Didn't catch the guys name, but he had a beautiful long beard and wore a camo waterproof jacket. He was the most friendly and helpful parts store associate I've gotten help from in a long time. Told me of a couple ways to test parts and a couple things I could try to get my truck running again.

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and are eager to help. I come here on a regular basis for many years and It is always a pleasure. If I ever have any questions they will do what ever they can to help me. If I could give more stars I would.

Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Store is clean,well stocked and they even offered to help me with battery replacement. They sold me some nice wipers on my last visit and explained why they use them and how good the quality to cost ratio was compared to other brands.

Jeremy The Bearded Guy is the best employee I have ever met...His experience, knowledge is bar none.. willing to go above and beyond just to make sure everything is right and you feel comfortable.... I live three towns away from his location and I still make my way to his location just because of him, that tells you something!!!

I've been shopping this store for the last 4 years and there is always one guy behind the counter named Jeremy who goes above and beyond excellence in customer service.. He is extremely informative ,Always goes the extra mile and if he doesn't have the part , he'll will find it Or show me an alternative. He always double checks The fitment of the part hes selling me Unlike some of the competitors the who send me off with the wrong part.I won't go anywhere else for my Toyota tundra parts.The auto parts industries need more associates like Jeremy,period!!!

I thought I needed a new battery. It was tested and confirmed at Auto Zone I did need a new battery. Jeremy replaced the battery in my F150 for me. I had no tools on me and I am not mechanically inclined. Jeremy was very fast and friendly. He also noticed my anti freeze was getting low. I will return to Auto Zone.

I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone. Jeremy took time out of his day to step outside the store to check my car and helped replace my battery. He even did extra work and checked my oil and coolant levels just to help me out. I would definitely recommend going to this store for all your car needs!!

Out of stock on a lot of items. Shelves were messy and unorganized. Only one clerk on with a line 6 deep. He had to take the phone off the hook.

I started to have a break issues with my vehicle and I felt that they were still under the warranty. My schedule being so busy I stop in at a local autozone to check my warranty. The worker said he didn't see anything on my account but to check with his manager since they have higher computer access to accounts during the day. Three to four days go by before I could get back at the store to check my warranty the worker check my account to say no nothing sorry. I still felt the breaks were under warranty but started to looking to make a purchase from another company online. Another week goes by I was in Rindge going to Tractor Supply CO and in the same plaza is a AutoZone I decided to stop in and glad I did, I ran into Jeremy and ask him to check my account for the warranty and behold voila found my warranty in my account. My go-to store is AutoZone in Rindge, NH Great workers taking the time to go the extra mile to listen to your issue and helping you to resolve it. Again Thank you Jeremy!!

The person waiting on me was a little rude and didn't really know what she was doing. I was a manger of one of these stores a long time ago and we trained our people on customer support, stocking shelves, fronting and facing the stock and how to answer the phones. This apparently is not taught anymore. I called and asked for a part and asked if she could go put her hands on it and make sure it was complete, she told me know and that the part was correct. Zero customer relations anymore. I blame management for all of this. I'm hoping it will change back to the way it's supposed to be.

My daughter and I went into AutoZone this afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy, one of the workers there. He helped us with finding just the right windshield wiper for our cars. Jeremy was extremely helpful and even put the wiper on our car for us in the rain no less. Very friendly and helpful folks in this store. We will definitely be back.

Every time I come to this auto zone for car parts or whatever else I need that they sell I get great service. Would like to give a shout out to Jeremy and Tyler because when they are there and end up helping me I get excellent service and I can t thank them enough. I have had a few issues with money and they do whatever they can to get to the problem and fix it. Definitely recommend this store and these guys for anyone looking for help.

The guys working the counter were very helpful when I called and later, when I stopped by the store to get a part. They were very eager to assist me, pleasant to talk to, and demonstrated excellent customer service. A breath of fresh air these days! Kudos!

Was treated very Unfair by a worker employee this saturday tried body check my 18 year old Son walking up to us as soon as we walked in the store, as if we were not welcomed due to the fact that we are PuertoRican yelling to his coworker what do those Puerto Ricans Want!!! after we went to hardware section. I didnt get the workers name ..Rindge NHstore .naturally born US citizen proud to be an American.i would like to be treated like one .if PuertoRicans are not allowed at that autozone put a sign out front !!!

I have lived in Rindge for 21 years and the service here with past employees has always been great, but today I had some battery trouble with my motorcycle, though they didnt stock the very specialized battery needed, the store manager Robin quite literally gave me a push to try to start it again, though it didnt work like it had in the past he went way out of his way, lended me his personal tools to open up the battery and jumped it with his car while we talked about cars for a bit. Even tried to give the guy some cash for his trouble but he said "I'm just here to help man" and wouldn't accept the cash. Great service and great employees with knowledge at this store if you ever need help!

Very friendly staff, I got assistance putting my battery into my truck. I also have to order brake pads and rotors they didn't have all of them in stock but pick them up from a different location and got them there the next day. Thanks AutoZone!

I love the great customer service and the fact they will come out and help you fix things. I bought new windshield wipers the other day and the guy came out and put them on in the middle of a blizzard! XO

Very helpful employees they find yoy what u need also the help yoy out in battery lights check your check engine light out on windshield wipers on for you for free and they have stuff that works great place give it 6 stars if I could

Oh boy do I have a story from here. One night I got out of shopping at Walmart, and I got to my car, loaded itand went to drive off. Only it clicked once and stroked out, spitting out my CDs and making the guages buzz. I was sure that I was doomed. So I asked someone near me to jump me, they did. Then I drove to the Autozone across the street and told the situation. They were very close to closing but they decided to stay atleast 15 minutes late just to replace my battery for me. I can't explain just how thankful I am for these people. Did I mention it was downpouring while they where changing my battery?TLDR Autozone has devoted professionals who very much care about the people they serve, and will try their best to keep you as the consumer safe.

Idk who it was I was speaking to on the phone at around 5:19pm on June 11th but they had a terrible attitude towards me and kept cutting me off and didn't hear what I wanted to say these type of people answering the phone needs to stop and I can't trust keene because they have the absolute worst customer service you could ever see very disappointed honestly in the people they hire they need to fire people who don't belong

The workers there were so helpful to me , I needed a battery and not sure what to get , they explained exactly what I needed , carried it out to my truck and brought the old one inIt was a good lesson for me , fro now on I will go to Auto Zone for all my auto , boat and camper needs for batteries !!!

Zero stars was not an option but it should be. I will never shop here again. I was in the Ringe, NH store ten minutes ago shopping for cleaning supplies while two grown men behind the counter were yelling and cussing at each other. I stopped shopping -I wasn't done but decided not to buy anything else - and approached the checkout. I told the cashier that hearing talk like that I didn't want to be in the store - didn't want to shop here. Confronted by a second employee I told him the same and that he should learn to shut up when customers were in the store. "Oh well" he said. There were no other cars out front when I left - little wonder. I'll do my car care shopping on line from today forward.
