I needed to quickly get my car inspected and in spite of how extremely busy they were they made time for my request. The waiting area was comfortable and lovely with complimentary water or coffee the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone a visit to this business.

Excellent service and a quick turnaround. Bonus points for willing to work on modified cars with your own parts. Won't waste your time telling you that you have to use only their parts.

Polite & professional team. The "new" building is very nice, easy location and comfortable waiting area with wifi, beverage center, TV. They were very friendly to our little pups who we were traveling with for the first time as well.highly recommend!

They were able to take my car short notice for an alignment on the day that worked best for me. Upon arriving the building is incredibly nice and has a very comfortable waiting area. My car got the alignment and feels 10x better.

DTS is great every time I have had to call them. I just had my State Inspection done, made an appointment, waited and was out very quickly! Waiting room is pleasant, comfortable and clean. Thank you DTS!

They did my timing belt and the first one was faulty so they got a new one. I am very satisfied with them and will most definitely go back for more work done!!!!!!!! They even gave me a loaner car very impressive on my first experience with them. Very friendly people there as well. Thank you DTS for all u do for people in this area I am ver appreciated!!!!!! I called DTS to order a plow for my vehicle .Spoke with Kelsea she was not only knowledgeable but so helpful in the process. Long story short I ended up cancelling the plow. They had a Thousand dollar deposit. They had ordered all my parts special. I expected a charge for restocking shipping or something. They refunded my whole deposit with a smile. An outstanding company that goes above and beyond. I strongly recommend these people.

I was recommended by New England Fleet in Keene, NH, by the way, is a great shop too, to send my diesel f250 to DTS... well they fixed my truck correctly. I will tell you, they care about the customer. They fixed everything Rev's screwed up and fixed the issue which caused the engine to go into limp mode in the 1st place. So they have made a committed customer. #9/11 #1stResponder

I just got my car from this place. Needed the alternator replaced and they gave a very reasonable estimate. Had my car towed there via AAA on Tuesday and it was done Friday morning. Not bad at all. I m always happy with the service I get from DTS Automotive . I dropped my car off there to get maintenance and they were so informative and fast. I then dropped off my husband s car since his check engine light was on. They diagnosed it and took care of it right away. I recommend them to everyone and anyone else who wants great quick service on their cars. I moved but I m considering driving up here just to get my car serviced. Straight and to the point. Fixed a lug stud screw up from tire warehouse in Gardner. I'm glad I've found a new, competent tire and service shop close to home.

Awesome Awesome to deal with! Needed a tow for two blown tires and I travel about an hour to work in the area, they arranged it and got me set up and ready to go with no problems. Prices were fair and his recommendations were straight forward and honest. Cannot recommend DTS highly enough.

I called multiple times because sometimes I'm annoying when looking for a new mechanic or someone to work on my vehicles. They answered happily with ways to improve my customer experience each time. I was actually late for my appointment due to a misunderstanding but they still had me come in and took care of my problems. Fantastic customer service and good work too. My truck is actually now aligned, no thanks to Ford (twice looking at it) the previous time getting my truck inspected.

I only got a wheel alignment there... Ram truck. The alignment was fine. The price is $30 higher than the Jeep/Ram dealer. What kind of independent shop charges more for service than a dealer?

To put it simply , this place is kind of a nightmare. They wanted to charge me 250 just to look at my car , and when they did perform a service and I went to grab my car , my steering column was sitting on my passenger seat after spending so much money , I d at least expect my car to be together. Come on now had to wait a few more weeks just for them to complete the job. Still haven t gotten my car back bc the battery died while sitting over there (brand new battery) so now this will be my third time trying to pick up my car. Unless you know someone who works here personally , I wouldn t go here. It s been a huge headache I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I m floored

I work on the Truck and Equipment side so my opinion is a tad bit biased. We aren't the cheapest place but we strive for quality of work and stand behind what we do
