The customer service was prompt when I first arrived. The older man was training new employees with patience and grace. They stated they weren't a commission base service center so they don't push sales on customers but they were thorough and up front of the price before any services were conducted. Great place and highly recommended.

Been here twice for oil changes and had a very good experience. The two older guys I dealt with were fantastic and the crew were great too!

$177 oil change?? Apparently a cabin air filter, which I didn't know existed, and looked like it came from the woods, costs $59.99 there, I googled it, under $10. That's REALLY highway robbery. Then some fuel additive, was $20, which is about $3-$4 anywhere else. Mind you I had a $25 coupon, and still almost $180 for an oil change. Never Again

This was my first experience with Valvoline and it was excellent. I stayed in the car the entire time, staff was friendly and professional, service was quick, and a tip offer was refused (politely). I will definitely use them again and recommend the Rindge Valvoline location to others.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very efficent and reasonably priced, for a quick oil change. The technicians are nice and they check through your vehicle to ensure everything is running smoothly. Piece of mind? Priceless...

They did a good job on the only change. My disappointment is that I tried to get an inspection done but they could not do it because of a lack of staff. Not once but twice.

I really love the convenience of Valvoline and how quick the service is. I felt like the assistant manager was a little pushy today, trying to convince me to buy a more expensive oil than I have for the past 4 years of owning this car. I went with the oil originally suggested by Valvoline employees. When I turned down the upgrade I felt he was using scare tactics saying it's not what Chevy recommends and it won't be covered under warranty. I'm less pleased with my service today than I ever am.

I wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation on my Ford F150. The 2 places I normally get this done in Jaffrey both said it would be over a week till they could do the work. I went to Valvoline the next day and was in and out within an hour. The people who worked there were friendly. There was kind of an upsell with items but it wasn't to bad and I was OK with it. I gave them 5 starts and will return.Service: Oil change

I went there on a Sunday to get a State Insp, oil change and tire rotation. There were 3 ahead of me and a 3 hour wait which I think is crazy long for a NH State insp so I went home. Came back 3 hours later and was the only one in line only to find out there was another 2 hour wait supposedly because of computer issues...at 11:30am so I'm skeptical that it wasnt lunch related. I again left and will go to my dealer in Keene where I have one free oil change left. We've used the Rindge location for years without issue but this just felt like bad business practices.

Pricier than going to your local mechanic for an oil change, but at least three times as fast and you don't even have to get out of the car! Always go here for oil changes

I used a Groupon, so it was a great deal. Service was quick and friendly! I waited less than 5 minutes for a bay to be open.

Brought the company truck here for oil change, air filter, and wipers. Only took about 15 minutes. Priced right, good service

I am now changing u-joint number 4 because they dont know how to grease them. I have brought several of my trucks in for service. 2 of them have bad u-joints in less than a year after being replaced. Lack of grease on them. Brought my brand bew truck in several times. They keep telling me it doesn't have a grease fitting even though its clearly marked under the hood that there is a fitting on the driveline that needs to be greased every oil change. I will not be bringing my trucks here anymore. Might be a quick easy service but having to replace driveline components due to their lack of caring isn't worth itService: Oil change

I went 5/30/16 for an oil change and an a/c recharge. They didn't run for the full a/c check but informed me I must have a leak in the system they weren't able to fix. I was charged $29.99 for the a/c check. I went to another local garage a few days later, they said there was no leak in the system, recharged the a/c and it held the pressure fine and stayed cold. They also said there are two places to text the ac and it didn't look like the bottom one was touched at all. I called to valvoline to ask for a refund on the ac check since they informed me incorrectly and didn't even run the full test and the manager told me there was no refund and he was adament he was right. I'm sorry but if you preform a service incompletely and incorrectly and you want to keep your customers you should be willing to refund the work that was done wrong. Wont go back, won't recommend. Don't bother wasting your time and go to a real garage that knows what they're doing.
