I ve been coming to this dealer for almost 20 years and have always had a positive experience with both the sales and service personnel. I ve purchased many vehicles and had all my service done there. Even after they were bought by Key Auto they kept my favorite sales person Robert Kempf and the new people in service are great too - Mike and Michael! :-)

The guys here are truly in a league of their own. You feel welcomed right out the gate no added pressure. It was truly a pleasure I was in there and out with my new truck in 2 hours at most . Can not recommend Robert enough.

The service department at Key in Portsmouth was fantastic. After having a couple bad experiences at Foss, the experience at Key was very refreshing. They diagnosed my issues, were very helpful and even replaced a set of rotors for free. AND they did not damage my truck while it was there! Highly recommend.

The team at key Dodge was great with the service we got. They did what i Did not think they would as far as going the extra mile to bring the vehicle that i saw from one of their other dealerships just so we could look at it without feeling pressured into buying it. They got it so my wife and i could test drive it look it over and worked with me on what was important and we came to an agreement which lead to the sale of the vehicle. i can't wait to drive it home! thanks key Dodge for all your help.

Michael and the crew at Key Chrysler did another incredible job on my car. The water pump was replaced, my oil was changed, as well as the tires rotated. The work they do is always complete and done correctly the first time and their prices are very reasonable. This is where I bring all my cars whenever they need repairs or service.

As always when purchasing a vehicle at Key, I was met with very respectful and positive group of salespeople. Bob Kempf in sales is a terrific guy. Managers JJ and Karl were great also. They helped me order my 2024 Ram 1500 and were great throughout the process. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating staff. Check them out for yourself.

Purchased my truck here and can't say enough good things. They didn't push to up sale me on did, the advertised price was what I paid with the exception of registration fees and such. Lukas was a great salesman and showed us exactly what we wanted. Great job, was very easy to do business with.First service went exceptionally well. Quick service, in and out, even took care of a recall in the same visit.

After an arduous time trying to get a recall fixed on my wife s car, this was the ONLY dealer out of 4 that ordered the part and contacted me back. They opened the schedule for me, apologized for any inconvenience for the wait on the part and got me in quickly. Appt itself went smoothly and the staff was great. Overall a good experience and if my wife s car has any issues, I won t hesitate to return.

I attempted to purchase a Laramie here and was unable to agree on a price, however, Chris was enthusiastic about helping me find the truck I wanted at a competitive price. At no time did I feel pressured to buy at the dealership. I was given an honest offer to take home without being put on the spot to make a decision. Give Chris a call at Port City and maybe you'll be able to strike a deal. Nice guy and I wish him all the best.

Two hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment for 3:45, arrived at 3:30 and left at 5:45. Found out they needed to do a software update on a camera so that may have taken some time. Felt like a long time to wait for the service done. Not the first time I ve waited that long. Likely the last service visit I ll make beyond warranty work. Service rep was very nice but my patience were tried.

With 105K miles on my Chrysler Town and Country surely some things will need repair or replacement.Mike never tries to "up sell" but takes care of the problem and I have never had to go back to have the issue attended to a second time.Done right the first time.Very satisfied.Chrysler Town and Country seems "bullet proof". Major components are well built and stand up well.

Went in for standard maintenance lube, oil, filter and tire rotation. Great experience and they helped me answer a few additional warranty questions with potential cost so there was no hidden fees ahead of time.

The team of J.J., Hayden, and my #1 sales person Robert Kempf were a pleasure to work with from my initial meeting with them at the dealership. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and fun to work with and at NO time did I feel pressured or rushed throughout any part of my purchase experience. I ended up buying a new RAM truck at a good price and couldn't be happier with my buying experience!In fact I was telling my buddy about my new truck and purchasing experience so he headed up to Key RAM of Portsmouth and also purchased a new RAM several days later!!Definitely worth the time and effort if you are in the market for a new vehical.
