Have been doing business with Motorbikes plus here and there for years and always very satisfied with the service Dept as well as the parts Dept. Most recently I had a carburetor rebuilt on a restoration project I am working on, I asked them to clean the exterior of the carb if they could and my 19 yr old carb looks like brand new! Friendly staff, reasonable shop rates and professional.Thanks Motorbikes Plus !!

Motorbikes is certainly worth a trip to purchase your next dirtbike. They make the buying process quick and easy. The staff there are incredibly knowledgeable on newer KTMs (Husky & GasGas too), and even the older model KTM's. They have almost any part you need for your bike, and if it's an older bike that they don't have the parts in stock, the parts arrive in a few days. Lots of upgrade in stock too. 100% recommend MB+

Zero service. 10 minutes in the store not even a hello from 3 employees behind their computers. Guess their online business is much more valuable than walk-in. It s beyond me. Go somewhere else if you care.

Simply amazing. Found this place online after being told by several shops that the next available time to drop off was a month from now. I just needed a tire replaced. The folks at Motorbikes Plus were not only super nice, but they got my bike in and out in a day. They even stayed a few minutes past closing so I could get my bike. They truly seem to care about their customers. Good price too. Ended up going back to get the other tire replaced by them because they did so well. Had it done in a couple hours. Phenomenal work done here at competitive prices. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Amazing service, could not be happier! Just bought a pair of Mobius knee braces and motocross socks. They have several sizes in stock and ready to try on. Great shop! Thanks for all of the help.

Without a doubt the best dirt bike shop in the northeast! Bought a bike from them in 2019 and I knew I was never going anywhere else for anything dirt bike related when I hung up from my first phone call with them. I have a KTM dealer 5 miles from my house but still make the hour drive to Motorbikes Plus because they re that good!

Great selection of standard parts, gear, and whatever isn't readily available, they'll order it for the same price as you would find online. I bought my bike here a little over a year ago in a very fast, seamless process and have continued to go back ever since for anything I need. If you're ever unsure about a part or product, you'll get friendly knowledge without any "you didn't know that?" attitude you can get at other shops.

Great experience! Just bought a new KTM. No fees, no bs, just a good price. Dealt with Grant. I got down there they went over the bike in a ton of detail. Every member of their staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell they want you to have a hassle free time with your new bike and they do it in a way that will make you want to come back for parts and service. 5 stars!

Did great work in getting my 1986 Honda CB700S back in inspect-able order. Quick turnaround when ordering parts and well worth the extra few bucks you'll pay over going to bikebandit or amazon. Great staff, great service; just wish they were open on Mondays!

Called this morning as soon as the place opened, maybe a little earlier. Jay answered the phone and was instantly digging in the dirt with me to find the part that I needed after dumping my bike last night. Being very new to bikes, I asked him to send me an email of the parts he found so that I could visually verify they were correct and he went above and beyond with a detailed email of what parts I needed, based on the description I gave him, as well as how to find them on the OEM site so I could confirm for myself. What a great guy. Truly dedicated to making lifelong customers, successfully I might add.

Motorbikes Plus is awesome!! I needed sprockets for my Husqvarna. Sean at Motorbikes Plus not only found them for me, but went above and beyond and dropped them off at my shop on his way home. Motorbike Plus is the best. They have more parts in stock than anyone and if they don't have what you need chances are they can get it the next day. The guys who work the floor are awesome. People who complain about poor customer service must be the pampered type... Every time I've been in they get me what I need and back on my bike.

After dealing with several local places trying to find what I need I call Jay and guess what he has what we need, and at a much better price and an attitude that makes your heart just burst into a million smiles. I know super cheesy but I have made a lot of calls and finally got exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier thank you for restoring faith in humanity! You are a blessing!

We were most impressed with the service oriented staff! Our visit to the shop was outstanding in every aspect. If the item you need is not in stock, they go out of their way to locate it for you!

The customer service here was great and they had a large selection of dirt bikes here which surprised me because most other motorcycle shops had very few dirt bikes in inventory due to the supply problems as a result of these difficult times

They did alright work on my yz250f but the customer service was absolutely horrendous. I have never been so unsatisfied with customer service in my life. They do NOT appreciate your business there, next time I will bring my bike to a place where they are actually glad that I am doing business with them. The main thing that frustrated me was how they said they would give you a call when they knew what was wrong with the bike. That does NOT happen. I always had to call, and one time when I called, they told me that they had already fixed what was wrong with the bike, and that was frustrating because I told them to call me BEFORE they fixed what was wrong with it. Also I think they take way too long to work on a bike because with something that takes a normal place 2 hours to fix, it will take them at least double that and they charge way too much ($75 an hour). Overall very frustrated with Motorbikes Plus and they will never get my business again. I would not recommend bringing your bike here in the future because they will just make you frustrated and do average to below average work.

If zero stars were an option thats what this place would get from me. Avoid at all cost. I purchased a scooter from these guys and the scooter itself was great, but the problem I encountered was when I needed their service a few months later. I called them for a simple job that I easily could of taken else where but decided hey why not pay these guys, they seem cool enough. I called and asked for a quote and was given two answers. 1. "The short term solution that was more money and 2. The longer term solution that would cost less. This scooter was my only transportation at the time so I picked the more expensive choice. I was told specifically on the phone it could take a week. After a week I called them just for a update. I guy on the phone sounded annoyed I would even call. I felt like because it was just a scooter, they didn't care about working on my problem first, like it didn't take their priority. So whatever I go on. Mind you I'm now finding rides to work. I know this isn't their problem and I was extremely patient with them. After two weeks I called again. Same guy, still annoyed with me. He told me that some guy that worked there was on vacation or something and the job I needed was going to have to wait until he was back because apparently he knew someone else who didn't work there that had to fix this. Okay so now I'm a little frustrated. After THREE weeks I call again. I tell them whatever it's fine I just wanted to be UPDATED. I mean this is my $1700 scooter. At least update me even if it's not fixed. After FOUR weeks I finally get frustrated. They have my only source of transportation and now I'm almost losing my job because I can't get there. They finally call me and tell me it's fixed but it's going to cost DOUBLE what the told me. The irorny is i picked the more expensive option that was supposed to be fast, only a week, and it ended up costing double and took 4x as long. It's a pretty corrupt business practice to take money from people like this. At least call me before you decide a more expensive option and tell me before leaving me to be stuck with a bigger bill.Avoid this place at all cost. There's plenty of other locations around the seacoast that offer the same services and products.After this horrible experience I left a negative review on their Facebook and they called me confused to why I wasn't satisfied. I mean, really?

Really awesome for KTM & Husky bikes. They also stock a lot of parts, more than most dealers I've experienced. Super knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.

My MV Agusta got a flat and I was worried nowhere in town would have the sizes to get the wheel off. Called them up and they checked to make sure right there on the phone with me. They came to pick the bike up for me so I didn't have to tow. Great service, will be back.

These guys dropped what they were doing to sort out an electrical issue on my bike on the spot. I didn't buy it from them, and I don't even live in the country. Three people got involved and they charged me TWO DOLLARS for the part and sent me on my way with a big smile and a happy heart. Absolute gems.

I ve been doing buisness with these guys for years. I have never had a bad experience yet. Everybody has always been willing to go that little extra when needed. I recommend them to people whenever I can.

If KTM or Husky is your brand, then Motorbikes Plus is where you want to go! My wife chose a KTM 1290 Superduke GT in 2017 and I got a BMW S1000XR. Jon and the team were amazing with my wife and went above and beyond. When I decided that the XR wasn't right for me, Jon worked hard to get me into a 2019 KTM 1290 GT. Not only was he flexible, but all my questions were answered, and my concerns were addressed. I took delivery today and the entire experience was accommodating and easy. Thanks for taking the time and effort to make our ownership enjoyable and effortless!
