I needed new tires and I didn't want to spend a fortune since I am not that far away from trading in my car. (I'm just waiting for prices to decline a little.)The service representative checked the inventory and quoted me several prices on different styles. He made sure my choice wouldn't be "sold out from under me" and we scheduled a time. I returned for my appointment and waited in their tiny lounge area.I thought the wait time was reasonable. Others complained about the wait time. Walmart is short staffed and the desk is covered by working mechanics . I observed that all of the customers, including myself, were treated with courtesy.I've experienced poor tire installation before , and I have to include Walmart. They don't check the alignment before installation of new tires. Other businesses that have installed tires for me in the past have checked the alignment. They don't have the equipment to check and they don't advise you to check either. I felt rattling in my vehicle's steering column. A valve cap was missing off of one my tires.Two s off of my review.

Good price, long wait before giving the key and ling wait for doing payment. No one is around.bad service they need one more person at the counter.

My boyfriend brought in my tires today, to get my winter tires mounted on the rims.. something that usually costs $60 to mount and balance... the sign on the wall said "tire mounting (carry in) $10" and valve stems $3 a tire... should add up to about $52.. great... well the "mounting" is separate from the "balancing" which is usually one package... cost me $100 to get my tires switched over on my small hatchback.. and get this they didn't even install them. My boyfriend had the car jacked up at home... so we paid for an installation as well as a rotation that never happened because they didnt even have my car in the shop... not thrilled and never going back.. I will be letting others know as well.

Used the car selection feature to get new tires online. I don t know much about cars so I didn t notice that the tires Walmart said were the correct tires were not. Of course I didn t find this out until I drove an hr there to get them installed. The mechanic was unapologetic and inhospitable. He said my only option was to order another set of tires, which they didn t have in-store for an addition $300-400. I m supposed to be driving cross country in 3 days but don t see that happening now. Not a good experience.

I am sharing this to end some confusion to this store I hope it helps. This garage is open everyday 8am-6pm. We are making tire appointments for those who are looking for new tires. Walk ins are welcome but may have a wait. Christmas eve we will be closed at 5pm an hour before the store closes. We are dealing with a new phone systems it is fustrating for all of us please be patient we are trying. From all of us have a happy and safe holiday season.

Dealt with an employee in the tire and battery dept last week that chose to not only argue continuously with me , but squared off with me to a point that made me uncomfortable. He then told em he would argue with me if I wanted to until his shift ended as it didn t matter to him . Spoke with store manager Melissa and she made me feel better . A week later I go in to resolve the original issue , and assistant manager helped me who was also nice . After taking me back to tire dept to straighten out issue , a new employee was introduced and she as well was awful to deal with . Arguing with me and rolling her eyes repeatedly at me . What an awful experience twice within a matter of a week . They need a new set of employees in the auto dept .

Bought tires 7 months ago - 2 of them have been replace and 1 patched, 1 tire had a defect and under warranty the tire should have been covered, they tried to convince me it was an alignment issue and that it was my fault - refused to even look at the defect in my tire that was leaking air! Bad tires at a rich company refusing to cover an 86 dollar defective tire - bs

Went here for an oil change ended up waiting 2hrs never got paged when my car was ready. Then the only person behind the counter went to lunch so I had no one to cash me out. I needed to pick up my kids from school after waiting 2hr to get my car back and anyone in Auto that I asked just kept putting me off on other people. Dont know if I would use walmart for thus again

First come first serve is a strange business model during tire season in the NE. Didn't matter, however, because half of their mechanics didn't show up for work and they had already stopped accepting cars at 9 AM.

Customer service really is not that great, called a dozen times and no answer so drove there and they weren't busy and the person at check out counter was not to ambitious about helping out customers I can just say that.

Needed a tire replaced. I walked in they jumped right on it and had it done before I was finished my shopping and at an unbelievable price.

Stood at auto motive counter for over 20 minutes no one around then the assistant manager and auto manager came out help another customer after they looked at and just walk away guess customer service is not priority
