We just moved to the Berwicks and ran into some issues with our secondary vehicle. Being weary of getting taken advantage of, we stumbled upon Paul. Super thorough and transparent, got the job done with the quickness even after being closed for vacation and the following spring storm. Took very good care of us and very affordable! Would highly recommend and we will be back to see him again!

I'm new to the area and was a little worried about finding a new shop to get my auto repairs done. Well, Paul's Integrity lives up to their name! The guys were all very friendly and made me feel I was being treated with honesty. I feel good that I have found my new auto repair shop and hope to do business with them for years to come!

These guys are amazing! They managed to get my car in the DAY before my warranty ended- good thing because it needed a new engine. Well that new engine turned into also a transmission and then a starter and the amount of labor that took... let me tell you, it was all worth more than the whole car. After 2 months of that car i can imagine we ALL were sick of it! Warranty paid a good chunk but these guys worked with me for the out of pocket expense so I didn't get screwed over and drowned financially. I can't express how much they helped me out!

After 2 years of trying to find a honest and reliable mechanic, I am happy that I finally found that with Paul. I appreciate how they share their wealth of information/knowledge with you, go through specific issues that your car is experiencing and what to plan for in the future. Just today, I had to get my car towed there and they acted fast. Thank you for all you do!

Went in for a rear brake job, that was desperately needed. They are extremely transparent with the entire interaction and helped us figure out what needed to be done asap, and things that will need to be worked on in the near future.They were able to get us in and the job done faster than any other shop in the area.Thank you to Paul, Anthony, and the rest of the team there for a great interaction and earning 100% of our business going forward.

Paul's Integrity has been my primary source for vehicle maintenance since he first opened in his original location up the street. His service has always lived up to it's name. Paul operates his business with integrity and honesty, which is very difficult to find in the auto repair industry. That alone is the main reason I use his service exclusively. He deserves all the support his customers can give him. He's a man of honor and, well, integrity. As I said, very hard to find in the auto business.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I took my aging Volvo XC 60 to Paul's Integrity for a state inspection, as my previous mechanic had retired. To be honest, I wasn't sure how things would go, but wanted to give a local establishment a try. I had to replace the struts and sway bar links in order for my car to pass inspection. Now, my car runs like a dream! I am happy with the service that I received from Paul, as he is very adept in his knowledge. Anthony, his front man, is very friendly and keeps you informed as to the car's progress. Thanks guys!

Paul and Anthony were very helpful and getting my car in and running due to the broken radiator issues. We did notice the engine still steaming afterwards and Paul advised us to stop back and he will double check everything for us.

I was told to check out Pauls Integrity from a friend of mine after my mechanic retired. Upon a quick online search, I could tell I had found my new mechanic. I emailed Paul to see if he could help me with a 2017 Taco suspension kit and upper control arms. A few seamless emails back and forth and we nailed a price and date down.I cannot express how enjoyable the whole process was. From my communications with Paul to working with Kate (you know she runs the show)....hell I even got a good breakfast recommendation from them.They did a superb job on my truck....my baby. I love my truck. Paul treated it like his own and it shows with everything he does. Due to the wonderful salt roads, my truck had some BRUTAL rusted nuts/bolts and took Paul about half a day longer than he expected. Many shops would of rushed this job, but NOT PAUL.....he took the time, patience and energy to do it right. They even helped me identify the next couple items I should focus on for a truck my age/mileage.I cannot express how happy I am with Paul and Kate and the overall experience. I'd send anyone who needs work done on their truck or car to Paul and his team, I know how it can be to find trustworthy dealerships and mechanics for a vehicle that's why since finding Paul's Integrity I won't let anyone else work on my vehicle. They have done right by me two times now. The first time I went to Paul's was after another mechanic was suppose to replace my brake pads and rotors he only did the backs and proceeded to push off doing the front end until it ended up causing premature wear and tear damage to other areas, after calling around I brought my suv to Paul's they got my front brakes replaced that same day. I most recently brought my vehicle back in last week from this review due to the check engine light coming on and I'm glad I did! Their mechanic Ricky thoroughly looked over my suv and caught a few different issues that were starting I didn't even know were there to begin with and wouldn't have until it broke down had I not brought it into Paul's. Just like the company name says their employees are honest and hardworking I was given a week time frame for repairs and even after finding one of the bigger problems days into repairs, I'm glad he caught before I found out the hard way Ricky still fixed my vehicle in a swift manner and I can rest easy knowing he did great work getting my vehicle back on the road asap. Kate is a pleasure to work with. She s always very efficient with communication and so helpful with navigating through the payment process. Everyone in the garage has done an excellent job with all the work my car has needed over the past several months. I love being able to support a local business! I cant even begin to fully explain how grateful I am for Paul s integrity auto repair. Since I moved to NH I was extremely anxious about finding a repair shop for my car, you never know what you re going to get sometimes, finding them was so lucky and honestly they are amazing. They walk you through everything so you have an understanding of what s going on with your vehicle, they are very honest, extremely kind, and so friendly! I know I can trust them with my car and I will always recommend them! At Paul's Integrity Auto not only do you get quality service, superb communication, and excellent parts, but you get a sense of community and people that sincerely wish to help you with all your automotive endeavours. I have had my vehicles worked on at Paul's many times and each time not only was the current issue resolved, but all the areas were cleaned and looking almost new! Even after moving away from the area I still continue to use their services. 10/10! Kate, Paul, and Kevin run a very fine establishment.

I was recommended this shop by a few people, and I decided to try it out after having too many bad experiences in shops before. I am thoroughly impressed and I will be coming back. Everything was explained to me upfront completely transparent. The prices were really worth it and the turnaround time for my car was just over 24 hours and I wasn t expecting my car back for a few days because I knew it needed a decent amount of work. I highly recommend Paul s!

We brought car in for brake line replacement, ended up taking way longer than we expected as they ended up doing both brakes. Car was in shop 5 days when we thought it would be 2 days. The cost was not cheap, 1,023.89, they quoted us a high quote but because we thought it would only be 2 days we agreed. They were extremely nice and friendly, brake lines fixed, just too long to have been without my car for the high bux we paid.

I am only using Paul's Integrity from now on. I had a horrible transmission problem. I took my car to two mechanics before Paul's and neither of them could find anything wrong with my car. One mechanic pretty much told me just to avoid highways. A friend recommended Paul's to me and they were amazing! They diagnosed the problem within a day and had my car up and running with an all new transmission within the week. The staff is wonderful and willing to take the time to talk with you. I felt comfortable that they knew what they were talking about the whole time. I definitely recommend!Service: Transmission

Brought my 2019 Golf R in for a very extensive exhaust installation. Paul took great care of the car, and went to great lengths to ensure that install was perfect. Paul and the team were very quick to get me in and out. With the best prices around too! I will be going back for my next vehicle needs.

I honestly can t say enough good about Paul s! From day one they have been up front and honest with everything.(which is a nice change from most shops) They will get you back on the road and will not try to sell you on any repair just to run the bill up. Never again will I worry if I can trust the shop that is working on my car. Paul s is the only shop I will be doing business with. My brakes were making this terrible noise and after doing some research, I decided to give Paul's a try. They were able to fit me in very soon and had it fixed within the day which was super helpful with my work schedule. Now my brakes make no noise at all and the car rides super well and like new. Got the best service! Paul is very pleasant and communicative. The repairs were done in a timely manner and my car runs great. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Paul's Integrity and will bring my car back the next time I need ANYTHING car-related. I just moved to the area, and found this shop by reading Google reviews. I agree with the other reviewers. I have owned cars and had them serviced and repaired for over 40 years in four states. Paul got back to me almost immediately via text first thing in the am for an urgent battery replacement. The communication was impressive every step of the way. When the main concern was addressed Paul let me know about a few more issues, all of which I already new about- no surprises or up selling. I had the confidence to get everything done and at a very reasonable rate. Paul was professional, accommodating, efficient, and definitely provided quality repairs. I'm glad this shop is close by so I can use them again when something else inevitably needs to be done. Jim at Paul s Integrity Auto Repair was truly a pleasure to work with. These guys are awesome at what they do and beyond fair with their pricing. I just recently had an emergency repair completed on my truck in under two business days. Jim kept me informed and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He even offered additional recommendations on service that needed to be done while the engine was apart which saved me money in the long run and prolonged the life of my vehicle. Sure they could have said nothing and waited for that item to become an issue and charged me all over again, but they didn t. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time! I m pumped I found an honest reputable garage in my area to service my family s vehicles. I ve done the big brand dealerships and it s a nightmare. I felt as though Paul s Integrity actually cared about my best interest and not just getting my truck out of the lot. Thanks so much for all your help through this difficult time and I look forward to seeing you guys again. Albeit not too soon!!!

Integrity??We brought our car to Paul s Integrity Auto and after assessment trusted the professional business opinion to invest $6000 into our car and we d get many more years. 2 weeks later we are back in the garage needing a new engine for another $4000?!?! Ultimately we could not afford more to get a new engine and give $10,000 in total to this business.The mechanic Kevin and office manager Kate offered to buy our car, as THEY felt bad about our investment with NO return. They saw this struggle we faced.We asked Paul directly how could he make this severe loss right and keep us as a customer. We gave $6000 and had nothing to take home. The one and only time Paul spoke to us over the course of 2 months, he offered $100 after saying we owed him another $750 for trying to fix the car Seriously? We never get our car back and we still give this business $650?? How is this not robbery?A reason we chose Paul s Integrity Auto was that he seemed to take time to comment in all reviews posted online. Paul frequently comments Thanks for business and in concerning reviews he says, I wish you spoke to me about your experience, to keep your business? We tried to talk to you Paul. We tried to ask how to keep us as customers and You avoided us for 2 weeks. Nothing was made right. No consideration was given for the situation. No customer service was given. And you still demanded money for products we never will see.So much for Integrity.Service: Engine repair
