I have been a customer of Brian's for over ten years, and have never been disappointed in the service, professionalism, and ease of communication. The team has always been responsive to my needs, both in terms of service on my vehicles and my schedule. Brian has even given me rides when I was unable to get transportation to and from the shop. Portsmouth Car Clinic is not the cheapest place in town, but it is the best, and I never worry about being charged for work that is not necessary or overcharged for work that must be done. Bryan (the owner) is awesome! Best mechanic ever and I've been taking my vehicles to Portsmouth Car Clinic for years. They will go the extra mile for their customers. If you need to drop your vehicle off, they will give you a ride. They really go out of their way to give their customers a positive experience. Totally trust these guys!

When I moved to New Hampshire, I was in need of a mechanic. Being new to the area, I thought it may be difficult to find an honest and reputable shop. A friend referred me to Brian. I was impressed with him and his staff. Since moving here, I have taken my cars to Brian for about 15 years. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all, honest. I will continue to bring my cars to Portsmouth Car Clinic.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Battery, Oil change

I was recommended to Brian many years ago, as there was a rumor going around our Portsmouth workplace that they did good work there. I learned straight away that Brian and his staff are true car care professionals, providing prompt, trustworthy services. I have 3 older cars, with two teen aged drivers, and their reliable triage and repair skills continue to keep our family safe and on the go. Being able to drop a car off and immediately get a ride to work has been particularly helpful to me through the years. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian, Holly, and the entire staff at the Portsmouth Car Clinic as your best choice for repair services in the area.

Always have time for me to drop off my car - even the same day; reasonably priced; holly is always friendly and always calls me when the car is ready. Changed to 5 stars - they have never made a mistake on any repairs that have caused a safety issue

I went there for two pre-purchase inspections on used Jeeps I was considering. They were helpful, straightforward, and very kind. Both times they took me underneath the vehicle and explained everything they looked for. The second time I came in, not only did they remember who I was and what I had previously came in for, they found a time for me even though I had not made an appointment. Absolutely would recommend.

I had to wait. I hate to wait...but it was quick Brian and his crew new I was in a hurry and they doubled down. New tires all the way around, new brakes and rotors, four wheel alignment and out the door I was! Awesome job folks, c ya soon!

Outstanding repair shop. Easy to get scheduled. Work is done by pros and on time. Holly and Brian are the glue that holds it all together and they always have time to explain what needs to be done and when it will be ready. I won't let anyone else work on my vehicle! DCH

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Portsmouth Auto Clinic. I made an appointment to have my Civic inspected. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them!
