional. I have a term for these people that if you don't like your job, then find something else to do. Oil change guys were ok, but the tire side guy was like, "What the hell do you want?" Nope. I'm not going back there even if they're the only oil change place on the planet Earth.

Very good service. Personable and very professional. Recommended services that I'll be purchasing next time and really took the time to explain what they did while I was there and why I may need additional services in the future. I'm terrible at remembering names but I believe this gentlemen who helped me was the general manager. He had a goatee and was genuinely nice. I shall return!!

Bad attitude the inspection men and the other men en charge of this place people the owner this mechanic shop jiffy s need to sent secret customer o hope NH DMV and the city hall of salem NH. Sent secrets customer to this place. Don t recommend this place for anything.

Although the oil change was super fast, nobody asked me what kind of oil I wanted to use, quoted me a price, or said anything to me between the car going into the bay and out.I noticed my low tire pressure light was still on when I went to drive away and went back inside to ask if they checked the tire pressure. They said they did and the indicator light would turn off "in a few miles".It did not turn off. I went to a different jiffy lube and they said all 4 tires needed air.The moment the tires were properly inflated, the indicator light turned off.This makes me wonder if the oil that was used was really full synthetic. I sure hope so since that's what I paid for.I also heard an employee say he didn't know how to reset the oil change indicator for another customer.I have been to this location once before. I will not be returning.Service: Oil change

I will never come to this establishment again . They did whatever they wanted with out asking me as other jiffy lubes have done in the past. Before going in I knew my brake fluid was on the lower side and so was my coolant. They said on the form both were visually OK but they never mentioned it to me. They lied on the form stated that washed my windows and vacuumed my floors. They did not. I really don't care about either but they lied.Service: Oil change

I called and asked about getting an inspection at 2:30pm, she stated there was no one in line but couldn t promise it wouldn t fill up which was fair, but I was across the street so drove over. I pulled up to 2 empty bays, a nice man came up and said the inspection guy was up front and wasn t busy - just talking to a delivery guy so to drive up and I would be all set. I pulled up and said I was looking to get an inspection, he said ya.. you and everyone else so come back tomorrow. I had time and thought he was joking since two people had told me he was free and there was two empty bays so asked him how long the the wait was but his response was - ya well it s really better to show up for inspections in the morning, not the afternoon you know it will be a few hours, I ll be available tomorrow. So I left, and will not be back. - and the owner doesn t seem to care because he never responds to reviews.

Absolutely awful service. Drive over to get a inspection as I was told to come back before 4 as the inspector was off on Saturday. Needless to say I was greeted by a rude manager at 3pm who had nothing else to do with "no more inspections today". Drive back by 20 minutes later and both employees doing NOTHING

This place employees don t even work. They close at 6pm but won t do an inspection after 4 because the mechanics leave at 5. Then I show up on a Friday at 2 o clock and the inspection people are gone for an hour. What an absolute joke of an establishment. Do not recommend this Jiffy Lube.

They completely ruined my moms car, they left something loose after an oil change which caused my moms car to breakdown on the bend of 213. She called to have someone come out and help and the manager was nothing less than rude and disrespectful, he called my mom a fat b*tch for the fact that THEY ruined her car! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE! THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THE FACT THEY STILL HAVE JOBS HERE BAFFLE ME!Service: Oil change

Very friendly and welcoming team. It was a busy time but acknowledged people as they drove up and serviced the vehicles in the order they arrived. The Jiffy Lube in South Salem is great. Went there on a Saturday and their parking lot was lined with cars. There where quite a few customers that had been serviced before me. I noticed that the employee dealing with the customers was taking her time with the customers. She was polite and seemed to know what she was talking about. I was greeted by Kelly and she went over my vehicle with me top to bottom. I picked the oil that was recommended for my vehicle and she told me all my options. I was made aware of the price. Kelly told me that my air filters looked good and there was no need to replace them. My visit was honestly better than expected. The best part of my visit was an employee held the door for me and walked me to my car!! The staff was friendly and smiling. Even though they were very busy. Good work environment and team it seems like. I will return here.

It seems Jiffy Lube in Salem NH like the quickie version. Forget about washing your windshield inside and out, forget about checking tire pressure, forget about vacuuming the inside of your vehicle, in fact forget about checking any other fluids in your vehicle or your air filter.........forget about it!Not sure why they they ignore it all and then charge you $60 for the oil change with zero services included like they once did.Service: Oil change

Manager Kelly, tech Kelly and Justin were outstanding. Excellent customer service as well as thorough! Wish this location was closer to my home. I stopped because I had a tire light on and needed an oil change afterwork. Truly pleased with this location!! Highly recommended!!

I went in to get my oil changed and get my break light replaced. They said they were closing early because they were under staffed but they can still do my service. Great. The employee comes up says he changed my oil but he couldn't pry open my break light and that I need to go to the dealership so I got to the dealership I purchased my car and they tell me that my headlight is broken. I called them and spoke to the manager and she said to come in so I go in and wait for 45 mins because shes in a meeting just for them to take down my name and number and say that she was going to call me back. Never received a call... so I called back and she wasn't there but the person on the phone took my info AGAIN so this lady can call me back and I still yet to receive a call and its been a month. Worse customer service and management. Super unprofessional.

Fast service in and out maybe 40minutes. Better than Express Lube on rt28. I don't know what would deserve a 5 star rating, staff was effective. Coffee in the waiting area. They have to do their whole sales gig. Cost is average, there may be benefits into getting coupons ahead of time.

Molly was very professional and aware. Oil change service went as expected. She took my coupon no problem and I was out in less than 30 minutes.They were out of conventional oil which seems like a problem for an oil change business

I went to get inspection done. The tech failed the inspection saying the rear struts and brakes were no good. They quoted us over $800 to do the repairs. We went to the Nissan dealership for inspection and passed with no issues. The brakes were still at 7-8mm, in the green zone, and there were no issues with rear struts. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They will try to create extra work for your vehicle just so they can get paid. I would give a 0 star review if I could. Avoid this location for inspections.

It was great, the best experience ever. They are super helpful and go above and beyond. Also, they don t push any extra services as the other locations do. I highly recommend them
