Now we are feeling the ugly duck, seen all these perfect reviews. OMG!After we bought a car from the sales store and was told that they have this amazing repair shop and there was any problems just bring the car to repair shop and we fix it some kind of 50/50 if major. I understand that sale of a used car is as is unless some indication of agreement. I would not have bring my car back there if was not that indication my mistake , just because was not in our way and some 30 minutes out., I would stuck with my regular shop. Until after just 2 months of the sale the engine seized, so of course I will bring the car there! Right?Now after another 2 months I received a word that I have to pay for tear down engine, so again I called them and was clearly told that they will not assist in anything else until we remove the true bad reviews of our experience with this business.You know when dealing with this kind of bad business the best thing is let go.I will pay the entire repair, I don t need your assistance, as you need a good reputation and my money that I spent on you, but I m leaving you with 1 extra awesome star review than before and deserve, so people be aware how great it was.* one more thing that I was almost forgetting!Was told by ??? They have this issue frequently with this coverage that says they have it, but it s all hear say. Does not stand up on world of own people. Needed to take her in after I smack a curb quick professional service, changed the sensor for me and told me I was covered, so appreciative for the care they take for their customers especially those in tight situations trying to get back on their feet. Sale was also smooth with just as incredible customer service, did everything in their power to get me a car.

I drove down to the area on a Friday from Northern Vermont for my friend's funeral. When I got to town, it was quite obvious that I was having an issue with my brakes. This was not only stressful because I had a 3 hour drive home on Saturday, but I am also currently 20 weeks pregnant and knew how difficult it can be to get a car in somewhere last minute, especially on a weekend. I drove around to other car shops and couldn't find one open (even ones that said they were open on Google). I finally found Husson Motors. They got my car up and on the lift in 20-30 minutes, and the brake work was completed in a couple of hours. They lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders, and I was able to safely drive home that afternoon. Thank you, guys!

I love Husson. They take care of mine and my family s cars for any problem we have! I just got some brand new tires from them on my last visit and they look great! I definitely recommend going to them for all of your car needs!!

Thank you to the crew did not get the mechanics name but they were awesome.. Turns out I didn't have a muffler so I'll be getting one on Monday.. No wonder it was loud haha. And I told the salesman after I test drove it. But he said I was all set.. They liked my lil red car:) Thank you guys for being honest and upfront letting me know the situation on my car.

We have been using Husson Motors for our primary auto care for nearly 18 years. I cannot speak well enough of Jeff, Jeremy and the entire crew. They have always been fair, honest and genuinely looked out for my entire family.It isn't often you can come across people in business you can implicitly trust. For my family, Husson Motor is just that kind of business, and we are truly grateful.

I have serviced 4 of my family's vehicles here in the past 3 months. They are always prompt, fair with pricing and thorough. They won't sell you anything you don't need. My sister had previously been to 3 shops who all misdiagnosed the issue on her Camry and quoted us significantly more money than Husson did. Husson fixed the car cheaper and faster than the competition and diagnosed the issues correctly rather than blindly throwing parts at it like the competition.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

These guys are exactly as the reviews state. I went there hoping that based on the reviews I would at least have a decent experience. I leave telling you I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE The owner personally greeted me. They diagnosed my problems and offered advice and friendly suggestions while not trying to talk me into anything and there was ZERO PRESSURE. The price he gave me for the services completed could not be beaten. Finally found an honest Family run garage that actually cares about the safety of my wife and child. Both Pat and Brian were very welcoming from the very begining over the phone as well as in person. This is the best car buying experience I have had in my entire life! Honest, knowledgeable, fast and easy. Today I am driving away in a beautiful 2014 Ford Fusion and they are helping me rebuild my credit. I already have three that I am in referring them to here. I highly recommend this dealership.

Me and my fiance recently purchased a Cadillac cts4 from this dealer. I can say from start to finish the experience was extremely smooth and we were both extremely satisfied. We got a good deal on our trade in and they were even able to get us lower payments from the banks than expected. The staff is extremely friendly and very much focused on your comfort and satisfaction while you are going through the process. The lot has a good selection of vehicles in a wide range of prices that are sure to match your budget. If you are looking for a new vehicle or looking to trade in a vehicle i highly suggest checking them out as you will be get a much faster and more satisfying experience over the bigger car dealerships that make you feel like just a number, here you will be treated ad a valuable customer. 5/5 two thumbs up would recommend.

They've helped the girlfriend and I multiple times. Between 3 of our vehicles. Replaced all brake lining in a GM truck last winter for us. Just fixed a weatherseal in firewall we didn't know was there, fixed airbag sensor, and corrected multiple cylinder misfire on a VW SUV last week. Good work. Nice people. Save you money where they can.Thanks!!

Very friendly, well experienced and speedy auto repair shop. No job too big or too little. Airconditioning service, New Hampshire Inspection station ($20.00). Jeff (owner) has been my mechanic for over 15 yrs now. He has my complete trust no matter what he's doing for me. If you are looking for an excellent shop that treats you right and gets the job done, I would highly recommend Husson Motors

I ve been going to Hudson for years and regrettably haven t done a review. They are always up front and honest with pricing and diagnostics. I ve been going to Husson s Motors for the last 13yrs. They are honest, skilled and have the best prices in Rockingham County! You can t beat that folks! Despite living 30min away now and having auto repair options in my town I still make the drive to Husson s! Great quality service at a great price!

I litterally have just walked in the door from my visit to Husson Motors in Salem, NH...door to deal to door was 3 hours.I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with this company. I called them this morning, I had a Jeep to sell but needed to replace it with something more economical (and had found a car that I liked on their website), and still get funds back. From the moment Chris picked up the phone, I knew this was the dealer for me (and I am not an easy sell).I had definative numbers in my head and was not deviating from them, no matter what. He asked how fast I could get there and I pulled into their lot within an hour. Within the next 45 minutes we test drove the car I wanted and signed the deal. Never once did he pull the "car salesman act". Again, I am not easy and rejected his 1st offer. He was determined to make this work and went out back and he and Shawn (his Manager) put their heads together. I have no idea how they did it, but am so appreciative that they did. I only met Shawn and only said Hello yet could tell he was kind. I knew that this wasn't "just another sale to meet a quota", they genuinely wanted me to be happy. Where do you get that anymore?Chris is the kind of gentleman you'd want as a friend, seriously. I am a Customer Service Agent and look for that in others. He personified CS, and I am an eternal skeptic but never did I feel anything but comfortable there. I'd brought my 2 dogs (that can be a handful) and they welcomed them and made sure they had water. Told us just to make ourselves at home. Chris was considerate, kind, he listened and empathized with my situation. Never once tried to up-sell me.After the deal was signed the car went out back to Phil (to recon, get ready)I do believe he put me in front of someone else. I watched him as he was washing the car outside (he didn't know I was there). He was meticulous in the was he was paying attention to every detail. You would have thought his Manager was standing right over him, but he was out there just independently working, like this is how he does it every time (and I do believe that). When done he told me that one of my mats was a little messed up so he replaced it and made sure it matched the others. Then he played with my dogs. All the while with a big smile on his face.Honestly, if anyone is in the market for a car, you owe it to yourselves to check them out first. Even if you're "just looking" take a ride to the Rockingham Mall and stop by and check out what they have on the lot. I guarantee there will be no heavy handed salesman stuff. Seriously, go to these guys before you shop around, I wasted a week before I found them and I had a deal and a new (used) car and was back home within 3 hours. And I am still smiling!

First garage that I felt like my lack of knowledge in motors wasn t being taken advantage of. Great price for inpection and received a small repair for free. I was even a little late and they did what they could to still squeeze me in. Will definitely be back for the next inspection.

Patrick Cambria, provided me a no pressure test drive of a few cars. I went there to buy one type of car and he let me drive that car and another and I become it changed my mind on style of car I wanted. I would not have know that if Patrick wasn't so willing to let me test drive. I would have bought that car but wife wanted a different color. Great service, thanks Patrick.
