My wife and I both bought our vehicles here and have them serviced here. Everyone here is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.Everything from shopping and purchasing to dealing with service and parts (to discuss accessories in planning to add) has been a wonderful experience.Alex, our salesperson was awesome and always stops to say hello whenever he sees us at the dealership.Highly recommend this dealership. It isn't the closest dealership to me, but my parents had a good experience here, and my wife and I have a well. They're worth the drive.

I went there for an inspection Wednesday 4/19/24 and was told I needed a new water pump. It was going to cost me $770. I asked if I need it to pass my inspection. They said no but it was an immediate issue and if I don t get one soon I could wreck my engine costing me $5K. I had a family member tell me to take it to their mechanic for a second opinion. I called the mechanic that Wednesday and said if I needed a new one he would charge $440 and to bring it in Friday. I did so and was told I m good and I don t need a replacement. He also didn t charge me to look at my car. That mechanic will be getting my business from now on. After buying my car from you guys 7 years ago and doing services I m done with you guys!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I purchased my vehicle - 2020 Tacoma SR5 - here, and have brought it in on two occasions for routine oil changes. The first time was decent, smooth, nothing exceptionally good or bad to report. From pulling right into the service bay, to getting my keys handed back at the end, the whole process felt logical and smart. The second time I arrived with a couple concerns about minor issues with the truck and reported them to the in-take worker in the service department. (Full disclosure: the worker who called me a day or two before, asked if I had any issues with the truck, and at that moment I didn t remember to mention them.) From the start he seemed a little annoyed that I would have any issue to report. The main issue was a racing engine upon startup, as sometimes the truck bucks a little when first putting it in gear. It seemed to me (and spoiler alert, still does) that a new truck shouldn t buck or race at all. The other issue was a few areas of rust on and around the alternator that to my non-mechanic brain seemed to form too early in the life of the truck, at only a year old; the inner wall of the flywheel and nut are already covered with surface rust, like maybe a coating or the correct materials weren t used; none of the other engine parts look like that. The worker seemed a little frustrated by the fact that I said anything, though he did say he would pass along my concerns to the service tech, and then did so on the phone in front of me. When the service was complete, he gave me the standard nothing we can do response, and slapped on a fairly conspicuous facade of niceness to hopefully get me out the door without protest, which is what happened. But the experience left me feeling unsupported, by a company to which I gave thirty seven thousand reasons to treat me well, and for the most part has. Each department seems to be working hard as ever, most notably the service team is clearly going above and beyond as they were very communicative, efficient and motivated to do all they could. Whether responding to impromptu questions about my truck or taking that extra time to evaluate little features unique to my request or to the trucks specs it was clear they did not rush nor did they skip on details. I would prefer my truck remain in 'good hands' for as long as needed as opposed to a carelessly quick glance at fuel levels and tire pressures (aspects any vehicle owner should be more than savvy with). Last but not least it is worth noting I did appreciate coming out to the parking lot to my truck equally as clean as when I dropped it off (not forgetting the interior plastic wrapping to protect the seats/steering wheel/shift knob/floor mats, although most people may prefer it removed before picking up their vehicle, I found it to be an assurance of added hygienic care during this pandemic along with a recyclable future-use trash bag). I feel more than confident I will be returning to this dealership! Thank you.

This place is fantastic and here is another example. I had an Check AWD light come on. I figured if just drop it at the dealership and they'd get to it when they got to it. So I showed up at the dealership 45 minutes before closing. The gentleman at the desk came out to take a look, plugged in the diagnostic computer, pushed a couple of buttons, told me what the issue was, fixed it and I was on my way in 5 minutes. This is just another example of why I won't go anywhere else to service my Toyota and a good part of the reason I keep buying Toyotas.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I ve gone here to Rockingham since I moved up to NH with my 2018 4Runner. Have had great experiences here almost every time. The oil change service was cheaper than expected and was able to get them to align it correctly after Town Fair Tire told me they weren t able to get a camber bolt to move on a vehicle with 35k. Sean Dougherty at Rockingham is great and won t oversell me something I don t need and that s what I like about RT.

Love the place. Friendly respectful staff. Vehicle is running like a charm, and returned ahead of schedule. I love that they provide transportation home and back. Costlier that my previous shop, but costs are up everywhere so hard to be sure it wouldn't be the same anywhere else.

Rockingham Toyota has fair prices for maintenance. They don't overcharge like a certain competitor in MA does. Brought my 2014 Rav4 Limited in for oil change and new tires. They recommended an alignment with new tires. I was given 4 choices of tires. I chose the Nexens after conversation with my service advisor, and they have given me a better ride than ever. Went there for an to get my car serviced and was immediately greeted by the number 1 Service Advisor in the state of New Hampshire Matt Who approached me with a huge smile from ear to ear to take in all my information and informed me with a detailed description of the work that was going to get performed on my car.My car was in an out in a jiffy and was extremely pleased how well the job is done. I then went over to parts where I was also greeted by a true professional Mark Oliveri who helped me with getting wipers for my car and showed and explained the true quality of Toyota genuine parts! Not to mention the groovy selection of Toyota hats that mark had for sale.Because of professional & knowledgeable people like Matt and Mark is the reason why I am a repeat customer!Service: Oil change

As usual, they were right on time, and Timmy made certain that he explained all that had to be done. He also told me approximately when it should be finished-and it was! I waited in a room with comfortable seating and soothing ocean effects in the background. "Willie" Nelson Pena was one of the greatest sales experiences I have had in decades. I look forward to working with him again. MY 5K service was due and I added some frustration I am having with Apple Car Play phone use. They added this to my 5K service, Deb did a great job solving that issue while the rest of the service dept. took care of the 5K service making my appt just a little over an hour. Their service department is the slowest service I ve ever used in my life. They re the only people I know that takes over an hour and a half (over 90 minutes) for a tire rotation and an oil change... This has happened every single time I ve came to get my car serviced here. Absolutely ridiculous.
