I have been going to Car One Autobody since they opened. They have repaired multiple vehicles for me over the years. They just repaired my Audi after I was rear ended & I also had them fix all the paint chips on the front of the car at the same time. They are second to none. Their quality of work far surpasses any other body shop around. You can not even tell that any work was done to the vehicle after they have it, it looks factory. Don t be fooled by other shops with a lower price tag. You definitely get what you pay for.

We went here because our insurance company recommended it through our app. My car looks great. It took several weeks. No big deal, it's a pandemic and I had a rental.After all of that time of having it, they called me the night before I was supposed to pick it up and 2 days before my rental expired and told me that they can't take credit cards. They don't have a credit card machine and they only take cash or check. My furnace had just gone and my son's car had just not passed inspection in addition to a variety of other things. When those things happened I had put them on the credit card and then taken our cash and paid off the credit card so I was cash poor at the moment and needed to charge it. I ended up picking up my car another week later after borrowing my son's in the meantime. There is a sign that they have underneath the counter, that mainly visible from the waiting chairs. It is in a place where you cannot see it while you are doing business with them. They are not honest about it up front and it will put people in a bad spot over and over again. Our insurance company had no idea that they refuse credit or debit but they do now.

While traveling in MA I hit a deer with my 2016 Genesis that did extensive damage both internally and externally to my car. The insurance company recommended Car One Auto Body in Salem, NH. They were amazing. Frank at Car One was top notch. I highly recommend them, but hopefully you never have to use them. Drive safe and save lives.

Great experience with these guys. Had a buck run into my front side which left the car unable to even be driven - ugh. They helped me get my car from a not-so-great tow yard and then had the extensive repairs done in about 2 weeks. Car looks to have been detailed too, whole thing sparkles inside and out!Highly recommend this shop. They made the whole process easy & stress free.

Had my car repaired here last year through insurance after being sideswiped on the highway. At first I was mostly satisfied with the work but as time has gone on I have found one thing after another that these guys did wrong.They replaced the doors with poor-condition junkyard parts. The front door glass has some kind of aftermarket film on it, the rear door glass is deeply scratched.They did not fix some plastic trim parts on the side mirror, I had to fix it myself so that it doesn't flop around while I drive.More recently I have discovered that they broke the clips holding some door trim on and instead of replacing them they re-used the broken clips and hot glued them onto the door. It has since failed and the trim now hangs off the door.And finally I have found that when they reinstalled the rear wheel they torqued the lugs down so tight that I needed to use a 6 foot breaker bar to get them off. I ruined my breaker bar and even cracked two 19mm impact sockets trying to remove one.I was willing to overlook a couple of these items because they did do a good job with the paint work, but these last two things I recently found are very annoying. Especially the door trim, there is just no excuse for hacking a repair job like that and hoping I would never know. Do better.

My husband has used Car One in the past and had a great experience.Today I had some damage to my drivers side door and couldn t get it to shut all the way. I went over for them to look at it and they were able to get my door to shut so it was safe. They then went over a rough estimate and recommended I call my insurance first.I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in and help fix my door so it can safely close and lock.Once I square things away with my insurance I will definitely be going back!Service: Body & Trim

I have had to use this facility twice in 6 months due to car accidents. I may have had bad luck with getting hit twice but I have had great luck with getting everything repaired here. They worked with my ins well, helped me set up and drop off the rental car, cleaned the interior, were very profession and did an amazing job on my mini van both times. They made the process so easy and I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are the best!! My insurance company sent me to them to have a sunroof replaced that had cracked. They did a great job, finished sooner than they said and did a great job.I went back to them to have my air conditioning checked and fixed. The did this quickly and they were very reasonable.The moulding was falling off my Land Rover after my daughter drove it, and they fixed this for me free. They are great. They even cleaned the duct tape off after they fixed it.If you need work done to your car, I recommend these guys!! You won't be disappointed.

I had no idea about this facility until my insurance agent suggested it after my accident, and I'm so happy I took her recommendation because they did a fantastic job on my car; and couldn't have been nicer. It's the cleanest autobody shop I've ever been in, everything had such a shine from the ceiling to the floors, the gentleman who greeted me at the desk was so unbelievably nice, it took them no time at all to fix my car, and honestly I couldn't even tell the difference their work is superb! And the customer service is above perfect ! Car One Auto Body is the Only One you'll ever need !!

I had body work done to my Buick Enclave through my insurance company. They were professional, responsive, and fast. My car looks amazing and they cleaned the exterior and interior before pick up. They dealt with the insurance company and made everything very easy! I would recommend you try them if in the southern NH/Mass area.

If you are looking for quality and dependable auto body then the crew at Car One is for you. Very professional and dependable. My wife s Pearl white Yukon Denali came out absolutely perfect. All I needed was a simple door handle replaced. I called and received a quote for replacing the handle and painting it to match. When I arrived, the guy at the front told me he quoted the wrong price and the handle costs more. I chose not to have the work done at this shop.My logic is that if I can't trust them to give me an accurate quote and stick to it, how can I trust them to do good work, on-time, and not increase the price more before the work is done?

I am so impressed with this business, their service and how easy the entire process was.Not that I would ever recommend having your husband hit your car with a snowblower (yep, it happened) but should that occur or any type of accident - THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! Turn around time was fantastic. Ease of dropping my car off with the rental already there and waiting for me, right down to the quick pick up of my "new" car once I got the call that it was ready. THANK YOU! So nice to know there is a local business that is customer service oriented.

Have had two excellent experiences with Car-One. Car-One did a great job on a repair of a dent in my wife's new car. Car-One also did a flawless job restoring a tailgate for my son's 1951 Dodge pickup. My son and I mistakenly scratched the tailgate when installing. I took it back to Car-One expecting a charge to refinish; Car-One repainted and fixed the tailgate at no charge. I highly recommend them...Chris

Overall the service was good, and my car looks great. However, there is this virus going around that is quiet a big deal...when I went to drop off my car, I asked the man at the counter if he had a mask, I do but I m fully vaccinated. He put the mask on half way with his nose exposed...icky and scary. I went to pick up my car and he didn t have a mask on. I didn t say anything this time because I was in and out so quick. A business should have courtesy for all customers and wear a mask even if you re vaccinated because others have not been yet. And it s the law?

Spent $9000 on bodywood for the rust to come back not even a year later this place is a hack and they take your money would not tell nobody to use this place Frank dose not do anything he talks to u about I would not let the place touch my kids power wheels carone and Frank is a jokeService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was told the job would take a day and it took two days and I had to miss another day of work as a result. They did discount the job a bit for me, but not enough to cover a missed day of work. Also lost the record of my estimate. All in all not satisfied and would not go back here.

I was in need for a body shop to fix my 2017 Chevy Silverado had some front-end damage and needed some frame work from start to finish Frank explained the whole process great bunch of guys over there will be sending anyone I know needing body work there

Great place for body work. Work directly with insurance companies and do exc6work. Car rental will drop and pickup rental car from shop.
