Quick, easy, and helpful.Robert replaced my key fob battery within a minute and answered questions willingly about store products. Yet to have a bad experience with Batteries + Bulbs.Great service.

I had an exceptional experience at Batteriesplus in Salem, NH. Kyle helped me procure and install a brand new battery in my car. He was courteous, patient, meticulous and made the experience excellent. I will definitely go back and would recommend them highly!

Car died right as we pulled into the lot, stressed for 20 minutes before we realized they install car batteries next door. The sales associate kyle was very friendly and helpful and resolved our issue as quickly as he could while being accommodating. Highly recommend this place, the customer service is worth it.

All too often too often does great customer service go unrecognized. Steve was fantastic and so were all his co-workers. I needed a flashlight trouble shooted and they weren't making a sale but still helped in every way possible. Even though they had to stay a bit past closing... A++++++

We needed an auxiliary battery for a 2015 MBenz.Once I told the salesperson what I needed, one of the other gentlemen walked out back and brought out the battery while the new employee was ringing it up. Easy, quick, painless transaction.Thank you.

I was helped by a guy who said he has worked there for 15 years. He was extremely helpful and professional.He tested the battery in my Chevy Silverado and suggested I replace it. I did, and he put the new battery in very proficiently. Excellent service, which nowadays is hard to find....thank you!

2nd time I've tried here first time was song time ago and wasn't able to fix.This time told me my port is fine according to there device they use but I know it's the port cause it will change wireless even bought a charger from them waste money since it didn't work infact when I tried it caused my percentage to decrease after I plugged it in. O took pictures of port this what looks like. What a joke it's like they just believed what there equipment said but I know issues it having stupid.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the best deal on a new vehicle battery, plus it was 20% off. They also offer free installs which I politely turned down seeing how busy they were. They have almost any battery you are looking for, plus other items like mini flashlights and bulbs. Everyone here was a pleasure to deal with as they are friendly and helpful. Plus the store is kept clean!

Wow. Terrific service. My truck has dual batteries which were still under warranty. Customer service rep found my records, handled the replacement swiftly and expertly replaced the batteries in my truck while I waited. These are not simple to replace. I was thoroughly impressed. I will never buy a car/truck battery anywhere else. Warranty replacement was the most painless experience ever.

I purchased a car battery - about $160 and paid cash. The salesperson picked one off the battery rack. I got home and saw that the battery had a date sticker that meant it was at least 6 months old. Since lead-acid batteries degrade just sitting on the shelf and these batteries only have a 2 year warranty, I returned to the store the next morning to ask for a 'fresher' one from the back of the battery rack. The salesperson told me they are all dated the same - 6+ months old. I decided to ask for a refund. The salesperson told me he couldn't refund me my cash as he didn't have enough in the cash drawer and that he would call me by the end of the day when he did have enough cash in the drawer to do the refund. Really? A big store like that doesn't have $160 in cash?? I asked if he could put the funds on my credit card so I could buy a battery somewhere else and he said he couldn't. My only choice was to have a whole day of downtime and spend even more time and gas to return to the store later. Completely UNACCEPTABLE in multiple ways.

Fast efficient service great value car battery started dying today pulled into the shop.Tech recommended a specific battery and immediately replaced it in the car at no additional cost and I was back on the road in 5 minutes.Saved me a bunch of time and got me back on the road!

I had a battery what I thought was bad so I decided to go to buy a new one. As usual I was greeted by a salesman who asked if he could help me. I told him that I had a battery that I thought was dead. He told me that he would check it out first. The salesman asked my why I thought it was dead? I told him that it would just make a ticking sound when I turned on the engine. He also said if I had charged the battery and I told him that I did. He put the battery on his test equipment and told me that it was in good condition. He told me that he thought it needed a good cleaning and that would do the trick. I was very pleased that I didn t have to pay for a new battery. I put the battery back in and it worked great.

They have every esoteric battery you would need. Spent way too much time going to other stores like Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and drug stores for a uncommon button battery. No problem here. He knew the replacement battery, as that original battery company no longer made the one I brought in. In and out in 5 minutes.

**UPDATE (based on reponse):Your company's website listed the phone I have and needed a battery replaced for as an option, and would allow me to schedule an appointment with your location. This would be different if your staff said they were out of the necessary part and couldn't do so that day (which is certainly understandable). To be told flat out that you don't provide that service (I was told that you don't change any batteries that the customer can't physically remove) is in direct contradiction of what is promied on the company's website in regards to what your location offers. So no, it was not an honest assessment in relation to what is promised AT YOUR LOCATION by the Batteries Plus Website. If the issue is with corporate, that should be brought up with them - cause now I don't know why I would want to go to any B+B location.**Scam business! Website indicated that they replace cell phone batteries (in this instance a Google Pixel) and offered appointments for such, etc.Showing up at this location, the employee told me that they don't replace batteries in phones that a customer can't remove themselves (even though the website offers exactly that). When I pressed, he simply repeated (coldly) " we don't do that." Another employee stepped in to say that they don't have any control over what corporate offers on their website.So in summation, the business is advertising for services it can't provide with no explanation why. It boggles the mind why anyone would be a customer. I wish I could give this rating a zero.

Staff at the Salem store were great on 1/18, very helpful and not trying to oversell anything. In the store, I learned there were a lot of things that they sold that I was unaware of and I will for sure be shopping more frequently there if the need arises. Both of the staff in the front were great. I purchased some accessories online for in-store pickup and also purchased a battery for my F-150 pickup truck for installation. The staff member that assisted with that was also great. Everything was pretty quick and seamless. I also asked some follow-up questions about other items and they researched it and were able to answer everything.
