10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDDefinitely a MUST HAVE experience if traveling In Portsmouth Area. Great to adventure around downtown to Explore, shop and eat with the ease of no parking problems and gorgeous scenery. I felt confident and safe on the onyx bike. The owner Chas did a wonderful job covering need to knows about electric bike. So I was able to fully enjoy the experience.I will 100 percent be back and now thinking about purchasing one for everyday use. Thank you for such a great day!

Chas is awesome!! not only he is very knowledgeable, he sells a great product and his customer service is amazing! My parents and I drove from Boston, the minute we walked in to the shop he made us feel welcome and was prepared to receive us, my parents had a blast! He helped me pick the right bike based on what I wanted and Im extremely happy! My electric moped Aventura X is just a dream come true! We even got a polaroid picture from him!!

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had an unknown power issue with my electric bike and they had it sorted out in less than half an hour. They also provided some great advice about general maintenance and peripherals for the bike free of charge. Overall, an excellent experience.

Had a wonderful experience renting the e-bike from Chas. Very nice and very willing to work with me regarding pick up and drop off!! Bike was great, no issues. Would definitely rent here again.

Radmoto and its owner are a rare breed in the best way. I'm a repeat customer and Chas has always provided a great service for affordable prices with a great attitude. He's repaired more than one ebike for me handling difficult issues when I couldn't find any other shop to even take my bike in.

I own an Onyx RCR. After 2 years, it was not operating correctly. This was on me, my own errors. I found Chas and the RadMoto Team and they were so easy to work with. He was kind enough to meet me and get my bike. He worked very hard to get me really obscure parts. He was in constant communication with me about timing, up front on cost, and just a very genuine person. He fixed my bike for well under the cost I was expecting. Since he was so under budget on the project, we did some Mods. New Lights, brake pads, battery tuning, brake handle work, and a new bike bag for the back! I mean I threw the book at this guy with a variety of things I wanted done and he was well versed in everything I was talking about. There is no doubt in my mind, if you love this hobby... go see Chas and Jeff. You will love your experience at the store. You're going to have someone that can not only sell you the bike, but work on it after. In the future, if I need anything for this bike, or buy a new one :) I am only going to take it to the folks at RadMotoUSA. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. I am looking forward to a great year of riding.

Super easy to work with, explained everything, extremely knowledgeable, laid back and not pushy. Chas made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great price and so helpful to have somewhere to bring the bike if there are issues. Highly recommend you go see Chas and pick his brain.

I took my surron up to Chas to get repaired. He did great work and was able to troubleshoot, fix the problem, and get my bike back to me in less then 2 days. He really knows his way around a bike and is super knowledgeable. Definitely get your bike repaired or buy from Rad Moto.

5 stars for knowledge, customer service and efficiency. Chas went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Our e-bike required new pedals and we were having a difficult time locating what we needed. Chad found our product called us back. He helped troubleshoot what was causing our problem and sourced our pedals. I will definately purchase my E Bike products from this store again. Thank you Chas

Excellent experience! Whether you re purchasing, renting, or using the subscription service (what I did), I give an A+ for Radmoto. All electric motors are so much fun. The bikes are all excellent quality, cool looking, and very well maintained. Chas is great to work with and super passionate about the business. It s great to support a small and local business like his. He was quickly responsive for a couple questions I had during my rental.What s great about the subscription service is you can try out the bike before deciding to purchase. Check out the website.

I was having trouble with my Bintelli Fusion electric bike. We were referred to Radmoto! What luck!!! We called Chas and he came right over on Friday, saying there would be no charge if he couldn't fix it! Wow, super nice gentleman with a Great attitude!! He took my bike to the shop, by noon today ( Saturday) he sent pictures of the damaged wires, which he expertly repaired, he also replaced my brakes as they were not up to par, and installed a new mirror! He then delivered the bike to my residence, explained what he did, and had me test ride it for him! The fee for the work was more than reasonable! I cannot wait to visit his retail space to check out helmets, and all the bikes and scooters! Thank You Chas! Five Stars, will always recommend your services and expertise to friends and Family!!

RadMoto is awesome! I drove 4 hours round trip to bring my Onyx CTY 2 in for some mods and overall improvements. Chaz was easy to work with and highly communicative. I d recommend Chaz and RadMoto to anyone. My bike is exactly how I want it now thanks to Chaz at RadMoto!

These bikes make zipping around Portsmouth super fun and easy, and bonus is you don t have to deal with Portsmouth parking! I love that Radmoto gives you the option to rent for day, subscribe for a period of time, or purchase. No buyers remorse! The customer service here is fantastic. Test driving the different models is awesome and they ll deliver the bike right to your door. Chas the owner is super knowledgeable and couldn t have been more helpful. As new rider, I was a little nervous, but the bikes are easy to operate and you get the hang of them pretty quickly. I also love that they re electric and a very environmentally friendly way to get around.Highly recommend for locals or something fun to do when visiting!

Recently had a repair experience at this small shop with big knowledge and big care. Owner has great experience in the industry and an engineering perspective to help with many needs. Worth looking into for electric and hardware repair, rental, or purchase options on any bikes/scooters/mopeds

If there was an option to put more than five stars for RadMoto then I would select more. It s tough to find a good mechanic around here I can trust. My experience with Chas was far superior to any other mechanic I have ever dealt with.

I have been trying to find a retro looking electric scooter and I came across Radmoto! My husband and I went to Portsmouth NH for the day. I rented the scooter and my husband rented a bike. We traveled all over the place. We went to the coast and in town for lunch, it was such a fun time. I highly recommend Radmoto. Chas was extremely helpful at introducing us to our bikes and made recommendations for several routes. He was always available if we had any questions. Thanks Chas for an amazing experience!!

I loved renting a electric scooter! It was so much fun to ride around Portsmouth and everyone I interacted with was so so kind. All the communication was easy and the prices were reasonable. i really loved receiving recommendations for a good ride. And I was given a fun polaroid as a gift on my way out. I defiantly recommend!

He accommodated us with short notice but still took the time to allow us to test ride all the options available for renting. Our great experience started right at the shop, through New Castle and more. Chas is great, made us feel like we ve been friends for a long time haha. DEFINITELY coming back
