Thank You Again to "Chris" in the Parts Department!! Very Professional and Polite!! Chris is Awesome at his job and I hope this post get's him some recognition, ( He Definitely Deserves It!). I called a different Ford Dealer before Portsmouth because it was closer to where I live and the part's guy that I dealt with was Rude and Sarcastic to me and didn't ask for the VIN# for the part I was looking for. So I called Portsmouth Ford and Chris asked for the Very Important VIN# to make sure I got the right part. Turns out there were 2 options and Chris made sure he got me the right part, and even got it the next morning! Dube Ford would've made me wait a few days and given me the wrong part!!I Highly recommend "Portsmouth Ford" and if you can get "Chris in the Parts Department" you will be very well taken care of and happy with his service!Thank You Again Chris!!

Brought our Honda CRV in for oil change/tire rotation. Tire lug nut broke off when technician attempted to remove. Dealer made a reservation for two days later (our son was heading back to NY state in the car the following day), warning us they were fully booked but would do best they could. Manager (?) called early afternoon. When we met, he told me he had tech check every lug bolt and they replaced two more out of caution. AT NO CHARGE. Now that is a service standard!

First time customer yesterday, and my experience was great.Was on my way home and realized I needed an oil change. Lindsey (Quick Lane Manager) was very friendly. I didnt have an appointment, but she said they could fit me in right away.Short wait, but while I was there I had a few questions, and Lindsey was very helpful.I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.Happy customer here, and I will use their services again

Also lied to me about unnecessary repairs. Had one item 'repaired' (because they said they were hesitant to let me leave the shop with my car as is). I left the other for my regular mechanic. Took it to him and found that no repairs were needed. Based on previous review - I wouldn't believe a thing they tell you about 'required' repairs. I'm doubtful they even did anything to my car in the first place - ripped me off for $1000+

I've been lied to my face here. I was told my car would need $1500+ in repairs on things I know for a fact aren't damaged. You guys really treated me like I was stupid, and it makes me worry about all the innocent people who have given their hard earned dollars to these snobby con artists. I feel like I've been scammed here.DO NOT GO HERE.
