Had a great manicure with Isa! We spoke about skincare and she was very knowledgeable. I would absolutely book a facial with her if I wasn t visiting from out of town. And my nails look great!

Stopped in here quick for some hand lotion. They have some travel friendly containers that shouldn't come open in my luggage (my #1 goal) and the lotion works well.

I had the wonderful experience of a manicure and pedicure with Jamie last Thursday. The atmosphere, the conversation, and the general vibe was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back and make this my go to place.

I am completely obsessed with this company and it s products! Recently found products at a local store in Massachusetts and my mom and I recently drove up to Portsmouth to the flagship store. I bought all new facial products to replace my precious ones. I made the right choice because my face feels like it had a facial every time I put the products on. We met the owner Jane and she is fabulous and does not try to up sell products, she recommends what she feels you need. My mom and I plan to go up every few months because we just love the store and the owners. These products are life changing, my skin has never looked so amazing and glows. Also their makeup lines that they carry are also natural and incredible. You will not regret visiting this store and trying their products.

I had a facial with Chelsea. It was amazing! The best facial I have ever had. She took great care of my skin. I have mature skin and it is sensitive. All the products were perfectly suited for me. I am sensitive to synthetic fragrances and these products smelled heavenly...pure and earthy:-)

Hidden GEM! First, congratulations to janegee, sophie and the entire janegee team for your amazing accomplishment! Image 15 years successfully running a small business - that is amazing! janegee and sophie are a mother/daughter team with an incredible story surrounding curating an all-natural skin care product line, incredible drive and determination all while making a positive difference in someone's life. All I can say is how grateful I am to have found janegee as I was walking through Downtown Portsmouth while summering at Wentworth by the Sea!The janegee store is so pure with white and pops of color throughout. It's totally magical and so beautifully presented with products and unique gift ideas in every corner. My first purchase was the Sweet Stick and the Lavender Lotion Candle. Then they became special gifts for friends and family members - now they're hooked on janegee!I expanded my purchases to include the Deodorant (amazing) and also learned about the Elixir during a mani/pedi post covid (was there the 1st day they re-opened), the Elixir is such a wonderful feeling product on your skin.The reviews you read here are all correct, plus their mani/pedi's IS the BEST - truly are an experience...and an education. Be sure to make your appointments early as I recall they were always booked while I was vacationing yet wanted to try and traveled 90 minutes at another date to try it out! Suggest to make one for yourself and bring a friend!I also want to thank janegee for celebrating their 15 year anniversary with such a generous promotion, 30% off janegee products for 2 days! Where the Elixir is a higher priced item, I wanted to take advantage. I also was hoping to learn more about my skin type and improve my skincare routine and was grateful Leslie was able to work in a Discovery Consultation for me, thank you.Well yesterday was my lucky day! I was warmly greeted by isa and also had the honor that jane was present in the session too! I have tried for years to get an appointment with jane and couldn't believe she was there for my consultation! They worked seamlessly together to evaluate my skin as well as talking about life, overall health and well-being. I am excited to try my new skincare regimen today and appreciate that my consultation yesterday came at the perfect time as I sold my own business in February (started 16 years ago) and I am now working on taking care of me - talk about stars being aligned!I will be back in Portsmouth in early December (as mentioned, book ahead) with 2 special days at janegee - the first is a day the I will bring my 2 sisters, my sister-in-law and niece to introduce them to the janegee experience where they will enjoy facials and pedis (special gift for them). The next day I will focus on me where I will try out their new wellness services i.e.: Light Touch Therapy and a Nutritional Response Testing (NRT) consultation with isa and also remove my acrylic nails, moving towards a more natural process.When I am not able to travel, I order my products online where they are shipped within 24 hours. Love receiving my janegee box as it's so nicely packed and I love reading the personal note that accompanies each shipment. How many companies take the time to thank you...and to also share with a handwritten note?As I shared, janegee is a special place with amazing products and services. Like me, once you try janegee...you'll be back!

Such a lovely professional, luxury experience. Met a friend for mani/pedi and the two women that served us did an exceptional job. I regret that I didn't catch their names to properly lend a compliment to their high level of attention to detail and professionalism. I truly appreciate the high quality non-toxic product options and the great merchandise selection would make terrific gifts.

I have been a client/customer of Jane Gee for years! Out of the blue I got acne. Now being in my thirties I was wonder why. I went to a few specialists and didn't like the treatment option they suggested so I went to Jane. She told me right away what was wrong with my skin. It took me about six months but I finally got my body right naturally and my acne cleared up right away. I have been using clear skin and a few other natural products Jane and her staff suggested. I love going into the store it smells so good and all the staff is so friendly. I have had my nails done here, facials and bought lots of awesome things from this store. I can't say enough how wonderful it is!!! If you are looking for a more organic and natural lifestyle this store is a great place to start! Can't wait for my next visit!

Beautiful little boutique/spa! The products smell amazing, staff was friendly, the pedicure was very good, but it's on the expensive side. Nice place to treat yourself while on vaca!

I cannot recommend Jane and her team highly enough! I am so grateful to have discovered her beautiful store four years ago. Jane�is a true healer, incredibly wise and knowledgable, and a lovely person. I can easily say that she has helped with my skin (and overall health) more than any dermatologist I have seen. I've used many Jane Gee products over the years and absolutely love them. They are unlike anything else - clean, natural, beautifully made - and really work! It is such a gift to have Jane and her store in Portsmouth.

I love getting my nails done at Janegee! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Very experienced technicians, the quality of my nails has improved significantly since I ve started coming to Janegee for my nails. I recently switched to their skincare products too after how happy I ve been with my nails! Extremely satisfied with how clear and bright my skin looks and feels now. Highly recommend!

I love everything about janegee the products, the service, the intention behind every aspect of their brand, even the smell you re greeted with when you step through the doors is so good. I m so grateful to have a woman-owned business bringing quality, natural products to our local community with the level of service that they provide. I ve been getting facials at janegee for three years and they re always incredible. I struggle with troubled skin and they take such a personal approach to treating me that goes above and beyond; they often check in with me outside our appointments to see how my skin is doing or share some piece of information they think would be helpful to me. I always know I m in good hands with the janegee team. If you haven t yet, stop in for a service or to browse their thoughtfully curated shop you won t be disappointed.

LOVE this place! I had the best facial I have ever had. She explained in depth about how the skin works, and then I had a great treatment. I left feeling relaxed and glowing. Definitely worth the money. I also love all of the products they carry - a mix of home goods, clothes, cosmetics and other lovely items.

This beautifully curated, thoughtful, genuine passion-for-helping-others driven gem (shop) was introduced to me by a lifelong friend, recovering from breast cancer, who found comfort from Jane's spirit and genuine interest in healing her wounds.....physically and otherwise. For my birthday, Emily sent me a care package from JG......it is AMAZING! From the purity of good products, that relieved me from the pain of hives (egg allergy), to the impeccably stunning packaging (that's the artist in me...), this gift far surpassed anything I could have hoped for. In particular, the buttercreme is DIVINE! I'm so picky about products due to sensitive skin and toxic ingredients in large-scale commercial products. JG's line of goods is superior to anything I've EVER tried. After application, my skin was so happy....smooth and soothed! I highly recommend this company and Jane herself, for self care. In these days and times, we need to take care of ourselves (and others!) more than ever.....and JG has come to our rescue! Thank you, Jane, for being so kind to my dearest friend in her time of need and for your true compassion for making others feel better.

I had the best massage with Reiki with Allie while on vacation in Portsmouth. It was on my list of top 5 massages I've ever had and cant wait to to back to see her next summer!! The spa and retail store are super cute too, I went back twice to shop!

I have had the worse acne from my mask over the last 2 months that just won t give up. I went into janegee feeling defeated and chatted with both Jane and Chelsea. I got the best information, advice and products. I went in today for a facial with Chelsea and it was one of the best things I could ve done for myself. She s so intelligent and really listens to what you have going on in life that could impact your skin. I can t wait to see her again in 4 weeks!

Incredible knowledge here about skin care, and it smells amazing in the store. I took an evening class this week and learned so much about dry skin. The staff was extremely friendly and I have found that on several other visits here into the store. If you are into all natural skin care products, amazing linen towels, bath bombs, and the best smelling soaps - be sure to stop by. Jane says she stands behind everything they sell.

The last time i was at jane gee, i was browsing the wonderful selection of goods they have as one does. I found a nice lavender hand cream and wanted to smell it, so i did! When i uncapped the tube, a portion of lotion came out unprompted (pictured below) and instead of wasting it and making a mess i rubbed it into my hands. A worker came over to me and said i had to pay for it and i tried to explain that i didn t sample it on purpose. I didn t know which tube i sampled so she picked up a couple and uncapped one and the same thing happened to her. She completely ignored that and still made me pay for the $15 hand cream, but gave me a 15% discount after I asked . this was almost two years ago and i still have the freaking hand cream bc it s not a product i use often. I have not been back since in fear that i will be forced to purchase something lol

Living in Portsmouth, I was excited to finally visit this boutique. Having never used botanicals or their all natural products, I found the selection a bit overwhelming. I was surprised, however, when not one of the 3-4 employees actively working on the floor asked me if I had been in before or needed help navigating their products. The customers who entered before me and after me, both had the staff s FULL attention and were being explained/shown items immediately, asked if they needed help, invited to an event the next evening, etc. I aimlessly wandered around the small shop for 20 mins without one interaction with the staff. I found this a bit disheartening and wonder if because of my age (unlike the middle aged customers), they assumed I could not afford their product.

I live in Western Australia. On a recent trip to USA I was fortunate enough to discover a Jane Gee store in Portsmouth where I promptly purchased numerous "chemical free"!! products, my favourite being the Vitamin E Creme and the Lavender Hand Creme. Since then I have placed numerous orders on line (even though with exchange rate it gets expensive) however, what price a beautiful age-defying skin?? I urge anyone to try these products.....how about a store in Australia Jane Gee??

LADIES! You need to do yourself a favor and go here. I have been to many a nail salon near and far and this place surpasses all nail bar experiences. I will be driving here from Portland any time I need to treat myself to a little nail care. I am obsessed with this spot. I feel so pampered and empowered by the ladies that work here. They are the best! If you are researching other nail spas, stop it and go here.

My sister, a local to Portsmouth, has been using Janegee Buttercreme for awhile now. When she would come to California to visit, I'd use her creme every time she pulled it out of her purse. Well, when I was in New Hampshire in March I made her take me to the store and I got my own Geranium Rose ButterCreme. I love love love it. My hands take a beating but this surf makes them feel soft as a baby's bottom. I've already ordered another one since I've been home and now my friends are asking me where I got the magic potion for my hands and face. Nice job. I just wis it came in a bigger container. ;)Natalie

Came here for a bachelorette party with 7 girls for pedicures. The space was adorable and all 7 of us were able to sit comfortably in the space. They have space for 4 pedicures at a time so we took turns. They gave us champagne, water & were extremely accomodating. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

It was a pretty poor experience for how lovely it seemed from walking in. We had our eyebrows done and it seemed like the esthetician was almost afraid. Not a bad job but expensive for coming home and still having to finish for both of us but the front staff were pretty condescending when asking about the different types of facials.
